In preparation for the project, customer needs were assessed (in terms of volume, quality and type of work). With this in mind, we have developed the planned procurements. We've calculated the expected benefits. Subsequently, we asked for supplier offers to estimate the costs. The Ltd. implements development in an area in which it already has serious experience, since it has continuously and consistently implemented similar developments in recent years, and the experience gained there helps a lot in the implementation. The investment is carried out in Akasztó, which is suitable for the implementation of the development. The capacity of our existing machines is low and it is absolutely necessary to develop it in order to strengthen the status of supplier. Our skilled and experienced professionals have a great experience in operating similar devices. Thus, the achievement or maintenance of the desired professional level can be achieved without hindrance. The machines to be procured will operate according to the work schedule so far. Expected technology obsolescence time: Five years. Results: our market positions are strengthening significantly. The planned development will increase the company’s turnover (5 %) and profitability. It increases the added value of the company, reduces the production times, increases the capacity by 5 % by not having to confiscate the parts, our operating and product production costs are reduced, so our own costs are reduced, the machine fleet becomes even more modern, higher quality, faster, more compliant with environmental and safety standards. With the help of the development, we will be able to stay on the relevant market in the long term, improving our competitiveness, so it is appropriate to increase the production capacity. The activity of the company does not change, but it is also possible to produce product circles that we cannot produce so far, allowing the acquisition of new markets. According to point 4.4.3.1(f) of the call for aid, the project involves an investment related to the production of final products for the production of renewable energy, because the support system of the solar panel system is made of acid-resistant material. A projekt előkészítéseként megtörtént a megrendelői igények felmérése (munkamennyiség, -minőség és -típus tekintetében). Ennek ismeretében alakítottuk ki a tervezett beszerzéseket. Kiszámítottuk a várható hasznokat. Ezt követően bekértünk szállítói ajánlatokat a költségek megbecsüléséhez. A Kft. egy olyan területen valósít meg fejlesztést, melyben már komoly gyakorlata van, hiszen folyamatosan és következetesen valósított meg az elmúlt években is hasonló fejlesztéseket, és az ott szerzett tapasztalatok sokat segítenek a megvalósításban. A beruházás Akasztón valósul meg, amely alkalmas a fejlesztés megvalósítására. Meglévő gépeink kapacitása alacsony, a beszállítói státus erősítése érdekében feltétlenül szükséges azt fejleszteni. Képzett és gyakorlott szakembereinknek nagy tapasztalata van hasonló eszközök üzemeltetésében. Így a kívánt szakmai színvonal elérése ill. fenntartása akadálymentesen megoldható. A beszerezni kívánt gépek az eddigi munkarendnek megfelelően fognak üzemelni. A technológiai várható elavulási ideje: 5 év. Eredmények: jelentősen erősödnek piaci pozícióink. A tervezett fejlesztés a vállalkozás árbevételét (5 %--al) és jövedelmezőségét megnöveli. Növeli a cég hozzáadott értékét, csökkenti a gyártási időket, a kapacitást 5 %-al növeli azáltal, hogy az alkatrészeket nem kell kikóperálni, az üzemelési és termék előállítási költségeink, így önköltségünk csökkennek, a géppark még korszerűbbé, magasabb színvonalúvá, gyorsabbá, környezetvédelmi és munkabiztonsági előírásoknak jobban megfelelővé válik. A fejlesztés segítségével tehát képesek leszünk a releváns piacon hosszú távon fent maradni, javul a versenyképességünk, így indokolt a gyártó kapacitás növelése. A vállalkozás tevékenysége nem változik, de az eddig általunk nem gyártható termékkörök gyártására is lehetőség nyílik, újabb piacok megszerzését téve lehetővé. A támogatást igénylő a Felhívás 4.4.3.1. f) pontja alapján - A projekt keretében megújuló energia előállítására szolgáló végtermékek gyártásához kapcsolódó beruházás valósul meg, mert a Napelem-rendszer tartórendszere savállóanyagból készül.
