Summarising the technical and technical content of the project: Manufacture of rigid LED SALAG. TARGET VALUE: 1000 luminaires manufactured/year 2000meter rigid PCB LED strip/year 200 000 LED/Chip implantation. Összefoglalva a projekt szakmai és műszaki tartalmát: MEREV LED SZALAG gyártása. CÉLÉRTÉK: 1000 lámpatest gyártsa/év 2000méter merev PCB LED szalag / év 200 000 LED / Chip beültetése. Azért hívják merev led szalagnak ezt a terméket, mivel a ledeket hordozó szalag nem hajlékony műanyagból készült, hanem viszonylag merev lemezből. Hogy miért nem volt megfelelő a műanyag? Nos a válasz egyszerű: a hűtés elégtelensége miatt! Ezek a nagy teljesítményű ledek már annyi hőt termelnek, amennyit a műanyag hordozó képtelen lenne leadni a környezetének, és a ledek élettartama hihetetlenül lecsökkenne. A hűtés fokozása érdekében kötelező valamilyen led alu profilba helyezni, vagy fém felületre szerelni! Ahhoz hogy ilyen led sorokat tudjunk gyártani a következőkre van szükség: Először egy Nyomtatott áramkör nyomtatóra (VTSZ szám: 8443192000) majd hogy ezeket összeillesszük egy LED illesztő gépre (VTSZ szám: 8479896200) amelyet egy Nyomtatott áramkör forrasztógéppel (VTSZ szám: 8514108090) véglegesítünk és egy Alu PCB Vágó géppel (VTSZ szám: 8465960000) szabunk méretre.
