In our project, new production equipment related to the production of storage wood products, which is the main activity of our company, will be purchased (Production of timber products in the sector fókusz:1624). The equipment to be procured complies with the relevant European directives, standards, Hungarian regulations, standards and environmental protection regulations harmonising them. We plan to order the assets purchased in the project from a trader dealing commercially with the trade flows of the assets concerned. The technical capacity to be implemented shall consist of the following machines to be procured: Hydraulic cask compressor machine 120 S: Built-in power: 4 kW; Pressure: 120 Bars; Electrical equipment: 400 V; 3 phases; 50 Hz (closed motor); protection: IP 54; Weight: 600 kg Press unit: H: 1 600 mm, Sz:1600 mm, M: 190 mm, Hydraulic unit: H: 800 mm, S: 500 mm, M: 1 000 mm 320 Hydraulic tyre pull-pressing machine: Built-in power: 5.5 kW; Pressure 120 Bar; 8 pcs steel arm Electrical equipment: 400 V; 3 phases; 50 Hz, protection IP 54 (closed motor) Weight: 3.550 kg Dimensions: H: 2 700 mm, S: 2 100 mm, M 3 450 mm Cutting band saw FB940RS: Closed chassis, serious steel structure, heavy-design strip guide discs, continuously cleaned tape, high cutting height, feed speed up to 40 m/min. Accessories: Machine feed (13.2.020), 10 feed speed, band saw blade (13.7.9490) 310.1 steel tyre punching-cutting machine: Closed system, galvanised steel strip punching and cutting at the same time Cutting width: Max. 60 mm Cutting Thickness: up to 2.5 mm After the delivery of machines, training is carried out, after which production can be started with the new machines with the live installation. In the production of the wine barrel, our daily production volume varies greatly depending on the tonnage.
