The applicant organisation is the Eger County, with a history of more than 1000 years. Its organisation, territorial competence and tasks have been constantly renewed following the historical era. Following the change of regime, its role in public education began to re-increase, as a result of which 3 higher education institutions, two independent colleges and 39 public education institutions operate today. The number of institutions increases year after year. The György Catholic School of Economics in Eger celebrates its 95th anniversary this year. According to the school’s pedagogical programme, students have 6 or 4 grades and receive post-secondary vocational training. The school started the last academic year with 626 students. 22 classes were launched in the current academic year. Problems in the operational location of the institution that generated the project plan: We do not have adequate infrastructure and service facilities for the organisation of everyday physical education. We don't have the required number of specialists. The equipment of the heater is deficient. The sports yard is made of old technology with asphalt cover and does not meet the requirements of today’s age. The educational equipment pool also needs to be updated and modernised. The aim of our project is to create the modern educational environment and the infrastructural conditions of everyday physical education, by building a gym, creating mandatory premises, purchasing equipment, in order to create the conditions for quality and inclusive education. The planned gymnasiums will be used by 2 institutions! Our gym was built in 1971, according to an outdated, static expert, poor condition. The number of toilets and toilets in the girl’s dressing room is not sufficient, the size of the changing room is small for the larger number of girls in the classes. There’s no washing facilities in the boy’s locker room, no heating is solved. Gym equipment is stored in the gym in the absence of a larger set of equipment. The plaster of the inner courtyard facade of the building is bagged. The fall of plaster is dangerous for pupils who often use the back entrance. The educational building is outdated and wasteful from an energy point of view. The furniture of the classrooms and the quality of the classrooms also fall short of the requirements of today’s age. At present, we do not have a special science academy in the Compulsory Assets List. Our IT network was established in 2007 from a moderate amount of VET support available at the time. Since then, the 8 year old server has been very difficult to serve a patched network. Outdated, parts are no longer manufactured, repair is almost impossible. The use of modern teaching methods and the substantial increase in the rate of cooperative work require flexible solutions and space in the school building. The building should be adapted to accommodate pupils with special educational needs. The main activities of the project were planned in response to the above problems: with the partial decomposition of the existing statically inadequate gym, we build a new 2-storey, 3-full gymnastic wing in which a 15x30 m half gym, a medical gym and a gym can be held. We also create the required number and size of service rooms. Based on the physical limitations of the installation, this design is the most appropriate to achieve the objectives, and the city chief architect has approved this plan. Another main element of the project is the purchase of equipment, the modernisation of educational, sport, ICT and kitchen utensils, and the purchase of furniture. Other activities of the project: energy efficiency development of existing educational buildings combined with renewable energy sources (installation of solar cell system), project preparation, use of related services, project management. The aim of the project is to create a healthy, safe, equally accessible and motivating environment for students, to create a modern and rationally designed educational environment. The aim is to ensure a high-quality and stable operation in accordance with the Public Education Act and the mandatory instrument and space list. The target group of the project is the total number of students and the faculty of teachers, as well as the technical staff. Indirect target groups are the families of pupils, families with young children and more children in the city, families with children of school age in the region. The result of the project is the creation of the necessary infrastructure for everyday physical education. Improve the quality of the education-education space by designing and furnishing the missing specialised classroom. Modernising the kitchen and the sports yard contributes to increasing the comfort of pupils and, on the other hand, strengthens the attractiveness of the school, which contributes to maintaining the number of people. Pályázó szervezet az Egri Főegyházmegye, több