The institution concerned by the development is the Egri Pásztorvölgy Primary School and High School 3304 Eger, Pásztorvölgy u. 25. The building of the school was completed in 1993 and the building was further built in 1998. Over the years, the plaster has worn out, soaked several times due to the failure of the roof structure. The doors of the windows were repainted only once. At present, the protection of the wood structure and the replacement of accident-threatening floor coverings are crucial for the school. Within the framework of the project, the following interventions are planned: A. Function change, modernisation (by conversions) B. Energy modernisation C. Equipment park modernisation Technical concept: 1. Refurbishment of a sanitary block in wing B: Complete refurbishment of toilets, demolition of floor coverings and construction of new coverings on 320 m², demolition of sidewall coverings and laying of new floor coverings on 80 m². Our building engineering work, sanitary facilities, faucets, painting of walls on 147 m², replacement of interior doors. 2. Complete renovation of 8 classrooms (mean 55 m² room), demolition of floor covering, design of new floor covering, painting, replacement of luminaires, mechanical design of a washbasin, replacement of sanitary facilities. 3. Repair of the interior of the courtyard: 904 m² repair of the inner courtyard of the school. Removal of the old covering, soil improvement layer, compression, new bituminous or macadam covering. 4. Treatment of wood surfaces in the aula: Handling and maintenance of the wood surface in the aula by setting up an internal rack on 700 m². 5. Roof cover replacement: Replacement of the old Tegola roof structure. On 6 120 m², the demolition of the old roof covering, possible plank replacements, the preparation of a new roof covering. 6. Replacement of attic flat windows: Replacement of flat windows in the attic with associated other repairs, plaster repair, painting, insulation repair. Installation of 50 pine roof windows (case size 140*150 cm), replacement of 1 indoor double doors, (140*210 cm), 3 interior doors and windows (100*210 cm). 7. Extension of the power grid: Expansion of the current power grid. We believe that improvements will make it possible to achieve the goal of providing quality education, value mediating and supportive education to our students. The development contributes to the prevention and reduction of school drop-outs and the number of school leavers without education. The planned activities are in line with the short-term institution development plans of the School District Centre. For the planned activities, we took note of the 20/2012. Derogations from the minimum laid down in Decree (VIII.31.) of the Minister for Human Resources, as well as the technical condition of the school. In the course of the implementation, we should comply with the environmental and equal opportunities laws of the project, do not mediate segregation in our communication, reduce existing prejudices for groups, take into account and enforce the principles of universal design. A fejlesztéssel érintett intézmény az Egri Pásztorvölgyi Általános Iskola és Gimnázium 3304 Eger, Pásztorvölgy u. 25. szám alatt működő székhely intézmény. Az iskola épülete 1993-ban készült el, az épület továbbépítésére 1998-ban került sor. A hosszú évek alatt a vakolat elhasználódott, a tetőszerkezet meghibásodása miatt többször beázott. Az ablakok ajtók újrafestésére csak egyszer került sor. Jelenleg a faszerkezet megóvása, a balesetveszélyes padlóburkolatok cseréje égető fontosságú az iskola számára. A projekt keretében az alábbi beavatkozásokat tervezzük: A. Funkcióváltás, modernizálás (átalakítások által) B. Energetikai korszerűsítés C. Eszközpark korszerűsítése Műszaki koncepció: 1. Vizesblokk felújítása a „B” szárnyban: A mosdók teljes felújítása, padlóburkolatok bontása és új burkolat készítése 320 m2-en, oldalfali burkolatok bontása és új burkolat lerakása 80 m2-en. A teljes vizesblokkot érintő épületgépészeti munkánk, szaniterek, csaptelepek cseréje, a falak festése 147 m2-en, belső ajtók cseréje. 2. 8 tanterem komplett felújítása (átlag 55 m2-es teremmel számolva), padlóburkolat bontása, új padlóburkolat kialakítása, festés, lámpatestek cseréje, egy mosdó gépészeti kialakítása, szaniter cseréje). 3. Belső udvarrész térburkolatának javítása: Az iskola belső udvarának 904 m2-nyi felületű javítása. Az régi burkolat felszedése, talajjavító réteg készítése, tömörítés, új bitumenes vagy makadám burkolat készítése. 4. Az aulában fafelület kezelése: Az aulában lévő fafelület kezelése, karbantartása belső állvány felállításával, 700 m2-en. 5. Tetőhéjazat csere: A régi tegola tetőszerkezet cseréje. 6120 m2-en a régi tetőhéj bontása, esetleges deszkacserék, új tetőhéjazat elkészítése. 6. Tetőtéri sík ablakok cseréje: A tetőtérben lévő sík ablakok cseréje a hozzákapcsolódó egyéb javítási munkákkal, vakolatjavítással, festéssel, szigetelés javítással. 50 darab (tokméret 140*150 cm) fenyő tetőtéri ablak beépítése, 1 db beltéri kétszárnyú nyílászáró cseréje, (140*210 cm), 3 db fa beltéri nyílászáró cseréje (100*210 cm). 7. Elektromos hálózat bővítése: A jelenlegi elektromos hálózat bővítése. Úgy véljük, hogy a fejlesztések révén elérhetővé válik a cél, hogy minőségi oktatásban, értékközvetítő, támogató nevelésben részesüljenek a tanulóink. A fejlesztés a megfelelő infrastrukturális háttér kialakításával, a létrejövő modern oktatási terekkel és a kor igényeinek megfelelő eszközparkkal hozzájárul, hogy megelőzzük, illetve csökkentsük az intézmény tanulói lemorzsolódását, a végzettség nélküli iskolaelhagyók számát. A tervezett tevékenységek illeszkednek a Tankerületi Központ rövid távú intézményfejlesztési terveihez. A tervezett tevékenységek esetében figyelmben vettük a 20/2012. (VIII.31.) EMMI rendeletben meghatározott minimumtól való eltéréseket, valamint az iskola műszaki állapotát. A megvalósítás során válllajuk, hogy a projektre vonatkozó környezetvédelmi és esélyegyenlőségi jogszabályokat betartjuk, kommunikációnkban nem közvetítünk szegregációt, csökkentjük a csoportokra vonatkozó meglévő előítéleteket, figyelembe vesszük és érvényesítjük az egyetemes tervezés elveit.
