If the investment is the subject of the tender, the production capacity of the plant will be significantly increased and the company can enter the market with new products in the field of furniture production. During the preparation of the project, the company carried out market research to accurately assess the customer’s needs, informed about the availability of state-of-the-art technologies, and planned its development concept accordingly. The tools to be procured are based on the necessary technological requirements of furniture production, among which the milling machine, the tapping milling machine and the frame press can be used not only in furniture production, but also in the production of doors and windows to date, increasing the capacity and ensuring higher quality. Thanks to the new tools and the increased capacity, the deadline for larger orders will be significantly shortened, and the company will be able to produce more products over a given period of time, thus making production more cost-effective. The forklift truck to be procured facilitates and accelerates the handling of materials and makes working safer. The milling machine currently in use in the company and the tapping machines are more than 30 years old. The new tools complement these with state-of-the-art technology, more precise and faster work, so the product produced will be of better quality and cheaper. The provision of complex woodworking activities represents a significant step forward in the bargaining power, competitiveness and profitability of the company. Thanks to the planned development, the company is able to produce a product with a higher level of processing, which, on the one hand, is reflected in the higher quality of doors and windows on the other hand in the development of individual furniture production and in the supply of complex woodworking activities. In the case of the planned development, Timpa Bt.'s production capacity will increase significantly, and it will be able to carry out complex external and internal woodworking works as well. During the production of furniture, the company is able to produce high-quality, unique furniture and wood products by using less-worked sawn timber and increasing the added value, satisfying the high customer needs. The project as a whole is supervised by an internal project manager and financial assistant with project management experience. The head of the company (project manager) of the Bt. has more than 10 years of management experience and significant practical expertise in the field of its profession. A pályázat tárgyát képező beruházás megvalósítása esetén jelentősen bővül az üzem termelési kapacitása, új termékekkel tud a vállalkozás megjelenni a piacon a bútorgyártás terén. A projekt előkészítése során a vállalkozás piackutatást végzett a megrendelői igények pontos felmérésére, tájékozódott a legkorszerűbb technológiák elérhetőségéről, ennek megfelelően tervezte meg fejlesztési elképzelését. A társaság eddig csak egyedi nyílászárók és hőszigetelő üvegek gyártásával foglalkozott. A megrendelések 90%-ban egy-egy új vagy teljesen felújítandó épület komplex nyílászáró-gyártására vonatkoztak. Az épületeknél nem csak épület-asztalosipari munkák, hanem igen jelentős belsőépítészeti asztalos munkák is vannak. Ide tartozik a lépcsősorok, beépített bútorok, fa burkolatok elkészítése. A megrendelői igények alapján komplex faipari tevékenység ellátása a vállalkozás célja. A beszerzendő eszközök a bútorgyártás szükséges technológiai követelményei alapján kerültek meghatározásra, mely közül a marógép, a csapozó marógép és a keretprés nem csak a bútorgyártásban használható, hanem az eddigi nyílászáró-gyártás során is, növelve a kapacitásokat és magasabb minőséget biztosítva. Az új eszközöknek és a nagyobb kapacitásnak köszönhetően a nagyobb megrendelések esetében jelentősen lerövidül a vállalási határidő, egy adott időtartam alatt több terméket tudd a vállalkozás előállítani, így költséghatékonyabbá téve a termelést. A beszerzendő homlokrakodós targonca megkönnyíti és meggyorsítja az anyagmozgatást, biztonságosabbá teszi a munkavégzést. A társaságnál jelenleg használatban lévő marógépe, illetve csapozógépek több, mint 30 évesek. Az új eszközök ezeket a legkorszerűbb technológiával egészítik ki, precízebb, és gyorsabb munka végezhető, így az előállított termék is jobb minőségű és olcsóbb lesz. A komplex faipari tevékenység ellátása jelentős előrelépést jelent a cég alkupozíciójában, versenyképességében és jövedelmezőségében. A tervezett fejlesztésnek köszönhetően magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű terméket képes előállítani a vállalkozás, mely egyrészt türköződik a nyílászárók magasabb minőségében másrészt az egyedi bútorgyártás fejlesztésében, komplex faipari tevékenység ellátásban. A tervbe vett fejlesztés esetén a Timpa Bt. termelési kapacitásai jelentősen megnőnek, képessé válik külső-belső faipari munkák komplex kivitelezésére is. A bútorgyártás során a vállalkozás kevéssé megmunkált fűrészárú felhasználásával, a hozzáadott érték növelésével képessé válik magas minőségű, egyedi bútorok, faipari termékek legyártására, kielégítve a magas megrendelői igényeket is. A projekt egészét projektbonyolítási tapasztalattal rendelkező belső projektmenedzser és pénzügyi asszisztens felügyeli. A Bt. cégvezetője (projektmenedzser) több mint 10 éves vezetői tapasztalattal, szakmája terén jelentős gyakorlati szakértelemmel rendelkezik.