mint 1000 éves történeti múltra tekint vissza. Szervezete, területi illetékessége, felvállalt feladatai a történelmi korokat követve folyamatosan megújultak. A rendszerváltást követően kezdett erősödni újra a közoktatásban vállalt szerepe, amelynek eredményeként ma 3 felsőoktatási intézmény, két önálló kollégium és 39 közoktatási intézmény működik a fenntartásában. Az intézmények száma évről-évre nő. Az egri Andrássy György Katolikus Közgazdasági Középiskola idén ünnepli fennállásának 95. évfordulóját. Az iskola pedagógiai programja szerint 6 ill. 4 osztályos, és érettségi utáni szakképzési rendben fogadja a diákokat. Az iskola a legutóbbi tanévet 626 diákkal kezdte meg. Az aktuális tanévben 22 osztály indult. Az intézmény működési helyszínének problémái, amelyek a projekt-tervet generálták: A mindennapos testnevelés megszervezéséhez nem rendelkezünk megfelelő infrastruktúrával és kiszolgáló helyiségekkel. Nem rendelkezünk az előírt számú szaktanteremmel. A melegítőkonyha eszközállománya hiányos. A sportudvar a régi technológiával készült aszfalt borítású, a mai kor követelményeinek már nem felel meg. Az oktatási eszközpark szintén frissítésre, korszerűsítésre szorul. A projektünk célja a modern oktatási környezet és a mindennapos testnevelés infrastrukturális feltételeinek megteremtése, tornaterem építésével, kötelező helyiségek kialakításával, eszközök beszerzésével, a minőségi és befogadó oktatás feltételeinek megteremtése érdekében. A tervezett tornatermeket 2 intézmény is használni fogja! 1971-ben épült tornatermünk korszerűtlen, statikus szakértő szerint állapota rossz. A leány öltözőben kialakított mosdó és WC helyiségek száma nem elegendő, az öltöző mérete kicsi az osztályokban levő nagyobb létszámú leány tanulók számára. A fiú öltözőben nincs mosakodási lehetőség, nincs a fűtés megoldva. A tornaeszközök tárolása a tornateremben történik nagyobb méretű szertár hiányában. Az épület belső, udvari homlokzatának vakolata táskásodik. A vakolat hullása a hátsó bejáratot gyakorta használó tanulók számára balesetveszélyes. Az oktatási épület energetikai szempontból elavult, pazarló. A tantermek bútorzata és a taneszközök számban és minőségben is elmaradnak a mai kor követelményeitől. Jelenleg nem rendelkezünk a Kötelező eszközjegyzékben szereplő természettudományos szaktanteremmel. Informatikai hálózatunk kialakítása 2007-ben történt, az akkor rendelkezésre álló szakképzési támogatás mérsékelt keretéből. Azóta toldozott, foltozott hálózatot a 8 éves szerver már nagyon nehezen szolgálja ki. Elavult, alkatrészeket már nem gyártanak hozzá, javítása majdnem lehetetlen. A korszerű oktatási módszerek alkalmazása, a kooperatív munka arányának lényeges növekedése rugalmas megoldásokat és teret igényelnek az iskola épületében. Az épületnek alkalmassá kell válnia sajátos nevelési igényű tanulók befogadására. A projekt fő tevékenységei a fenti problémákra reagálva kerültek megtervezésre: a meglévő, statikailag elégtelen tornaterem részleges visszabontásával új, 2 szintes, 3 teljes értékű helyiséges tornatermi szárnyat építünk, amelyben helyet foglal egy 15x30m méretű féltornaterem, egy gyógytestnevelési/erőnléti terem és egy tornaszoba, amelyben tánc és sni különfoglalkozások tarthatók. Kialakítjuk a szükséges számú és méretű kiszolgáló helyiségeket is. A beépíthetőségi fizikai korlátok alapján ez a kialakítás a legmegfelelőbb a célok elérésére, illetve a városi főépítész ezen tervet hagyta jóvá. A projekt másik fő eleme az eszközbeszerzés, oktatási, sport, ikt és konyhai eszközpark korszerűsítése, bútorok beszerzése tervezett. A projekt további tevékenységei: meglévő oktatási épületek energiahatékonysági fejlesztése megújuló energiaforrással kombinálva (napcellás rendszer telepítése), projekt előkészítés, kapcsolódó szolgáltatások igénybevétele, projektmenedzsment. A projekt célja az egészséges, biztonságos, egyenlően hozzáférhető és motiváló környezet kialakítása a tanulók számára, a modern és racionálisan kialakított oktatási környezet megteremtése. Cél a köznevelési törvénynek és a kötelező eszköz és helyiségjegyzéknek megfelelő működés magas színvonalú és hosszútávon stabil biztosítása. A projekt célcsoportját képezi az intézmény teljes tanulói létszáma és pedagógus kara, valamint a technikai dolgozók. Közvetett célcsoport a tanulók családja, a város kisgyermekes és több gyermekes családjai, a térségben iskolás korú gyermekeket nevelő családok. A projekt eredménye a mindennapos testneveléshez szükséges infrastruktúra megteremtése. A hiányzó szaktanterem kialakításával és berendezésével az oktatás-nevelési tér minőségi növelése. A konyha és a sportudvar modernizációja hozzájárul a tanulók komfortérzetének növeléséhez, másrészt az iskola vonzerejét erősíti, amely hozzájárul a létszám fenntartásához. Az energetikai beavatkozások eredménye az üzemeltetési és karbantartási költségek csökkentése, a költségvetési egyensúly javítása, a fenntarthatóság elősegítése. (Hungarian)
