In the framework of our project, we only wish to receive support in the category of self-eligible equipment purchase. If the planned investment is carried out, it will also be possible to sign machine-manufacturer contracts which are currently not possible. This is not possible due to the lack of preparation and surface treatment of large workpieces. In the automotive industry, customers always examine the technical possibilities of the supplier, whether it is technically capable of achieving the required quality. A contract may be concluded only if the contractor meets the expectations. As at present our company does not have equipment for the preparation of fibre materials and equipment for solvent painting of 12-13 m workpieces, we can only negotiate in advance. Since we trust the success of our tender, we will start building a crane warehouse for storing and packaging large parts on our own. We have the necessary final permits to do so. Since the call for proposals allows 50 % of the grant awarded to be drawn down as an advance, we intend to order all the equipment described in our application upon receipt of the grant decision. In the course of the installation of the assets, we use the own resources intended for implementation, and then, after the machines have been taken over by the test run, the total investment is accounted for in 1 milestone. Our company currently employs 61 engineer-educated employees. Most of them are involved in the preparation of plant-manufacturing activities, they design the production lines with the parameters required by our customers. 12 people create custom software for the operation of the equipment. 40 people supervise and manage production, installation and installation. The production team is available at our company. The product produced as a result of the project will only differ in size and quantity from those previously produced. Projektünk keretében csak az önállóan támogatható eszközbeszerzés kategóriában kívánunk támogatást igénybe venni. A tervezett beruházás megvalósulása esetén lehetővé válik olyan gépgyártói szerződések aláírása is, amelyekre jelenleg nincs lehetőségünk. Ez a nagyméretű munkadarabok előkészítésének, és felületkezelésének hiánya miatt nem megoldható. Az autóiparban a megrendelők minden esetben megvizsgálják a beszállító műszaki lehetőségeit, hogy egyáltalán műszakilag képes-e megvalósítani az elvárt minőséget. Szerződéskötésről csak abban az esetben lehet szó, amennyiben a vállalkozó megfelel az elvárásoknak. Mivel jelenleg vállalkozásunk nem rendelkezik szálanyagok előkészítő tisztítására alkalmas berendezéssel, és 12-13 m-es munkadarabok oldószeres festésére alkalmas berendezésekkel, ezért csak előzetes tárgyalásokat tudunk folytatni. Mivel bízunk pályázatunk sikerében, ezért önerőből megkezdjük a nagyméretű alkatrészek tárolására, és csomagolására szolgáló daruzott raktárépület megépítését. Az ehhez szükséges jogerős engedélyekkel rendelkezünk. Mivel a pályázati felhívás lehetőséget nyújt a megítélt támogatás 50%-nak előlegként történő lehívására, ezért a támogatói döntés kézhezvétele után meg kívánjuk rendelni az összes, pályázatunkban leírt berendezést. Az eszközök beüzemelése során felhasználjuk a megvalósításra szánt önerőt, majd a gépek próbaüzemmel történő átvétele után 1 mérföldkőben elszámoljuk a teljes beruházást. Vállalkozásunk jelenleg 61 mérnök végzettségű alkalmazottal dolgozik. Legnagyobb részük a berendezés-gyártási tevékenység előkészítésében vesz részt, ők tervezik meg a megrendelőink által igényelt paraméterekkel rendelkező gépsorokat. 12 fő a berendezések üzemeltetéséhez szükséges egyedi szoftvereket készítik. 40 fő a gyártást, beépítést, beüzemelést felügyeli, irányítja. A gyártáshoz szükséges szakembergárda vállalkozásunknál rendelkezésre áll. A projekt eredményeként előálló termék a korábban gyártottaktól csak méreteiben, és mennyiségében fog eltérni. megnyílik számunkra egy olyan piac, amelyet eddig nem tudtunk elérni, hiszen telephelyünkön nem voltak meg az ehhez szükséges műszaki feltételek.
