In its competition entitled “New spaces — library development in Biharkeresztes”, the City House of Culture and Library intends to implement the infrastructure development of the City Library 01 January 2018. — Until 31 December 2018. Its main objective is to promote the strengthening of the educational and training role of the library institution system in support of lifelong learning, as well as the development of services, activities and programme offerings, through the renewal of library spaces. Only community-led public libraries that reflect the needs and needs of the community in their spaces and services can play a decisive role in their long-term development and sustainability. The target group of the programme is Biharkeresztes, students, workers and lifelong learning participants in public education institutions in the municipality of Biharkeresztes. Based on the data from the survey of the situation analysis carried out in the library, we can say that the implementation of lifelong learning activities in the municipality is necessary for the infrastructural development of the institution. Tasks to be carried out in the project: — refurbishment of the power distribution system, the construction of the power grid in the new IT space — shielding — installation of a light-locked pearl role — renovation works: painting — new, modern library furniture. In the children’s library section there will be a Book House, the library shelves will be purchased according to the needs of the children, so the reading materials will be easily accessible. Signs and inscriptions help you navigate on open shelves. In addition, an adequate number of chairs and tables provide learning groups with the library work. A new easily accessible shelving system will be available for the reading room, adult literature and literature as well as manuals, as well as a separate reading corner for adults for relaxed reading. The learning space in the central part of the library will be a flexible, reorganised, open and inviting space that will be suitable not only for the realisation of lifelong learning opportunities, but also for meetings, events and community-building events. Furniture and equipment to be purchased: Inspiring space — Children’s library:11 book stands with four-sleep (5 loading surfaces); 2 book stands with two shelves (3 loading surfaces), 1 rollable book stand with two shelves (3 loading surfaces); 1 children’s library cabinet; 6 children’s library tables; 24 children’s library chairs; 1 Pcs Roller sorting bookcase; 1 Pcs Beanbag Sofa with water-repellent cover; 12 Pcs Beanbag Puff; 4 carpets. Learning Space and Meeting Places: 60 book stands with five-poles (6 loading surfaces); 8 computer tables; 8 pcs Computer chairs; 2 pcs Journal stand with shelves; 1 Library cabinet; 4 Library tables; 16 Library chairs; 1 Pcs Borrowing Wall; 1 Pcs Borrowing Desk; 1 Pcs Publication Holder; 6 pcs Paravan. The long-term implementation of the concept will help reduce school leaving without education, support the effectiveness and efficiency of public education and enhance the multi-faceted services of the cultural institution. It helps to improve the situation of people living in poverty, as well as the integration and integration of those facing the problem into society. Városi Művelődési Ház és Könyvtár az „Új terek - könyvtárfejlesztés Biharkeresztesen” című pályázatában a Városi Könyvtár infrastrukturális fejlesztését kívánja megvalósítani 2018. január 01. – 2018. december 31-ig terjedő időszakban. Legfőbb célja, hogy a könyvtári terek megújulásával elősegítse a könyvtári intézményrendszer egész életen át tartó tanulást támogató oktatási-képzési szerepének megerősítését, valamint a szolgáltatások, tevékenységek és a programkínálat fejlesztését. Kizárólag a tereiben és szolgáltatásaiban a közösség igényeire és szükségleteire reflektáló, közösség-vezérelt közkönyvtárak képesek meghatározó szerepet betölteni az adott hosszú távú fejlődésében és fenntarthatóságában. A program célcsoportja Biharkeresztes, és vonzáskörzetében lévő településen a köznevelési intézményekben tanulók, dolgozók, és az egész életen át tartó tanulásban részt vevők. A könyvtárban végzett helyzetelemzés kérdőíves felmérése adatai alapján azt mondhatjuk, hogy a településen szükség van az élethosszig tartó tanulási tevékenységek megvalósításához az intézmény infrastrukturális fejlesztéséhez. A projektben megvalósítandó feladatok: - áramelosztó rendszer fejújítása, az új informatikai térben az elektromos hálózat kialakítása - árnyékolás – fényzáros gyöngy roletta felszerelése - felújítási munkálatok: festés - új, korszerű könyvtári bútor beszerzés. A gyermekkönyvtári részen könyvkuckó kerül kialakításra, a könyvtári polcok is a gyerekek igénye szerint lesznek beszerezve, így könnyen elérhetővé válnak az olvasnivalók. Táblák és feliratok segítik az eligazodást a nyitott polcokon. Emellett megfelelő számú szék és asztal biztosítja tanulócsoportok számára a könyvtár munkát. Az olvasóterem, a felnőtt szépirodalom és szakirodalom, valamint a kézikönyvek számára is új könnyen elérhető polcrendszer áll majd rendelkezésre, valamint a felnőtteknek külön olvasósarkot alakítottunk ki a nyugodt olvasáshoz. A tanulás tere a könyvtár központi részében rugalmasan alakítható, átszervezhető, nyitott, hívogató tér lesz, amely nemcsak az élethosszig tartó tanulási alkalmak megvalósítására lesz alkalmas, hanem a találkozások, rendezvények, közösségépítő alkalmak megrendezésére is. Beszerezni kívánt bútorok, eszközök: Inspiráló tér – Gyermekkönyvtár:11 db Négypolcos (5 rakodófelületű) könyvállvány; 2 db Kétpolcos (3 rakodófelületű) könyvállvány, 1 db Kétpolcos (3 rakodófelületű) gördíthető könyvállvány; 1 db Gyermekkönyvtári szekrény; 6 db Gyermekkönyvtári asztal; 24 db Gyermekkönyvtári szék; 1 db Görgős válogató könyvesláda; 1 db Babzsák kanapé vízlepergetős borítással; 12 db Babzsák puff; 4 db szőnyeg. Tanuló tér és Találkozások helye: 60 db Ötpolcos (6 rakodófelületű) könyvállvány; 8 db Számítógépasztal; 8 db Számítógép szék; 2 db Folyóiratállvány polcokkal; 1 db Könyvtári szekrény; 4 db Könyvtári asztal; 16 db Könyvtári szék; 1 db Kölcsönző fal; 1 db Kölcsönző pult; 1 db Kiadványtartó; 6 db Paraván. Az elképzelés hosszú távú megvalósítását elősegíti a végzettség nélküli iskolaelhagyás csökkentését, a köznevelés eredményességének és hatékonyságának támogatása és a kulturális intézmény sokoldalú szolgáltatásainak bővítését. Segíti a szegénységben élők helyzetének javulását, illetve a problémával küzdők integrációját és a beilleszkedésüket a társadalomba. A fenntartási időszakban a megújult tereket gazdag szakmai tartalommal kívánjuk megtölteni, ezzel is minél több látogatót bevonzani a könyvtárba. (Hungarian)
