THE AIM OF THE PROJECT IS TO: The aim of the project is to develop the infrastructure of the institutional learning areas of the Primary School of Nyírmártonfalva. The estimated gross investment cost of this project is HUF 26 million. THE INSTITUTION TO BE DEVELOPED SHALL: The number of pupils in the place of assignment is 129, of which 34 are disadvantaged and 23 are cumulatively disadvantaged. The current take-up of the assignment site is 52 %. School leaving and early school leaving is significant1 Number of teachers: 16 people. Current infrastructure: 1 gym, 4 classrooms, 1 IT classroom. The proportion of pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds among pupils is high, and the number of HHH pupils did not reflect the real situation in the academic year 2013/14. These pupils grow up in poor environments. The values conveyed by the school and the family differ significantly. Lack of interest in working at school is common among parents. The systematic lack of basic equipment for pupils is also a hindrance. Modernising the pedagogical culture — improving the effectiveness of education, using new methods and tools to increase learners’ motivation to learn by teaching children in a balanced sustainable and equal opportunity. After diagnosis, start development of the right quality before and after schooling. Making communication between the school and the parents’ home more effective and strengthening the link. Identification of socioculturally disadvantaged talents, talent recognition and development. Increase pupils’ lesson activity. Creating opportunities for small, small successes. Creating opportunities for motivation, reducing the experience of failure. Generating change in the value system of families, “educating parents”, winning them to participate as actively as possible in school life, perseverance in work, consistency. PLANNED ELEMENTS OF THE INVESTMENT: Self-eligible activities of the project, which are activities related to the development of sites for the performance of tasks, which are not subject to a building permit: • Improvements needed for everyday physical education: O Renovation and modernisation of sports yards and optional, ineligible activities: It is not relevant in this case. Planned renovations Construction of artificial grass sports ground with space lighting, safety net. Main types of work: — after removal of the humus growing layer, a graded crushed stone soil improver layer is made, — 40/40/80 cm sized concrete dots are made, — artificial grass surface with square stone covering, — ball catch net made. During the construction, the principles of universal design, i.e. the needs of women and men, the needs of the elderly, the disabled and the children, as well as accessibility in proportion to the project, are taken into account and enforced in the planning of transport connections. A PROJEKT CÉLJA: A projekt célja a Nyírmártonfalvai Általános Iskola intézményi tanulást segítő tereinek infrastrukturális fejlesztése. Jelen projekt becsült bruttó beruházási költsége 26 Millió Ft. A FEJLESZTENDŐ INTÉZMÉNY: A feladatellátási helyen a tanulói létszám 129 fő, ebből 34 fő hátrányos helyzetű, 23 fő pedig halmozottan hátrányos helyzetű. A feladatellátási hely jelenlegi kihasználtsága 52 %-os. Az iskolaelhagyás, lemorzsolódás mértéke jelentős1 Tanárok száma: 16 fő. A jelenlegi infrastruktúra: 1 db tornaterem, 4 db tanterem, 1 db informatikai szaktanterem. A családi szociokulturális hátrányok erősen rányomják bélyegüket a tanulók viselkedéskultúrájára, ill. tanulási moráljára. A tanulók alapfelszerelésének rendszeres hiánya is hátráltató tényező. A pedagógiai kultúra korszerűsítése - az oktatás hatékonyságának eredményességének javítása, új módszerek, eszközök használatával a tanulók tanulási motivációjának növelésével a gyermekek kiegyensúlyozott fenntartható, egyenlő esélyeket nyújtó nevelés-oktatásával. A diagnosztizálás után megfelelő minőségű fejlesztés elkezdése beiskolázás előtt és után. Az iskola és a szülői ház közötti kommunikáció eredményesebbé tétele és a kapcsolat erősítése. A szociokulturálisan hátrányos tehetségek beazonosítása, tehetség-felismerés, fejlesztés. Pedagógusoknál használható tudás megszerzése, tudásátadás megszervezése a belső képzésekkel, műhelymunkákkal, horizontális tanulási utak biztosításával. Gyakorlatban hasznosítható képzések felkutatása. A motiválási lehetőségek megteremtése, kudarcélmény csökkentése. A családok értékrendszerében változás generálása, „Szülők nevelése”, megnyerése az iskolai életben való minél aktívabb részvételre, kitartás a munkában, következetesség. A BERUHÁZÁS TERVEZETT ELEMEI: A projekt önállóan támogatható tevékenységei, melyek a feladat-ellátási helyek fejlesztéséhez kapcsolódó, építési engedélyhez nem kötött tevékenységek: • A mindennapos testneveléshez szükséges fejlesztések: o sportudvarok felújítása és korszerűsítése, valamint Választható, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: Esetünkben nem releváns. TERVEZETT FELÚJÍTÁSOK Műfüves sportpálya építése térvilágítással, biztonsági hálóval. Főbb munkanemek: - a humuszos termő réteg eltávolítása után osztályozott zúzottkő talajjavító réteg készül tömörítve, - 40/40/80 cm méretű beton pontalapok készítése, - műfüves pályafelület kialakítása térkő burkolattal, - labdafogó háló készül. A kivitelezés során a létesítmények, térhasználat közlekedési kapcsolatok tervezésekor kiemelten figyelembe vételre és érvényesítésre kerülnek az egyetemes tervezés elvei, azaz a nők és férfiak igényei, az idősek, a fogyatékosok és a gyermekek igényei, továbbá a projektarányos akadálymentesítés. A projekt eredményeként megújul a Nyírmártonfalvai Általános Iskola sportudvara. (Hungarian)
