In the present application, the operator submits an application to support the infrastructure development of the Árpád General School of Ostorosi. The planned duration of the project is 12 months. The building affected by the renovation was built in a hillside with a basement-ground-top arrangement with a multi-divided high roof. The building is covered with diamond shale, presumably containing asbestos. The cover is old and broken in several places, so its replacement was justified from a technical and not least health point of view. The planned renovation affects both the interior and the exterior of the building. Activities to be carried out under the project: 3.1.1 Self-eligible activities: Refurbishment and refurbishment of the rooms, educational rooms and the corridors and roadways used to carry out the educational activity (covering renovation and painting). 3.1.2.1 Compulsory non-eligible activities: project preparation (professional plan preparation, construction plan, implementation of public procurement procedures, provision of project management activities, implementation of horizontal aspects and mandatory information and publicity) 3.1.2.2 Optional, ineligible activities: purchase of equipment, equipment and furniture to ensure the usability of spaces involved in infrastructure development (acquisition of equipment), removal of flooding and floor defects. Jelen kérelemben a fenntartó az Ostorosi Árpád Fejedelem ÁItalános Iskola infrastrukturális fejlesztésének támogatására nyújt be pályázatot. A projekt tervezett hossza 12 hónap. A felújítással érintett épület domboldalba simulva készült alagsor-földszint-tetőtér elrendezésben többszörösen tagolt magastetővel. Az épület fedése – feltételezhetően azbeszt tartalmú – rombuszpala. A fedés elöregedett, több helyen törött, így cseréje műszaki és nem utolsó sorban egészségügyi szempontból is indokolttá vált. A tervezett felújítás az épület belső tereit és külső megjelenését egyaránt érinti. Felújításra kerül a tantermek és a közlekedők padlója, a helyiségek falai kifestésre kerülnek valamint új fedés készül az épületre cserepes lemezből. A projekt keretében megvalósítandó tevékenységek: 3.1.1 Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek: A nevelési-oktatási tevékenység megvalósításához használt termek, oktatási termek és az azok elérését szolgáló folyosók, közlekedők felújítása, átalakítása (burkolat felújítás és festés). 3.1.2.1 Kötelezően megvalósítandó, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: projekt előkészítés (szakmai terv készítése, kiviteli terv készítése, közbeszerzési eljárások lebonyolítása, projekt menedzsment tevékenység biztosítása, horizontális szempontok érvényesítése és kötelező tájékoztatás és nyilvánosság biztosítása) 3.1.2.2 Választható, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: az infrastrukturális fejlesztésben érintett terek használhatóságának biztosításához eszközök, berendezési tárgyak és bútorok beszerzése (eszközbeszerzés), beázások, födémhibák megszüntetése. A projekt részletes szakmai tartalma a támogatási kérelem mellékleteként csatolt szakmai tervben kerül bemutatásra. (Hungarian)
