In the framework of this grant application, we intend to purchase two Enshu GE480H and an Enshu GE460H CNC horizontal machining centres in connection with our light metal casting activity No. 2453 TEÁOR, which is included in the Sectoral Focus and is eligible in the framework of the manufacturing industry. The acquisition of machining centres results in the expansion of our production capacities, mainly contributing to the expansion of our export markets. With the machines to be purchased, we will mainly produce an assembly holder for Audi AG, a motor holder for Volkswagen AG, and for BMW AG a transmission cover and chain drive cover. The proportion of direct costs related to the machinery and technology used for production (excluding raw materials and depreciation) represents around 13-15 % of the cost structure of our company. The cost of labour is proportionally 22-24 %. As a result of the project, the capacity expansion — taking into account the productivity gains provided by the more modern technology (cycle time, energy consumption, downtime reduction, maintenance costs) — could provide cost savings of around 10-15 % for the machines to be purchased compared to the production equipment replaced, while gross value added increases. This saving also increases the profit or loss (with such a reduction in the costs of a given production unit within the cost structure). In connection with the project, we have prepared a project results and balance sheet, on the basis of which our project will return in 2.57 years. The main technical characteristics of the machinery covered by the aid application are: Enshu GE480H CNC horizontal machining center: — spindle speed: 15 000 rpm — ranges of motion: x-y-z axis: 800 mm, — max. reversible working space size: 800*1000 mm — high-speed services: 90 000 mm/min.     Jelen támogatási kérelmünk keretében két ENSHU GE480H és egy ENSHU GE460H CNC horizontális megmunkáló központ beszerzését kívánjuk megvalósítani az Ágazati fókuszban szereplő, feldolgozóipar keretében támogatható, 2453 TEÁOR számú könnyűfémöntési tevékenységünkhöz kapcsolódóan. A megmunkáló-központok beszerzése termelési kapacitásaink bővítését eredményezi, elsősorban export piacaink bővítéséhez járul hozzá. A beszerezni kívánt gépekkel főleg az Audi AG számára aggregáttartót, a Volkswagen AG számára motortartót, a BMW AG számára pedig sebességváltó fedelet és lánchajtás fedelet fogunk gyártani. Vállalkozásunk költségstruktúráján belül mintegy 13-15%-os részarányt képvisel a termeléshez használt gépekkel, technológiával összefüggő közvetlen költségek aránya (alapanyagok és amortizáció nélkül). Az élőmunka költsége arányosan 22-24 %. A projekt eredményeképpen a kapacitás bővítés — figyelembe véve a modernebb technológia által biztosított termelékenység növekedést (ciklusidő, energiafelhasználás, állásidők csökkenése, karbantartási költségek csökkenése) — a megvásárolni kívánt gépek esetében a kiváltott termelőeszközhöz képest, mintegy 10-15%-os önköltség megtakarítást biztosíthat, a bruttó hozzáadott érték ezzel párhuzamosan növekszik. Ez a megtakarítás az üzleti eredményt is (az adott termelési egységnek a költségstruktúrán belül okozott költségei ilyen arányú csökkenésével) növeli. A projekt kapcsán eredmény- és mérlegtervet készítettünk, mely alapján projektünk 2,57 év alatt megtérül.
