In the framework of the project, Felsőzsolca Greek Catholic Parókia intends to develop international cooperations with foreign partners aimed at improving social coexistence and developing, familiarising and disseminating measures aimed at improving social coexistence and bringing people from disadvantaged backgrounds into line. The project involves the development and operation of network collaborations and the strengthening of the process of exchange of experience among the cooperating partners. Co-operating partners work in one field, in one field of activity and have the same goals and aspirations, so they can achieve coordinated and effective cooperation with the use of their experiences and development ideas. The presence of social exclusion is a general problem among those living in the municipalities affected by the project. For disadvantaged persons, integration into and reintegration into society has been hampered. This is generally due to a low level of education and a lack of awareness, which has an impact on the labour market and therefore on the social situation. Members of the indirect target group of the project are disadvantaged persons, including: — Roma, minority minorities — young people facing career choices — people with health problems and older people The members of the project’s direct target group are staff of human service institutions (civil society organisations, associations, churches) who can make use of the resulting knowledge in their work. The aim of the project is to increase the knowledge base to address the social challenges presented and to implement and present model programmes and social cohesion measures for the target group. All churches participating in the project regularly carry out tasks related to social assistance and community building. In order to make measures more innovative, reach more people and actively improve the life situation of disadvantaged people, we would like to organise international conferences where exchange of experience, the development and transfer of good practices will be possible. The following activities and objectives will be implemented within the framework of the project: — knowledge of measures to improve the living conditions and chances of disadvantaged persons in the framework of international cooperation — international networking — processing of experience of services, description of good practices — implementation of research and comparative analysis — competence development, training, fieldwork implementation — organisation of joint professional programmes with partners — organisation of workshops, study visits — sharing experiences among Hungarian professionals — methodological and professional summary, formulation of professional recommendations (English)

A projekt keretében a Felsőzsolcai Görögkatolikus Parókia külföldi partnerei bevonásával olyan nemzetközi együttműködéseket kíván kialakítani, melyek célja a társadalmi együttélés javítását, a hátrányos helyzetű személyek felzárkóztatását célzó intézkedések kidolgozása, megismerése és terjesztése. A projekt közvetett célcsoportjának tagjai hátrányos helyzetű személyek, ezen belül: - romák, nemzetiségi kisebbségek - pályaválasztás előtt álló fiatalok - egészségügyi problémákkal küzdő és idős személyek A projekt által érintett közvetlen célcsoport tagjait humán szolgáltató intézmények (civil szervezetek, egyesületek, egyházak) dolgozói alkotják, akik a létrejövő tudásanyagokat munkájuk során hasznosítani tudják. A projekt célja a bemutatott társadalmi kihívások kezelését szolgáló tudásanyag bővítése és a célcsoport számára mintaprogramok, társadalmi összetartást elősegítő intézkedések megvalósítása, bemutatása. A projektben résztvevő egyházak mindegyike rendszeresen valósít meg szociális segítségnyújtáshoz, közösségépítéshez kapcsolódó feladatokat. Annak érdekében, hogy intézkedések innovatívabbá váljanak, több embert érhessenek el és aktívabban fejleszthessék a hátrányos helyzetű személyek élethelyzetét, nemzetközi konferenciákat szeretnénk megvalósítani, ahol lehetőség nyílik a tapasztalatcserére, jó gyakorlatok kidolgozására és átadására. A projekt keretében az alábbi tevékenységek, célok valósulnak meg: - hátrányos helyzetű személyek életkörülményeit, esélyeit javító intézkedések nemzetközi együttműködés keretében történő megismerése - nemzetközi hálózatépítés - a szolgáltatások tapasztalatainak feldolgozása, jó gyakorlatok leírása - kutatás és összehasonlító elemzés megvalósítása - kompetenciafejlesztés, tréning, terepmunka megvalósítása - közös szakmai programok szervezése, megtartása a partnerekkel - műhelymunka, tanulmányút szervezése - tapasztalatok megosztása a hazai szakemberek körében - módszertani-szakmai összegzés, szakmai ajánlások megfogalmazása (Hungarian)
