In the framework of this call for proposals, the Voke Vasutas House of Culture and Library is submitting a grant application entitled “The Role of Public Education in Lifelong Learning” in the field of preserving and nurturing multicultural diversity, expanding the content of the cooperation and strengthening the exchange of experiences. Our mission statement is as follows: The main goal of our organisation is to provide the elements of traditional culture broadcasting and public library services for all ages, in accordance with changing social conditions and needs, to promote social reintegration, especially by training young adults and members of disadvantaged groups, and to contribute to raising the standard of living by promoting the approach to lifelong learning. To this end, we provide the venue for organised community life for the people living in Nyíregyháza and its surroundings in the form of various clubs and professional circles. In the framework of cooperation agreements with public education institutions, we pay special attention to the development of children’s creative competences and talent management. As an adult education institution, we pay special attention to tackling digital illiteracy. Among our target groups, our disadvantaged, elderly fellows and, due to our organizational dedication, the large camp of railways occupy a prominent place. The motto of our institution: We travel in community experiences with our international partners from four countries, encompassing the Hungarian-inhabited areas of the Carpathian Basin. The Association of Hungarian Poetry Speakers in Vojvodina helps Hungarians living in Vojvodina to preserve and nurture the culture of the motherland and preserve the Hungarian language. The Transcarpathian Association of Hungarian Large Families organises programs for the local Hungarians and helps their daily lives. The Tövishát Cultural Society brings together the Hungarians of Partium, strengthening their sense of identity and having a community-building and shaping role. The Hungarian Cultural Institute of Slovakia also approaches community building and community formation from a cultural point of view, by strengthening the sense of identity of the Hungarians. In the project we develop an experience and cooperation plan with the involved partners, and we organise a training session for 2 people per organisation, which contributes to making the later work more effective. In the programs organised with our international partners, we also ensure the participation of many Hungarian professionals through conferences, workshops and study visits. A total of 9 conferences, 12 workshops and 8 study visits will be organised during the project. During the study visits we organise a visit to Szolnok, where we examine the form of lifelong learning in public education. We will also visit Pécs, Balatonszemes and small settlements in Miskolc-Kurnyék. During workshops and study visits, good practices are identified and explored and summarised in a methodological publication. In addition, a study covering all participating countries will be carried out on the basis of a sample of 100-100 persons (to be completed by public education, cultural professionals, educators, educators) and secondary research from the data published by the statistical offices of the participating countries. The final report of the research will be made available online. Our experience gained during the project will be shared in 3 regions, for a minimum of 10 persons per region. At the closing conference we will give an account of the achievements and experiences, we will present our professional-methodological publication to the general public and share the results of the research. Writings, photographic and video reports on the project’s activities and its progress will be published at least 100 times on the website to be created within the framework of the project. The direct objective of our project is: — To learn about the methods used by our international partners in the fields of cooperation between cultural organisations, multiculturalism, traditions and lifelong learning, to collect them and formulate recommendations for their implementation in domestic practice. — expanding the knowledge of the professionals involved in the project in a non-formal context — testing our own ideas and good practices so far — creating a widening and growing international network. •Number of