There are 2 gas-fired heat blowers in the gymnasium. The efficiency, performance and technical condition of existing boilers and heat blowers do not ensure efficient, safe and economical operation. A legégetőbb problémákat figyelembe véve jelen építési projekt az alábbi területek felújítását, korszerűsítését valósítaná meg: Önállóan támogatható tevékenység: • az oktatási tevékenység megvalósításához használt termek, oktatási termek és azok elérését szolgáló folyosók, közlekedők felújítása • nyelvi tanterem korszerűsítése Választható, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: • mellékhelyiségek kialakítása, • energetikai korszerűsítés az épületrészek villamos korszerűsítésének és fűtés korszerűsítésének megvalósításával A meglévő folyosók, közlekedő terek : A korábbi komplex akadálymentesítési projekt kapcsán a földszinti és a tornacsarnok előtti közlekedő terek, folyosók új grees kerámia burkolattal lettek ellátva az akadálymentesítési előírásoknak megfelelő kialakítással. Az emeletei részen az építéskorabeli eredeti mozaiklap burkolat maradt meg, állapota kielégítő. A folyosó oldalfala festett,1,5 m magasságig mosható olajfestékkel lefestve. Felületük kopott, felújításra szorul. A folyosói belső ajtók fa ajtók, műszaki állapotuk kielégítő, de kopottak, felületük felújítandó. A folyosói beépített szekrények elhasználódott, rossz műszaki állapotban vannak. Nem záródnak, ajtószárnyaik felülete több helyen sérült, használhatóságuk korlátozott. A meglévő villamos hálózat, lámpatestek, dugaljak, kapcsolók elavultak, töröttek, így működtetésük nem üzembiztos. Oktatási termek: A földszinten a termek padlóburkolata fa parketta. Felületi védelme erőteljesen lekopott, több teremben kellemetlen szagot áraszt, felújításra szorul. Az emeleten pvc padlóburkolatúak, felületük megrongálódott, balesetveszélyes, felújításra szorulnak. A termek fal-mennyezeti felületei festettek, felületük kopott, felújítandók. A meglévő villamos hálózat, lámpatestek, dugaljak, kapcsolók elavultak, töröttek, így működtetésük nem üzembiztos Nyelvi tanterem: Gyengeáramú hálózata elavult, vezetékrendszere szabadon szerelt, kialakítása nem felel meg a jelenlegi műszaki követelményeknek. Mellékhelyiségek kialakítása, energetikai korszerűsítés: Az iskola gyerek létszáma 150 fő. Az épületben 2 fiú és 2 lány WC található. A megnövekedett létszám miatt a meglévő vizesblokkok már nem elegendőek és a létszám tekintetében további növekedés várható. Az iskola épületében a fűtést jelenleg 2 darab rossz hatásfokú kazánnal biztosítják, rég öntöttvas radiátorokkal, hiányzó szabályzó, letört elzáró szelepekkel. A tornacsarnokban 2 db gázüzemű hőlégbefúvó üzemel. A meglévő kazánok és hőlégbefúvók hatásfoka, teljesítménye, műszaki állapota nem biztosítja a hatékony, biztonságos és gazdaságos üzemeltetést. Az épület lámpatestjei elavultak, fényforrásaik nem energiatakarékosak, üzemeltetésük nem gazdaságos. A jelenlegi, nem megfelelő műszaki állapotok miatt az alábbi felújítások, korszerűsítések elvégzése indokolt az érintett területeken: Meglévő folyosók, közlekedő terek, oktatási termek felújítása, korszerűsítése: A folyosó kopott oldalfalait, mennyezeteit felületileg fel kell újítani. A meglévő kazánok és hőlégbefúvók hatásfoka, teljesítménye, műszaki állapota nem biztosítja a hatékony, biztonságos és gazdaságos üzemeltetést, ezért a fűtési rendszert energetikailag korszerűsíteni kell.
