As a result of the development, a cloud-based platform providing incubation services using certain elements of artificial intelligence will be created, which due to its modular structure can be further developed, adapted and adapted to local needs. The virtual interface will be automated with the use of artificial intelligence and chatbots, which previously require human intervention. Implementation steps/target areas and project elements: —2 main incubator manager(s) during implementation and maintenance: in addition to participating in the detailed elaboration of the incubator programme and developing an incubation model, the incubator manager provides mentoring/management guidance for those involved in the incubator process. The part-time professional will perform administrative tasks and the operation of the network, mainly ensuring efficient operation from a technical point of view. —Developing an enterprise incubation programme: development of standards, content frameworks, procedures and methodology/guidelines, necessary documentation; — Establishment of a regional cooperation platform: network and partnership building, professional networking, website and social interface defining and developing related functions; — Information and technology development that facilitates entrepreneurial incubation service activities — software development, hardware procurement. — Purchase of licences and know-how to facilitate incubation service activities. — Marketing activity: online and offline marketing, recruitment by managers, partnership building, market introduction and presentation of the system to be developed to market and sell modules; Training of incubator manager. — Mandatory publicity; The activity planned in the project provides a significantly more complex service than our current services, both geographically and in the field of service, as a result of the project our range of services is significantly expanded. In preparation for the project, we prepared a business plan and agreed with various service providers and organisations in terms of development and implementation, cooperation and partnership. These supporting documents are attached. The managers involved in project management have many years of experience in project management (see CVs). As part of the development, no concrete physical infrastructure development is carried out; for two people, basic IT tools are purchased for the construction of the workstation necessary for the proper quality of work: 2 high-performance notebooks (Intel Core i7 processor, 16 GB RAM, 15.6" diameter, SSD, Win10) and 2 LED monitors. Elements of information technology development: Software procurement: modular system consisting of panels. Functions: management, forum, task organiser, budget control, networking and partnership building social interface, business, strategic plan maker, trainings, courses, training platform and background, management of online tests, function compiling and managing development plans, controlling, monitoring, online administration of the business process. License(s) necessary for software development and for the necessary operation of the system, enabling the use of virtual reality and artificial intelligence and providing opportunities for further development of the interface in this direction, facilitating the performance of the planned incubation service activity. The development of a multi-functional, multifunctional website optimised for mobile devices that is suitable for the availability of the service, providing the online interface of the virtual platform (partnership search, contact network platform and technical background) and the user interface, necessary for this purpose. The interface is also accessible by creating contrasts, readers, video-related subtitles. (English)

