The planned investment is intrinsically linked to our current activity, complements and completes it. I asked for help from experts and the Internet. It was also important to define the technological parameters that are important for our company, but it can be paid. The dealer delivers the machine to our premises. The contract is concluded in such a way that delivery and training costs are not charged by the sellers. Handover-take and training protocols are drawn up, and it will be the responsibility of the buyer to provide the necessary infrastructure and space for the installation and operation of the machine. In the accounts, the purchased asset is activated at the site of the project implementation. Service provision is ensured in the supplier’s network. After the first entry into service, the machinery starts the productive activity. The project’s budget was compiled in a realistic and cost-efficient way, in line with market prices. A tervezett beruházás a jelenlegi tevékenységünkhöz szervesen kapcsolódik, azt kiegészíti és teljessé teszi. Cégünknek jelenleg is aktív export tevékenysége, export marketingje és jól működő export struktúrája van, melyet külföldi irodáink biztosítanak – árbevételünk ca. 30-40% -a ma is exportból származik – amely segítségével a tervezett beruházás eredményeként létrejövő termelés-fejlesztés komoly további export potenciált generál. Rendszeres beszállítói státusszal rendelkezünk, melyről a szerződést, a számlát és a banki teljesítés dokumentumait csatoltuk. A beszerzésre kerülő gépek a termelési folyamat részei és abban összekapcsolódnak. A termelési értékláncban előre lépő KKV vagyunk, mert a tervezett fejlesztéssel a meglévő vevőink igényeinek a magasabb szintű kiszolgálását célozzuk, valamint a termelési volumen növekedését érjük el hazai és export termelésünk tekintetében. Tartalmi értékelési szempontoknál figyelembe kell venni, hogy a megvásárolandó gép már a magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű árukat is képes előállítani, amelyeket egy szinttel magasabb piac vásárol meg: a magas precizitást igénylő gépek és szerszámok előállítását igénylő piac. Ezzel a termelési értékláncban előre lépő kkv vagyunk. Eddigi előkészületek: Eddig igyekeztünk a piacon a meglévő lehetőségek között a nekünk leginkább megfelelő gépeket megtalálni. Ehhez segítséget kértem hozzáértőktől és az internettől. Lényeges volt még azokat a technológiai paramétereket meghatározni, amelyek fontosak a cégünk számára ugyanakkor még kifizethető is. A gépet a kereskedő a telephelyünkre szállítva adja át. A szerződést úgy kötjük, hogy szállítási és betanítási költségeket az eladók nem számolnak fel. Átadás-átvételi és betanítási jegyzőkönyvek készülnek, a gép elhelyezéséhez és működtetéséhez szükséges infrastruktúra és hely kialakításának biztosítása a vevő feladata lesz. A könyvelésben a beszerzett eszközt a projekt megvalósításának helyszínére aktiváljuk. A szerviz-ellátottság a szállító hálózatában biztosított. Az első üzembe helyezés után a gépek a termelő tevékenységet megkezdik. A projekt költségvetését a piaci árakhoz igazodóan, reális és takarékos módon állítottuk össze. (Hungarian)
