As part of our project, we would like to introduce a new activity at our company, brewing beer, and also cooking craft beers. We do not currently carry out this activity, but the management of the company already has experience in this field. The equipment to be procured can produce 800,000 litres of beer per year, so our brewing capacity will be significant. We can provide the property necessary for the installation of the equipment, we built it on our own site, but the transfer has not yet taken place. In the framework of the preparatory activities, we first assessed the exact equipment needed to carry out this complex activity. Having defined this, we have contacted major machine manufacturers to agree with them from a technical point of view, to clarify our ideas and ask for quotations. The machine we want to buy can do everything from preparatory activities to bottling, thus contributing to the success of the development. We would like to bottle the resulting product into glass, thus ensuring environmental awareness, as the glass can be recycled. Craft beer has added value compared to mass-produced beer, because most of the beer is produced today by multinational companies, so by starting this activity, we are helping to make the market more diversified. The device to be procured is the production and assembly of a system of equipment for a brewery with a capacity of 800.000 l/year and related filling equipment. This is the only item in the tender because it is an extremely complex, complex equipment that consists of several components, but together they will form the entire system in our production. With the implementation of the project we can meet the SME’s condition that progresses in the production value chain, because the product we produce will be fully processed, and will be immediately ready for consumption from us. In addition, the added value produced by our company will increase significantly as a result of the new activity, because our turnover and thus our effectiveness will increase. Projektünk keretében egy új tevékenységet szeretnénk bevezetni cégünknél, a sörfőzést, azon belül is a kézműves sörök főzését. Jelenleg ezt a tevékenységet nem végezzük, ám a cégvezetés rendelkezik már tapasztalattal ezen a téren. A beszerzendő berendezés évi 800.000 liter sört képes előállítani, így sörfőző kapacitásunk jelentős mértékű lesz. A berendezés elhelyezéséhez szükséges ingatlant biztosítani tudjuk, ezt saját tulajdonú telephelyünkön megépítettük, de az átadás még nem történt meg. Az előkészítő tevékenységek keretében elsőként felmértük azt, hogy pontosan milyen berendezésre van szükségünk ennek a tevékenységnek a komplex végzéséhez. Miután ezt definiáltuk, felvettük a kapcsolatot nagyobb gépgyártókkal, hogy műszaki szempontból már velük egyeztessük, pontosítsuk elképzeléseinket, és megkérjük az árajánlatokat. A gép, amit szeretnénk megvásárolni, az előkészítő tevékenységektől kezdve egészen a palackozásig mindent képes elvégezni, így járulva hozzá a fejlesztés sikeréhez. A létrejövő terméket üvegekbe szeretnénk palackozni, ezzel is ügyelve a környezettudatosságra, hiszen az üveg újrahasznosítható. A kézműves sör a tömeggyártásban előállított sörhöz képest többlet-értékkel rendelkezik, mert a sör legnagyobb részét ma a multinacionális vállalatok állítják elő, így azzal, hogy mi is megkezdjük ezt a tevékenységet, hozzájárulunk ahhoz, hogy a piac diverzifikáltabb legyen. A beszerzendő eszköz egy 800.000 l/éves kapacitású sörfőzde és hozzá kapcsolódó töltőberendezések eszközrendszerének gyártása és összeszerelése. Ez az egyetlen tétel a pályázatban, mert ez egy rendkívül komplex, összetett berendezés, mely több részegységből áll össze, ám ezek együttesen fogják a teljes rendszert alkotni gyártásunkban. A projekt megvalósításával teljesíteni tudjuk a termelési értékláncban előrelépő KKV feltételét, mert a termék, amit előállítunk, teljes mértékben feldolgozott lesz, rögtön fogyasztásra alkalmas állapotban kerül ki tőlünk. Emellett a vállalkozásunk által produkált hozzáadott érték is jelentősen növekszik majd az új tevékenység hatására, mert nőni fog az árbevételünk, ezáltal az eredményességünk is. (Hungarian)
