The overall work of the applicant, the overall objective of this project, is the same as the general objective of the Call, which is to improve access to inclusive, equitable and quality education and education, to reduce educational inequalities and to create an appropriate infrastructure background. In case of good weather, individual and group activities, leisure and community programs can be the scene of more than 6 000 m² green space, which is unfortunately not accessible at the moment, so it is difficult for children to get out, many need help to get out. If this application involves the extension of the school building, we will also set up the locations of the therapy sessions, and all of our programs can be implemented by the applicant in its own infrastructure. The project relates to milestone 1 of the call for proposals. The enlargement will create a new 2-storey wing of the school with due standards and accessibility rules. This is infrastructure development, but infrastructure is one of the foundations for the quality of education. The main goal of the school is to enable children to continue living in their families, to receive the education and development that is best suited to their abilities, to be open to the world so that they can grow up to become full-fledged members of society. At this point, the development is linked to the project EFOP-3.1.6-16, which provides an adequate infrastructure basis for its future results. Main project elements: 1. Building created by building expansion — This creates a net 330.16 m² 2-storey barrier-free add-on in which development rooms, community space and meeting/teachers are located with its service units. 3 group rooms/classrooms — Currently, the four developing educational groups operate in four classrooms, one of which can provide optimal conditions, and the other three do not offer the opportunity to do so mainly in their floor area. The planned enlargement is necessary because it is essential for all four of our groups to ensure the right conditions. Individual development room — Snoezelen therapy room (the device condition will be purchased from the other tender): The multisensor room is a safe, harmonious, aesthetic, relaxing environment where various stimuli can be realised: by the light, the colours, the sound effects, the music, and the fragrances. Multifunctional Community Space: The building does not have a public space and it is currently required to rent it further away from the building. This community space will be maximised in everyday life. Therefore, with its movable walls, separating the space, it will be perfect for the effective and collective development of severely damaged children, providing more opportunities than ever before. Meeting room/teacher room: Since the beginning of the school’s operation, it has not been possible to set up a meeting room or a teaching room. This was mainly due to the attempt to increase the number of rooms needed for the development of children, putting in the background, with the agreement of the educational body, the establishment of a meeting room or a teaching room for their own interests. 2. Refurbished courtyard — The investment creates a renovated, barrier-free yard of 1 200 m², with which this area can be connected to recreation as well as to the upbringing. 3. Assets to be procured — These assets are closely related to infrastructure development and their equipment. Among them, there are 2 soundproof mobile walls with a total of more than 30 m² due to better use of the community space and furniture and accessories of the development rooms. The other project elements are the related activities and services required during project preparation and implementation, such as planning, procurement, management, publicity, auditing, technical inspection. Quantifiable indicators comprehensively: Number of building, development site (institution) to be expanded: 1 expansion floor area: 330.16 m² (386 gross m²) 1 200 m². Number of pupils directly affected by the supported project: 49 participants in development education directly affected by the project supported: 26 people.     