The draft for the extension of the Gárdonyi Zoltán Reformed Primary School and Primary Art School fully complies with the applicable laws and standards. The institution concerned by the investment is currently operating in two places of responsibility. Education of the lower section is owned by the parish, 4110 Biharkeresztes, Damjanich street 21, Hrsz.: It takes place in real estates under 185. The training of the upper section is currently 4110 Biharkeresztes, Kossuth utca 52, Hrsz.: It takes place in a municipal property located under 1244. The buildings used for educational purposes do not comply separately and together with the current standard MSzE 24203-2:2012. The self-occupied building needs to be renovated and upgraded, and the state of the municipal building has deteriorated considerably both externally and internally. One of the strong plans of the Church community is to standardise the school by combining the education of its lower and upper students into a place of assignment — creating conditions for higher quality education, contributing to the improvement of the educational infrastructure and the children’s school environment. The merger is owned by the institution and is currently used for educational purposes: It is intended to be implemented in 185 locations. In the course of the design concept, it became clear that the extent of the area alone does not provide sufficient conditions for the planned school building expansion to comply with the requirements of the MSzE 24203-2:2012 standard and to comply with the requirements of the Biharkeresztes Local Construction Rules. In order to promote feasibility, the Church has purchased the 4110 Biharkeresztes, Széchenyi Street 31, Széchenyi utca 31, Hrsz.: The entire property located below 227, with which sufficient space is available for the investment. The planned school extension of the tender amount is not feasible in its entirety, therefore the investment schedule is necessary to ensure that, if the future financial situation of the institution so permits, the next phase of the education infrastructure can be completed. The investment will be realised in 2 phases, phase I will become feasible in the present project. Standardisation can only be achieved with a certain re-organisation of the existing school premises. In terms of classrooms and the current number of pupils in the existing school building, the size of the social blocks is appropriate, but taking into account the complex building, it would be preferable to move the classroom in the south-east corner of the building to the current, non-standard Teacher Room and the Ceramic Workshop. The ceramic workshop would be replaced by this classroom. The Director’s Office, the Economic Office and the Archives will be abolished and replaced by an individual developer and speech therapist. From now on, the group of Teacher’s Toilets and Toilets will serve the cleaning staff. The basement level mechanical space will continue to operate in the same way, no other changes will be made in the existing school building. The planned extension of buildings must adapt to both terrain and land conditions. Taking this into account, a side corridor building will be constructed which can meet the standard room requirements for an elementary school with 8 classes on 3 levels. The levels of the existing and planned building could not be brought to the same plane due to the change in the terrain, therefore, after crossing the ground floor, there is of course a two-sided elevator next to the stairs to ensure unobstructed traffic in the building. Due to the length of the side corridor and fire control reasons, two staircases were installed in the planned building. On the ground floor side corridor, the necessary premises of the administration (director’s office, deputy director’s office, business office, administrative room) and the teaching staff (teacher room, teacher changing room, kitchenette, teacher resting room) as well as a specialised classroom with the corresponding merchandise, and groups of toilets designed by gender were located. In addition to the ground floor, the basement floor below the ground floor would be realised as part of Phase I. On this floor there would be 4 classrooms attached to the side corridor, a specialised classroom with the related merchandise, the toilet groups formed by gender, and a closed mechanical room next to the elevator. In the street shoe corridor, you can access the one through changing rooms for each gender belonging to the gym “A” and the medical room. The gymnastics room can be accessed from the sneaker corridor. It is also possible to access the ballroom toilet unit from the sneaker corridor, according to the standard without touching the changing rooms. The clean interior size of the gym is 15 x 30 m, and there are two fittings, the combined size of which meets the standard minimum 60 m². (English)

A Gárdonyi Zoltán Református Általános Iskola és Alapfokú Művészeti Iskola bővítésére készített tervezet teljes mértékben megfelel a hatályos jogszabályoknak és szabványoknak. A beruházással érintett intézmény jelenleg két feladatellátási helyen üzemel. A szabványosítás csakis a meglévő iskolaépület helyiségeink bizonyos mértékű újra átszervezésével együtt tud létrejönni. A tornaterem tiszta belső mérete 15 x 30 m, hozzá kapcsolódóan két szertár került kialakításra, melynek együttes mérete teljesíti a szabvány szerinti min. 60 m2-t. (Hungarian)