foreign organisations involved in the project: 4 •Professionals taking part in a study visit: 40 people •Execution of cooperation in partnership: 6 workshops per year and 4 study visits •Partnership research: research carried out in the participating countries based on a sample of 100-100 persons, 1 final research report •Methodological summary and formulation of recommendations: 1 publication •Dissemination trainings for min. 30 participants • International cooperation training for 10 participants •Organisation of conferenc... Küldetés-nyilatkozatunk az alábbi: Szervezetünk kiemelt célja, hogy minden korosztály számára biztosítsa a változó társadalmi körülményekhez és igényekhez igazodóan a hagyományos kultúra-közvetítés és a közkönyvtári szolgáltatások elemeit, előmozdítsa a társadalmi reintegrációt különösen a fiatal felnőttek, hátrányos helyzetű csoportok tagjainak képzésével, hozzájáruljon az életszínvonal emeléséhez az élethosszig tartó tanulás szemléletének terjesztésével. Ennek érdekében biztosítjuk Nyíregyháza város és vonzáskörzetén élők számára a szervezett közösségi élet színterét különböző klubok és szakkörök formájában, közoktatási intézményekkel kötött együttműködési megállapodások keretében kiemelt figyelmet fordítunk a gyermekek kreatív kompetenciájának fejlesztésére, tehetséggondozásra. Felnőttképző intézményként kiemelt figyelmet szentelünk a digitális írástudatlanság felszámolására. Célcsoportjaink között kiemelt helyet foglalnak el a hátrányos helyzetű, időskorú embertársaink, valamint szervezeti elhivatottságunkból adódóan a vasutasság népes tábora. Intézményünk jelmondata: Közösségi élményekben utazunk Nemzetközi partnereinket négy országból vontuk be, felölelve a Kárpát-medence magyar-lakta területeit. A Vajdasági Magyar Versmondók Egyesülete a Vajdaságban élő magyarok számára segít az anyaország kultúrájának megőrzésében, ápolásában, a magyar nyelv őrzésében. A Kárpátaljai Magyar Nagycsaládosok Egyesülete a helyi magyarság számára szervez programokat, segíti mindennapjaikat. A Tövishát Kulturális Társaság a partiumi magyarságot fogja össze, erősítve identitástudatukat, közösségépítő és formáló szereppel bír. A Szlovákiai Magyar Művelődési Intézet a közösségépítést és közösségformálást szintén kulturális oldalról közelíti meg, a magyarság identitástudatának erősítésével. A projektben tapasztalatszerzési és együttműködési tervet dolgozunk ki a bevont partnerekkel, továbbá szervezetenként 2-2 fő részére tréninget szervezünk, mely hozzájárul a későbbi munka eredményesebbé tételéhez. A nemzetközi partnereinkkel szervezett programokon számos hazai szakember részvételét is biztosítjuk a konferenciák, műhelymunkák, tanulmányutak révén. A projekt során összesen 9 konferenciát szervezünk, 12 alkalommal műhelymunkát, továbbá 8 tanulmányutat. A kutatásról készült zárójelentést on-line elérhetővé tesszük. A projekt során szerzett tapasztalatainkat disszeminációs tréning keretében 3 régióban, régiónként min. 10 fő részére megosztjuk. A projektzáró konferencián számot adunk az elért eredményekről, tapasztalatokról, a nagyközönség elé tárjuk szakmai-módszertani kiadványunkat és megosztjuk a kutatás eredményét is. A projekt keretében létrehozandó honlapon legalább 100 alkalommal jelentetünk meg írásokat, fényképes és videós beszámolókat a projekt tevékenységeiről, annak előrehaladásáról. Projektünk közvetlen célja: - Megismerni a nemzetközi partnereink által alkalmazott módszereket a kulturális szervezetek közötti együttműködés, a multikulturalizmus, hagyományok ápolása, élethosszig tartó tanulás témakörben, ezeket összegyűjteni és ajánlást fogalmazni meg ezek hazai gyakorlatba történő átültetésére. - a projektbe bevont szakemberek tudásának non-formális keretek közötti bővítése - saját elképzeléseink, eddigi jó gyakorlataink megmérettetése - szélesedő, egyre erősödő nemzetközi hálózat létrejötte Számszerűsíthető eredmények: •A projektbe bevont külföldi szervezetek száma: 4 •Tanulmányúton résztvevő hazai szakemberek: 40 fő •Partnerség keretében együttműködés megvalósítása: évente 6 műhelymunka és 4 tanulmányút •Partnerség keretében megvalósuló kutatás: a résztvevő országokban végzett kutatás 100-100 fős minta alapján, 1 db kutatási zárójelentés •Módszertani összegzés és ajánlások megfogalmazása: 1 db kiadvány •Disszeminációs tréningek min. 30 fő részvétele •Nemzetközi együttműködés keretében megvalósuló tréningen 10 fő részvétele •Konferenciák szervezése 9 alkalommal (Hungarian)