    A fejlesztés eredményeként kialakításra kerül egy felhő alapú, a mesterséges intelligencia egyes elemeit felhasználó, inkubációs szolgáltatásokat nyújtó platform, amely moduláris felépítése okán tovább fejleszthető, helyi igényekhez igazítható, adaptálható. A virtuális felület a mesterséges intelligencia és chatbotok használatával számos, korábban emberi beavatkozást igényló feladat automatizálva lesz. Fontos szempont a közösség erőforrásain, a kölcsönös segítségnyújtáson alapuló önfejlesztés, a bootstrapping módszer alkalmazása. Az általunk kialakításra kerülő rendszert minden potenciális vagy már meglévő vállalkozás el fogja tudni érni, aki tevékenysége, akár elhelyezkedése okán nem igényli, nem tudja igénybe venni egy fizikai inkubációs ház szolgáltatásait. A teljes rendszer kialakítása és üzemeltetése során, a szolgáltatások biztosításához szükséges, bevont szakembereken túl klasszikus inkubátorházakkal, start-up cégekkel foglalkozó akcelerátorokkal, vállalkozásfejlesztési alapítványokkal, illetve az oktatás terén innovatív tartalomfejlesztő szolgáltatókkal is együttműködést tervezünk kialakítani. A rendszerünk egyik fontos feladata lesz, hogy az ügyfelek számára online rendszerünkhöz kapcsolódó szakembert, szolgáltatót biztosítsuk. Megvalósítás lépései/célterületei és projektelemei: -2 fő inkubátor menedzser(ek) alkalmazása a megvalósítás és fenntartás során: az inkubátormenedzser az inkubátor-program részletes kidolgozásában való részvétel, inkubációs -modell kidolgozása mellett a cégek toborzása, programba való bevonása, kapcsolatrendszer felépítése, befektetésösztönzés, illetve az inkubációs folyamatban részt vevők számára nyújt mentori/menedzsment jellegű iránymutatást. A részmunkaidős szakember adminisztratív feladatokat és a hálózat üzemeltetését fogja ellátni, elsősorban technikai oldalról biztosítja a hatékony működést. -Vállalkozói inkubációs program kidolgozása: standardok, tartalmi keretek, eljárásrend és módszertan/útmutató, szükséges dokumentáció kidolgozása; -Térségi együttműködési platform kialakítása: hálózat és partnerségépítés, szakmai hálózatfejlesztés, honlap és közösségi felület az ehhez kapcsolódó funkciók meghatározása, kialakítása; - A vállalkozói inkubációs szolgáltató tevékenység végzését elősegítő információ-technológiai fejlesztés – szoftverfejlesztés, hardver beszerzés. - Az inkubációs szolgáltató tevékenység végzését elősegítő licensz, know-how beszerzése. - Marketing tevékenység: online és offline marketing, menedzserek által végzett toborzás, partnerségépítés, a kialakításra kerülő rendszer piaci bevezetése és bemutatása a modulok piacra vitele és értékesítése céljából; - Inkubátor manager képzése. - Kötelezően előírt nyilvánosság biztosítása; A projektben tervezett tevékenység a jelenlegi szolgáltatásainknál lényegesen komplexebb szolgáltatást nyújt mind földrajzilag, mind a szolgáltatás vertikumában, a projekt eredményeként szolgáltatási palettánk jelentős mértékben ki bővül. A projekt előkészítéseként üzleti tervet készítettünk és különböző szolgáltatókkal, szervezetekkel egyeztettünk a fejlesztés és megvalósítás, együttműködés és partnerség tekintetében. Ezen alátámasztó dokumentumokat csatoltuk. A projekt lebonyolításában résztvevő menedzserek sokéves projektmenedzsment tapasztalattal rendelkeznek (lásd önéletrajzok). A fejlesztés keretében konkrét fizikai infrastruktúra-fejlesztés nem történik, két fő számára a megfelelő minőségű munkavégzéshez szükséges munkaállomás kialakításához az alapvető informatikai eszközök beszerzése valósul meg: 2 db nagy teljesítményű notebookot (Intel Core i7 processzor, 16 GB RAM, 15,6” átmérő, SSD, Win10) és 2 db 19” LED monitor. Információs technológia fejlesztés elemei: Szoftverbeszerzés: modulszerű, panelekből felépülő rendszer. Funkciók: menedzsment, fórum, feladatszervező, költségvetés ellenőrző, hálózat és partnerségépítő közösségi felület, üzleti, stratégiai terv készítő, képzések, kurzusok, tréningekhez szükséges felület és háttér kialakítása, online tesztek kezelése, fejlesztési terveket összeállító és kezelő funkció, üzleti folyamat kontrollingja, monitoringja, online ügyintézés. A szoftver fejlesztéshez és a rendszer szükséges működtetéséhez szükséges, a felület virtuális valóság és mesterséges intelligencia alkalmazását, illetve ilyen irányú továbbfejlesztési lehetőségeinek biztosítását lehetővé tevő, a tervezett inkubációs szolgáltató tevékenység végzését elősegítő licensz(ek). A szolgáltatás elérhetőségéhez szükséges több funkciós, sokoldalú felhasználásra alkalmas akadálymentesített, mobil eszközökre is optimalizált honlap kialakítása, amely a virtuális platform (partnerségkeresés, kapcsolati háló kialakításához platform és technikai háttér) és a kezelői felület online felületét is biztosítja, ehhez szükséges felhasználói kézikönyv.
