All processes of the company comply with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, the Council of Europe Directive 93/42/EEC for medical devices and 4/2009. (III.17.) Decree No Eü.M., and therefore does not require a new authorisation to place manufactured devices on the market. Proficiency: After the change of ownership, a new management was introduced to the company, a technical engineer graduated from the production leading university, who had previously been employed in medical device manufacturers where investments of 200-500 mt were made annually. The location of the machines to be installed is designed, the electrical compressed air connection is established. Added value: Production of more complex polyaxial and monoaxial screws and the possibility of producing higher assembly parts. On average, the company’s value added increases by 30 % in the products to be produced as a result of development. Target area: Staples for production. 2pcs of new, custom-made longitudinal lathes for special tasks. The equipment is used to produce 100,000 parts/parts per year, from which it is possible to export 15,000 pre-assembled units/parts in the production chain.     Kapacitásbővítés: Az előállított csavaroknál tovább nő a poliaxiális csavarok gyártásának feltétele, ami adott csavarnál akár 2-3-szor magasabb árérvényesítést biztosít. Az új berendezéseken gyártandó alkatrészekkel min. évi 15.000 db olyan implantátum alkatrész gyártására válik lehetőség, melynek eredményeként már a műtét során beépítendő implantátum kb 80%-osan kész, előreszelt állapotban kerül exportálásra. Előkészítés: A cég felismerte a piaci potenciált, döntött a bővítésről. A vállalat rendelkezik a következő 5 évre legalább 1 mrd Ft-os megrendelési szándéknyilatkozattal a jelenlegi megrendelőktől. Technikailag, műszakilag összeállította az igényt, amely az új termékek, ill. a meglévő kapacitásnövekedés miatt szükségesek. Árajánlatot kért be több hosszeszterga gyártótól, és kiválasztotta svájci TORNOS által gyártott berendezéseket, melyek kifejezetten a speciális feladat ellátására alkalmasak. A projekt megrendeléssel indul, 3 hónap a berendezés gyártása, így az egyik gép novemberben kerül beüzemelésre, míg a másik 2016. júniusban. Betanulás, beüzemelés 1 hónap, így az egyik gép már 2016. év elejétől, míg a másik augusztustól tud működni. 2 db hosszeszterga gép kerül beszerzésre, ehhez 50%-os vissza nem térítendő támogatást igénylünk. Szakmai standardok: Az implantátumok műtéti eljárás keretében emberi szervezetbe kerülnek beépítésre, egy részük csak időszakosan, más részük akár véglegesen a szervezetben maradhatnak, ezért a legmagasabb orvostechnikai és egészségügyi elvárásoknak kell megfelelni. A vállalkozás minden folyamata megfelel az ISO 9001, az ISO 14001, az ISO 13485 szabványoknak, a 93/42/EEC orvosi eszközökre vonatkozó Európatanácsi Direktíva követelményeinek, valamint a 4/2009. (III.17.) Eü.M. rendeletnek, ezért nem igényel újabb engedélyt a gyártott eszközök piaci elhelyezésére. Jártasság: A tulajdonosváltás után új menedzsment került a cégvezetésbe, a termelésvezető egyetemet végzett műszaki mérnök, aki korábban olyan orvostechnikai eszközgyártóknál volt alkalmazásban, ahol évente 200-500 mFt-os beruházások valósultak meg. A telepítendő gépek helye kialakított, az elektromos, sűrített levegős kapcsolat kiépített. Többletérték: Bonyolultabb poliaxiális és monoaxiális csavar gyártása, ill. magasabb összeszereltségi állapotú részegység gyártásának lehetősége. Átlagosan a cégben 30%-kal növekszik a hozzáadottérték a fejlesztés eredményeként előállítandó termékekben. Célterület: Gyártáshoz kapcs. 2db új, speciális feladatra egyedileg gyártott hosszeszterga berendezése. A berendezéssel évi 100.000 db implantátum résztegység/alkatrész gyártása, melyből lehetőség nyílik, hogy 15.000 db előreszerelt, a termelési láncban előrelépett állapotban kerüljön exportálásra. A berendezés: 5 és 6 tengelyes CNC vezérlésű hosszeszterga gép, amely arra a speciális feladatra kerül legyártásra, amelyet a cég előzetesen meghatározott, valamint ehhez kapcsolódóan olyan automata száladagoló, ami a termelés gyorsítását szolgálja.
