Zsigmond Móricz County and City Library and its six branch libraries operate under the maintenance of the Municipality of Nyíregyháza. The aim of the planned project is to install community, adult education, training and experience functions in a complex, to create the necessary infrastructural background in two locations to strengthen the educational and training role of libraries and to renew them with a school-friendly approach. The development of a modern library of branches, training rooms and employment spaces for training and group activities in order to make better use of the training potential of libraries, as well as the development of information points equipped with modern ICT infrastructure for greater educational use of the knowledge base guarded in libraries. The IT equipment of the central and Vécsey street branch library of our institution does not match the constantly growing user needs in terms of quantity or quality. In our institution, the development of infrastructure supporting the dissemination of methodological and content developments of EFOP is needed in a uniform manner. The first step of the development would be to develop a part of the reading room of the central library in accordance with the needs of the target group by installing a mobile partitioning system, which will turn the venue into a smaller or larger community and/or educational venue if necessary. Furniture and other furnishings are purchased according to the purpose of the site. In the course of the development, we plan to acquire “smart tools” to help eliminate digital illiteracy and to develop digital competence. In addition, we intend to develop the currently outdated equipment of our digital lab for the efficient operation of the digital lab and digitalisation workshop. With the development of an RFID system and the purchase of related ICT tools and software in the central library, the goal is to build a modern IT and service system, and to help people with disabilities use their library, we plan to acquire basic tools to ensure equal opportunities. The creation of a place of education, learning and information that meets the requirements of the age and even anticipates the challenges of the future with innovation, uniquely supports the use of digital knowledge, modern learning and teaching techniques, and provides access to smart devices. Development-related services, learning and training opportunities support access to information and access to documents that are actually and digitally available in libraries. The building of the Vécsey Street branch library cannot serve the society of the 21st century due to its external or internal design. Because of the outdated, outdated, outdated and internal state, the institution does not meet the fire safety requirements or the accessibility requirements for its unfavourable design. The interior furniture also suffers significant disadvantages, the old furniture is damaged, worn and sometimes accidental. During the planned development, the building will be upgraded, its entire interior will be transformed, thanks to the relocation of the door and the dismantling of the wall, we create a variable educational space, where 30-50 people can be seated at the same time. The unused reading room will be eliminated, but we will create a toilet for readers, and there will also be an internet corner for readers to provide high quality in appearance, service quality and community space function. We create and organise non-formal and informal learning opportunities in the new educational space, both individually and in groups. In addition, appropriate furniture and IT equipment can be procured for the planned occupations and trainings. With the help of the development we will be able to participate effectively in the formal education system alongside the preschool age group, as a learning venue, in the age group of upper and secondary students, and the number of adults and older people involved will increase significantly. With our professional activities, we aim to operate a library that ensures quality service for users regardless of age or interests. (English)

