The overall objective of the development is to: Development and expansion of learning, training, training, training rooms, creative arts spaces suitable for non-formal and informal learning in support of lifelong learning, space for audiovisual learning, self-educational circles and clubs of cultivated communities. The specific objective of the development is to: The institution does not currently have an adequate space to carry out educational activities suitable for non-formal and informal learning in support of lifelong learning. There is an ongoing problem with the placement of groups in the institution. The building does not have adequate employment, training space and related service rooms (washrooms). The result of the development: An educational space will be created where lifelong learning activities can be held under appropriate conditions. As it stands, the institution is not able to meet all the needs in the municipality and is therefore unable to contribute effectively to the strengthening of a competitive knowledge-based society, as there is not enough space for the inclusion of groups. With the design of the new group room, the crowding of the cultural house is greatly reduced. The premises of the building could continue to be used in accordance with the original ideas. The new group room allows multiple groups and cultural programs to use the institution’s building at the same time. Last but not least, it is a higher professional quality for groups to hold their meetings more frequently with the availability of more rehearsal rooms. Rózsaszentmárton is one of the rare small settlements in Hungary, where the public initiative group set up for the benefit of public education, cultural, traditional and leisure time is quite high compared to the number of inhabitants. This situation has a number of positive effects on the life of the people of Szszentmárton, but the difficulty is caused by the finiteness of the building of the cultural house: even with the most optimal utilisation, there is little room for active community life. The new room will greatly contribute to the implementation of new initiatives, the smooth running of regular sessions of existing groups, the possibility of increasing the number of occupations, thus helping to raise professional standards and indirectly achieving a more complete, quality lifestyle. The aim of this call is to involve children and young people, those working in public education institutions, the general public and those interested in learning, in new forms of learning, non-formal, informal learning programmes and services supporting and complementing formal education. The inclusion of disadvantaged groups in the lifelong learning process is a priority. The function of the building concerned by the design is a House of Culture. During the year, the building is used by 11 groups of public education, tradition and health promotion as a rehearsal room, a lecture room and a venue for local civil society organisations’ assemblies. In addition, it hosts cultural programs, exhibitions and concerts. The function of the building does not change with the extension. The building concerned by the investment was originally built as a House of Culture in 1929. Since then, it has been rebuilt and refurbished several times. The building is located on the northern part of a long plot extending north-south with a freestanding installation. The green surface of the plot that is adjacent to the building is not delimited from the public area, it stretches as a small public park along Kossuth Lajos Street. The building currently has a larger room, a library and the social functions that serve them (washing facilities, storage facilities). One of the aims of the planned refurbishment and refurbishment is to make it possible to hold small group sessions in a separate room separated from the large community space. Taking advantage of the existing mass formation of the building, the small courtyard on the western façade, which is currently paved, offers a positive opportunity to develop a new employer. In order for the building to meet the requirement of accessible use in line with today’s expectations, it is essential to have an accessible toilet in the building. The existing sanitary block will be adapted to include a barrier-free toilet and a female and male washbasin sized in accordance with the requirements of the OTÉK, taking into account a gender distribution of 50-50 %. The floor and wall coverings of the refurbished part of the building will be refurbished, as well as new interior painting. The technical building and building electrical systems will be modified in the new premises affected by the planned refurbishment. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A tervezéssel érintett épület funkciója Művelődési Ház. (Hungarian)
