In the framework of Ongropack’s project, the production capacity of stretch film will be increased. The subject of the project is 1 complete production line and two material testing tools. Given that the production line is a special production line that meets specific needs, the individual components are purchased separately from the specialised manufacturers and distributors. Parts of the production line: — The raw material for the production of PVC stretch film is PVC powder and powder mix made from various auxiliary materials. The powder mixture is supplied to the extruder dispenser by the INN-PVC280 PVC powder mixture material delivery system. — The material injected by the material consignor into the 75 kW extruder of the NN-EX90-E 90 mm 28L/D PVC extruder becomes viscous “liquid” when passing through the extruder snail and snail shell. — The bulked material is delivered to the moulding tool with the help of soft foil line extruder fittings, shield, filter, compiler, rotator, trolley. In addition to transmission, the units provide homogeneous flow and filter out harmful mechanical impurities. Air from 250 mm PVC extruder tool into the inside of a tube profile can be used to form a foil balloon. — The high-temperature film balloon is optimised by using the Karat-K2-RD high-performance cooling ring, and it also controls the uniform wall thickness of the film. — The uniform diameter of the balloon is given by the FE-8 table/balloon diameter regulator by introducing extra air or extracting excess air. — After closing the balloon and cutting the two edges, it passes into the form of two flat foils to the QUEEN’S QL-80-2400TW double-sided rolling and winding unit, which can be wound on paper tubes placed on MB/O 74.5 mm pneumatic axes. — The operation of the production line (technological parameters — temperature, speed, etc.) is performed by the OP 6 extruder control system. — Additional items INN-EX90-K include engines, gears and tools for cooling the balloon and grinding the cut-off film edges for the operation of the production line. — The coil length corresponding to the different customer needs can be ensured by using the RES-04 stretchable foil rewinding station. In order to ensure the quality and quality of the product as a result of the project, the company will purchase 1 HEGEWALD & Peschke 10kN tensile machine and 1 Plastograph kneading machine. With the implementation of the project, the production capacity of stretchable soft foils in the company’s Fólia Business will increase significantly, and the current production capacity of 5 thousand tonnes/year will increase with an additional capacity of 1.2 thousand tonnes per year. Thanks to the development, this will produce products that represent significant added value and which will enable Ongropack LTD to move forward in the production value chain. As a result of the project, the company’s ability to export and its supply activities will also increase further. (English)

    Az ONGROPACK KFT. projektjének keretében a nyújtható (stretch) fólia gyártási kapacitásának bővítésére kerül. A projekt tárgya 1 komplett gyártó gépsor és két anyagvizsgáló eszköz. Tekintve, hogy a gyártósor egy egyedi igényeknek megfelelő speciális gépsor, az egyes összetevők az arra specializálódott gyártóktól, forgalmazóktól külön-külön kerülnek beszerzésre. A gyártósor részei: - A PVC stretch fólia gyártásának alapanyaga a PVC por és különböző segédanyagokból készített porkeverék. A porkeveréket az extruder adagolóba az INN-PVC280 PVC-porkeverék anyagfeladó rendszer biztosítja. - Az anyagfeladó által azINN-EX90-E 90mm 28L/D PVC extruder 75 kW extruderbe juttatott anyag az extruder csigán és csigaházon áthaladva viszkózus „folyadék” állapotúvá válik. - A megömlesztett anyag a Lágyfólia sor extruder utáni szerelvények, pajzs, szűrő, fordító, forgató, kocsi segítségével jut el az alakadó szerszámba. Az egységek a továbbítás mellett biztosítják a homogén ömledéket, kiszűrik a káros mechanikai szennyeződéseket. A 250 mm PVC extruder szerszámból csőprofil formájában kilépő anyag belsejébe juttatott levegő segítségével képezhető a fólia ballon. - A magas hőmérsékletű fólia ballon a KARAT-K2-RD nagy teljesítményű hűtőgyűrű segítségével kerül optimális hőmérsékletre, továbbá ez szabályozza a fólia egyenletes falvastagságát is. - A ballon egyenletes átmérőjét a FE-8 teríték/ballonátmérő szabályozó adja plusz levegő bejuttatásával, vagy a felesleges levegő kivonásával. - A ballon összezárása és a két szélének levágása után két síkfólia formájába jut el a QUEEN’S QL-80-2400TW kétoldali tekercselő és felhúzó egységhez, mellyel az MB/O 74,5 mm pneumatikus tengelyekre helyezett papírcsövekre feltekercselhető. - A gyártó gépsor működését (technológiai paraméterek – hőmérséklet, sebesség, stb. – biztosítását) az OP 6 extruder vezérlőrendszer végzi. - Az INN-EX90-K kiegészítő tételek magukban foglalják a gyártósor működéséhez szükséges motorokat, hajtóműveket, valamint a ballon hűtéséhez és a levágott fóliaszélek darálásához szükséges eszközöket. - A különböző vevői igényeknek megfelelő tekercshosszúság a RES-04 nyújtható fólia áttekercselő állomás segítségével biztosítható. Ahhoz, hogy a projekt eredményeként a vevői igényekhez illeszkedő minőségű és tulajdonságú termék előállítását biztosíthassa a társaság, beszerzése kerül tovább 1 db a HEGEWALD & PESCHKE típusú 10kN szakítógép és 1 db Plastograph gyúrógép. A projekt megvalósításával a társaság Fólia Üzletágában a nyújtható, lágy fóliák gyártási kapacitása jelentősen nő, a jelenlegi 5 ezer tonna/év termelési kapacitás évi 1,2 ezer tonna többletkapacitással bővül. A fejlesztésnek köszönhetően ezzel olyan termékek kerülnek előállításra, amelyek jelentős hozzáadott értékéket képviselnek, továbbá amelyek által az ONGROPACK KFT. előreléphet a termelési értékláncban. A projekt eredményeként a társaság exportképessége és beszállítói tevékenysége szintén tovább nő. (Hungarian)