    Nyíregyháza Megyei Jogú Város Önkormányzat fenntartásában működő Móricz Zsigmond Megyei és Városi Könyvtár és hat fiókkönyvtára látja el a városi könyvellátást. A tervezett projekt célja közösségi, felnőttképzési, képzési és élményfunkciók egy komplexumba történő telepítése, a könyvtárak oktatási-képzési szerepének erősítéséhez, iskolabarát szemléletű megújulásukhoz szükséges infrastrukturális háttér megteremtése két helyszínen. Képzést segítő, csoportfoglalkozásokra alkalmas korszerű fiókkönyvtár, oktatótermek, foglalkoztató terek kialakítása a könyvtárak képzési potenciáljának magasabb fokú kihasználása érdekében, valamint korszerű IKT infrastruktúrával felszerelt, információs pontok kialakítása a könyvtárakban őrzött tudásbázis nagyobb oktatási hasznosulása érdekében. Intézményünk központi és Vécsey utcai fiókkönyvtárának informatikai eszközellátottsága sem mennyiségében, sem minőségében nem illeszkedik a folyamatosan növekvő felhasználói igényekhez. Intézményünkben, az EFOP módszertani és tartalmi fejlesztéseinek disszeminációját támogató infrastruktúrafejlesztésre van szükség, mégpedig egységes módon. A fejlesztés során első lépésként a célcsoport igényeinek megfelelően az központi könyvtár olvasótermének egy részét alakítanánk ki mobil térelválasztó rendszer beépítésével, mely rendszer szükség szerint kisebb-nagyobb közösségi és/vagy oktatási helyszínné varázsolja a helyszínt. A helyszín céljainak megfelelően kerülnek beszerzésre a bútorok és egyéb berendezési tárgyak. A fejlesztés során olyan „okoseszközök” beszerzését tervezzük, amely segítik a digitális írástudatlanság felszámolását, a digitális kompetencia fejlesztését szolgálják. Mindezek mellett a jelenleg is rendelkezésre álló, digitális laborunk jelenleg korszerűtlen eszközállományát kívánjuk fejleszteni a digitális labor és digitalizációs műhely hatékony működtetése érdekében. A központi könyvtárban RFID rendszer kialakításával és a hozzá kapcsolódó IKT eszközök és szoftverek beszerzésével korszerű informatikai és szolgáltatási rendszer kiépítése a cél, a fogyatékosok könyvtárhasználatának segítése miatt alapvető eszközök beszerzését tervezzük, hogy az esélyegyenlőséget biztosítani tudjuk. Olyan oktatási, tanulási és információ szerzési helyszín kialakítása valósul meg, amely megfelel a kor követelményeinek, sőt az innovációval elébe megy a jövő kihívásainak, egyedülálló módon segíti a digitális ismeretek, a korszerű tanulási-tanítási technikák alkalmazását, hozzáférést biztosít az okoseszközök használatához. A fejlesztéshez kapcsolódó szolgáltatások, tanulási és képzési alkalmak segítik az információhoz való hozzájutást, a könyvtárakban ténylegesen és digitálisan elérhető dokumentumokhoz való hozzájutást. A Vécsey utcai fiókkönyvtár épülete sem külső, sem belső kialakításából adódóan nem tudja kiszolgálni a 21. század társadalmát. Az intézmény elavult, korszerűtlen külső és belső állapota miatt, előnytelen kialakítása végett sem a tűzvédelmi követelményeknek sem az akadálymentesítési feltételeknek nem felel meg. A belső tér berendezése szintén jelentős hátrányokkal küzd, az öreg bútorzat sérült, kopott és helyenként balesetveszélyes is. A tervezett fejlesztés során az épület korszerűsítésére kerül sor, teljes belső tere átalakul, az ajtó áthelyezésének és falbontásnak köszönhetően egy variálható oktatási teret alakítunk ki, ahol 30-50 fő is leültethető egy időben. Megszűnik a kihasználatlan olvasóterem, de kialakítunk egy olvasói mellékhelyiséget, és lesz egy internet sarok is az olvasók számára, hogy megjelenésében, szolgáltatási minőségében, közösségi tér funkciójában is magas színvonalat nyújthasson. Az új oktatási térben nem formális és informális tanulási alkalmakat teremtünk és szervezünk egyéni és csoportos formában. Mindezek mellett megfelelő bútorzat és informatikai eszközök beszerzése valósulhat meg a tervezett foglalkozások, képzések érdekében. A fejlesztés segítségével az óvodás korcsoport mellett, tanulási helyszínként képesek leszünk hatékonyan bekapcsolódni a formális oktatás rendszerébe a felső tagozatos és középiskolás diákok korcsoportjában, jelentősen emelkedni fog a bevont felnőttek és idősek száma. Szakmai tevékenységünkkel egy olyan könyvtár működtetését kívánjuk megvalósítani, amely életkortól és érdeklődési körtől függetlenül biztosítja használók minőségi kiszolgálását. (Hungarian)
