The development of the infrastructure of the school is of paramount importance in order to ensure an environment conducive to the basic tasks of school education and education as a result of appropriate development. It is very fragmented in the places of education, and there is a need to create a single and modern infrastructure condition within the school. We feel it is our priority to prepare young people who are able to adapt successfully in the economic space around us to participate successfully in the labour market and in lifelong learning, in line with the Public Education and Development Strategy. We need to prepare the citizens of the future to keep pace with technological developments and to respond adequately to the changes brought about by the enormous expansion of information and communication technologies. In 2017, we aimed to strengthen our educational quality, supported by the 3.3.5 and 9th place of our students in the competition for professional baccalaureate exams (SZZÉV) and the 12nd place at the National Professional Studies Competition in 2017. Developments in the Secondary School and College of János Balásházy at the University of Debrecen: • Renovation of the main building aula and staircase: The doors and windows in the aula and staircase and interior doors are repaired and painted. Blind repairs and new surface finishes are being prepared. Mechanical fittings are replaced and new radiators are installed. In the staircase, the existing roofing at the place of wetting is inspected and sometimes repaired. • Refurbishment of IT rooms and road users: New floor coverings will be created in the IT rooms with the creation of new floated concrete floors, and new floor coverings will also be made on the road. The exterior and interior windows are replaced by the related masonry industry. Plaster repairs and new surface finishes are being made. The mechanical fittings are replaced. The refurbishment of the complete powerful and low-current network will be carried out with modern energy-saving lighting. • Refurbishment of the main building’s office, secretariat and corridor: New floor coverings will be created in the corridor and offices, with the creation of new concrete floors in the offices. Az iskola infrastrukturális fejlesztése kiemelten fontos annak érdekében, hogy a megfelelő fejlesztés következtében az intézményben az iskolai nevelés-oktatás alapfeladatainak ellátását támogató környezet biztosított legyen. Az oktatás helyszíneit tekintve nagyon széttagolt, szükség lenne az egységes és korszerű infrastrukturális feltétel megteremtésére iskolán belül. Kiemelt feladatunknak érezzük, hogy a Köznevelés-fejlesztési Stratégiához illeszkedve a bennünket körülvevő gazdasági térben sikeresen alkalmazkodni képes fiatalokat készítsünk fel a munkaerőpiacon, és az egész életen át tartó tanulásban való sikeres részvételre. A jövő állampolgárait kell felkészítenünk arra, hogy lépést tudjanak tartani a technológiai fejlődéssel és az információs és kommunikációs technológiák óriási térhódításával járó változásokra megfelelően képesek legyenek reagálni. Célunk a beruházással a minőségi oktatás és hatékony nevelés infrastrukturális, 21. századnak megfelelő feltételeinek megteremtése. Ezzel a 2017-ben az ágazati és ágazaton kívüli szakmai érettségi vizsgatárgyak versenyén (ÁSZÉV) tanulóinkkal elért 3.4.5. és 9. helyezéssel és az Országos Szakmai Tanulmányi Versenyen elért 12. helyezéssel is alátámasztott oktatási színvonalunk erősítését céloztuk meg. A Debreceni Egyetem Balásházy János Gyakorló Középiskolája és Kollégiumában megvalósuló fejlesztések: • A főépület aula és lépcsőház felújítása: Az aulában és lépcsőházban lévő és a belső nyílászárók javításra és festésre kerülnek. Vakolatjavítások és új felületképzések készülnek. A gépészeti szerelvények lecserélésre kerülnek, valamint új radiátorok kerülnek beépítésre. A lépcsőházban a beázások helyén meglévő tetőfedés átvizsgálásra, helyenként javításra kerül. • Az informatikai termek, közlekedő felújítása: Az informatikai helyiségekben új padlóburkolatok kerülnek kialakításra új úsztatott betonaljzat készítésével, valamint a közlekedőn is új padlóburkolat készül. A külső és a belső nyílászárók kicserélésre kerülnek a hozzá kapcsolódó kőműves szakipari munkákkal. Megtörténnek a vakolatjavítások és új felületképzések készülnek. A gépészeti szerelvények cseréje megtörténik. A komplett erős és gyengeáramú hálózat felújítása elvégzésre kerül, korszerű energiatakarékos világítással. • A főépület igazgatói iroda, titkárság és folyosó felújítása: A folyosón és az irodákban új padlóburkolatok kerülnek kialakításra, az irodákban új betonaljzat készítésével. A külső és a belső nyílászárók kicserélésre kerülnek. Az oldalfalon vakolatjavítások és új felületképzések készülnek. A gépészeti szerelvények és vezetékek cseréje megtörténik. A komplett erős és gyengeáramú hálózat felújítása történik meg korszerű energiatakarékos világítással gipszkarton álmennyezetbe süllyesztve. A titkárságon lévő beépített mosogató szekrények és teakonyhák felújításra kerülnek. • Közösségi funkciót ellátó terület kialakítása, átalakítása: A helyiségben új padlóburkolat kerül kialakításra. A külső és a belső nyílászárók kicserélésre kerülnek, valamint két új nyílászáró kerül beépítésre. A helyiség teljes falfelületére új vakolat kerül felhordásra, majd új felületképzések készülnek. A gépészeti szerelvények és vezetékek cseréje megtörténik. A komplett erős és gyengeáramú hálózat felújítása történik meg, valamint egy hő visszanyerős szellőztető rendszer kerül beépítésre. • Élelmiszerlabor és raktár kialakítása, átalakítása: A helyiségekben új beton aljzat és padlóburkolat ok kerülnek kialakításra. A külső és belső nyílászárók kicserélésre kerülnek. Vakolatjavítások és új felületképzések készülnek, valamint új álmennyezet kerül kialakításra. A gépészeti szerelvények és vezetékek teljes felújítása megtörténik. A komplett erős és gyengeáramú hálózat felújításra és kiépítésre kerül. • „Csontos” épület felújítása: A helyiségekben új padlóburkolatok kerülnek kialakításra. Az összes külső és belső nyílászárók kicserélésre kerülnek. Vakolatjavítások és új felületképzések készülnek. A gépészeti szerelvények és vezetékek cseréje, valamint új gázkazán kerül beépítésre. A komplett erős és gyengeáramú hálózat felújítása történik meg korszerű energiatakarékos világítással. A padlásfödém utólagos hőszigetelést kap, majd a tető hájazat is cserélésre kerül ereszcsatorna kiépítésével együtt. • Gépműhely felújítása: Vakolatjavítások és új felületképzések készülnek. A külső és belső nyílászárók kicserélésre kerülnek. A gépészeti szerelvények és vezetékek cseréje történik, új gázkazán beépítésével. A beruházások szakmai indokoltsága: A tervezett infrastrukturális fejlesztés szándékaink szerint fokozza az intézmény eredményességét, az inkluzív oktatást (nyitottságra ösztönző nevelést), növeli a diákok számára nyújtott szolgáltatások minőségének színvonalát, ezzel biztosítva a minőségi oktatáshoz, neveléshez való hozzáférést, s hozzájárul a végzettség nélküli iskolaelhagyás elleni középtávú stratégia megvalósításához.
