The project envisages the development of two target areas: — Construction-related costs — Real estate expansion, transformation, modernisation — Acquisition of new tools, machinery, development of new technological systems and capacities, including the development of automated production systems, development of manufacturing technologies, development of process automation tools, sensor and control technologies, application of robot technology, acquisition of intelligent manufacturing solutions The aim of building expansion and equipment acquisition is to expand and modernise production related to the production of equipment using renewable energy sources, thereby increasing portfolio and revenue growth. The development will also focus on two product groups. In addition to the production of boiler parts, which are more dependent, the production and installation of solar panels is independent of a cooperating partner, we can sell it directly through our established sales channels, so there is no customer risk here. The concrete result of the development concept is a net production hall of more than 3 000 m² and an AMADA Ensis fiber laser cutting machine, which allows the Ltd. to enter a market segment that has not yet had capacity. With the expansion, it will be able to operate in a completely new segment, which will result in a significant expansion of the market and an expected increase in sales of between 15 % and 30 % in the future, with the effect of stabilising the operation of the company and achieving the possibility of maintaining staff and increasing the number of employees. The main elements of the planned development concept are real estate development and technological development and the purchase of machinery. Both the concept and its elements are linked to the long-term development strategy of Rabacsa Kft., since 2010 it has been continuously developing the technology, expanding the building stock and the range of manufactured products. Initially, wrought-iron products, and then stainless railings, and now a wide variety of custom parts and series-manufactured workpieces are the portfolio. The plan for the current investment is part of this development strand, since the plan is to purchase a modern hall similar to the existing one and a laser cutter capable of working with the current IPAR 4.0 system. Since the machine would be made of AMADA, it can be perfectly integrated into the existing management system, suitable for virtual production, virtual prototype production, which can simulate the production cost-effectively and without scrap production, and if necessary improve and modify it. FIBER laser technology consumes about 30 % less energy than a conventional CO laser. As the company has more AMADA machines, we can use our resources efficiently, there will be no need for lengthy training, and it will be fully compatible with IPAR 4.0. The expansion of the building is planned in the first phase of the expansion of the existing hall with an extension of 3 149 m², so that the area will be available for production. The building is designed in a heat-insulated steel frame system designed for 2 boats, crane-coated designs on a saddle roof; the plinth wall is made under the base plate with 20 cm reinforced concrete structure, double-sided formwork. The building is designed with a steel support structure in a raster. The splitting interval of the rasters is 6.15 m. The base of the building is made of 20 cm thick industrial steel hair concrete dilated in 6x6 m raster. The abrasive layer is designed with Mastertop surface finish. The base of the production department is steel hair concrete, which will be watertight. 10 cm thick wall with IPN thermal insulation and 12 cm Qaudcore roof sandwich panel. The gates will be heat-insulated, lamelated, sectional industrial, automated, motor-operated. A solar system is installed on the building. The air condition is provided by a heat pump. Real estate expansion is necessary in order to accommodate the machine to be purchased, thus expanding the product range and diversifying the activity. The laser machine would be able to accommodate and work 4*2 m workpiece instead of the 3*1.5 m workpiece that could be developed by the existing machines, which, on the one hand, requires less material handling and, on the other hand, allows the workpieces required by the activities to be developed to be assembled with one material, since the extension and welding are both not aesthetically beneficial and, on the other hand, pose static hazards. The new machine with higher capacity can produce more workpieces per unit of time, thus improving productivity and increasing turnover. With the production of new products, the market to which we can get our products will grow. (English)

A projekt keretében két célterület fejlesztése tervezett: - Építéshez kapcsolódó költségek - Ingatlan bővítés, átalakítás, korszerűsítés - Új eszközök, gépek beszerzése, új technológiai rendszerek és kapacitások kialakítása, beleértve az automatizált termelési rendszerek fejlesztését, gyártási technológiák fejlesztését, folyamatautomatizálási eszközök, szenzor-, és vezérlés technológiák fejlesztését, robottechnológia alkalmazását, intelligens gyártás megoldások beszerzését Az épületbővítés és eszközbeszerzés célja a termelés bővítése, korszerűsítése a megújuló energiaforrásokat használó berendezések gyártásához kapcsolódva, ezáltal portfólióbővítés és árbevétel növekedés a fő elvárás. A fejlesztés is két termékcsoportra irányul. Mivel a gép AMADA gyártmányú lenne, ezért tökéletesen illeszthető a meglévő irányítási rendszerbe, alkalmas virtuális gyártásra, a virtuális prototípus gyártásra, mellyel költséghatékonyan, selejt gyártása nélkül tudjuk szimulálni a gyártást és szükség esetén javítani, módosítani azon. A raszterek osztóköze 6,15 m. Az épület aljzata 20 cm vastag ipari jellegű acélhajbetonból készül 6x6 m-es raszterben dilatáltan. A koptatóréteg Mastertop felületképzéssel kerül kialakításra. A termelő részleg aljzata acélhaj beton, ami vízzáró szerkezetű lesz. 10 cm vastag álló IPN hőszigeteléssel ellátott fal és 12 cm Qaudcore tető szendvicspanellal készül. A kapuk hőszigeteltek, lamellás, szekcionált ipari jellegű, automatizált, motoros működtetésűek lesznek. (Hungarian)

(English)