A pályázó általános munkája, a jelen projekt általános célja megegyezik a Felhívás általános céljával, ami az inkluzív, méltányos és minőségi neveléshez és oktatáshoz való hozzáférés javítása, a nevelési-oktatási egyenlőtlenségek csökkentése, megfelelő infrastrukturális háttér kialakításával. Ezen belül a súlyos és halmozottan fogyatékos gyermeket ellátó intézmény infrastrukturális fejlesztése, megújulása a cél épületbővítés által. A Kerek Világ Általános Iskola területileg Pécs keleti városrészében található alapítványi fenntartású gyógypedagógiai iskola. Az épületben jelenleg 7 tanterem, és 4 egyéni foglalkoztató szoba van. Saját tornaterme, közösségi tere nincs, erre a célra a közeli közösségi házban bérel az intézmény termet. A közösségi programok lebonyolítása kb. 300 méter távolságra levő közösségi ház helységeinek bérlésével lehetséges. Jó idő esetén az egyéni és csoportfoglalkozások, szabadidős és közösségi programok színtere lehet az épülethez tartozó, több mint 6 000 m2-es zöld terület, ami jelenleg sajnos nem akadálymentesített, így a gyerekek számára nehezen megközelíthető, sokaknak segítség kell a kijutáshoz. Amennyiben a jelen pályázattal az iskolaépület bővítésére sor kerül, akkor a terápiás foglalkozások helyszíneit is kialakítjuk, valamint minden programunkat saját infrastruktúrában lehet megoldania a pályázónak. A projekt a pályázati felhívás 1. részcéljához kapcsolódik. A bővítéssel létrejön az iskolának egy új, 2 szintes szárnya a kellő előírások és akadálymentesítési szabályok betartásával. Ez infrastrukturális fejlesztés, de az infrastruktúra az egyik alapja az oktatás minőségének. Az iskola fő célja, hogy a gyerekek továbbra is a családjukban élve, részesülhessenek a képességeiknek legmegfelelőbb oktatásban és fejlesztésben, nyitottak legyenek a világra, hogy felnőve minél teljesebb értékű tagjai lehessenek a társadalomnak. Ezen a ponton is kapcsolódik a fejlesztés a szervezet az EFOP-3.1.6-16-os projektjéhez, hisz annak is, annak a majdani eredményeinek kellő infrastrukturális alapot nyújt. Fő projektelemek: 1. Épületbővítés által létrejött épület – Ezzel létrejön egy nettó 330.16 m2-es alapterületű 2 szintes akadálymentesített bővítmény, amiben fejlesztő szobák, közösségi tér, illetve tárgyaló/tanári is helyet kap annak kiszolgáló egységeivel. 3 csoportszoba/tanterem – Jelenleg a négy fejlesztő nevelés-oktatást ellátó csoport négy tanteremben működik, melyek közül egy tanteremben tudják az optimális feltételeket biztosítani, a másik három elsősorban alapterületében nem ad erre lehetőséget. A tervezett bővítést az teszi szükségessé, hogy mind a négy csoportunk számára nélkülözhetetlen a megfelelő feltételek biztosítása. Egyéni fejlesztőszoba – Snoezelen terápiás szoba (eszköz-feltétele a másik pályázatból kerül beszerzésre): A multiszenzoros szoba, olyan biztonságos, harmonikus, esztétikus, nyugalmat árasztó környezet, ahol több érzékszerv stimulálása valósulhat meg különböző ingerek: a fény-, a színek-, a hanghatások, a zene, és az illatok által. Többfunkciós közösségi tér: Az épületnek nincs közösségi tere, azt jelenleg az épülettől távolabb bérelnie kell. Ennek a közösségi térnek a mindennapokban is a maximális lesz a kihasználhatósága. Ezért mozgatható falaival, a tér leválasztásával kiválóan alkalmas lesz a súlyosan-halmozottan sérült gyermekek hatékony és az eddiginél több lehetőséget biztosító egyéni és csoportos mozgásfejlesztésére. Tárgyaló/tanári szoba: Az iskola működésének kezdete óta nem volt lehetőség tárgyaló, illetve tanári szoba kialakítására. Ez abból adódott, hogy elsősorban a gyermekek fejlesztéséhez szükséges helyiségek számát igyekeztek gyarapítani, háttérbe helyezve – a nevelőtestület egyetértésével - a saját érdekeiket szolgáló tárgyaló illetve tanári szoba kialakítását. 2. Felújított udvar – A beruházás által létrejön egy 1200 m2-es felújított, akadálymentesített udvarrész, amivel ez a terület a rekreáció mellett a nevelésbe is bekapcsolható. 3. Beszerzendő eszközök – Ezek az eszközök szorosan az infrastrukturális fejlesztéshez tartoznak, azok berendezései. Köztük van 2 db, összesen több mint 30 m2-es hangszigetelt mobilfal a közösségi hely jobb kihasználhatósága miatt, illetve a fejlesztő termek bútorzata, kellékei. A többi projektelem az ezekhez kapcsolódó projekt-előkészítési és megvalósítás alatt szükséges tevékenységek, szolgáltatások képezik, mint tervezés, közbeszerzés, menedzsment, nyilvánosság, könyvvizsgálat, műszaki ellenőrzés. Számszerűsíthető mutatók átfogóan: Bővítendő épület, fejlesztési hely (intézmény) száma: 1 db Bővítés alapterülete: 330,16 m2 (386 bruttó m2) Udvarfelújítás (ak. ment.) alapterülete: 1200 m2.
