In the program to be implemented from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2019, we help to develop human resources for the entire population affected by social and economic disadvantages in the villages Battonya, Dombegyház, Kevermes, Medgyegyháza, Mezőhegyes, Mezőkovácsháza and Pusztaottlaka in the district of Mezőkovácsháza. Main objective: Complex human capacity development for quality public services and for alleviating social disadvantages The main goal is comprehensively all the specific objectives that we achieve for the development of public services for the livelihood of settlements and those that we achieve to alleviate social disadvantages. Overall, the objectives contribute to the development of a human service culture and to increasing the capacity and quality of human public services. Improving the physical and mental health of children by expanding kindergarten services Activity: Kisovi program, Learning development kindergarten gymnastics, Methodology, Preschool Health Day 4. Communication campaign to raise public awareness Activity: Awareness-raising films, Website and operation Results: There is an increase in the level of knowledge among the disadvantaged population, especially in kindergarten, primary and secondary school pupils, and reduced school absenteeism and early school leaving. Reducing early school leaving without qualifications by providing a scholarship. As a result of extracurricular personality and competence development, the financial awareness and sensitivity of disadvantaged children to natural sciences increases. The competence development of pre-school teachers aims to increase the effectiveness of early development, i.e. to make social disadvantages as much as possible overcome. As a result of the development of children’s physical and mental health, parenting is also realised, which has a positive impact not only on children but also on parents. Increasing the capacity and quality of human public services, thereby contributing more effectively to helping the population to catch up with society. The level of knowledge of human service professionals is increasing, their competences are improving, thus helping the catching-up process more effectively.     A 2017. július 1 – 2019. június 30. között megvalósuló programban a Mezőkovácsházai járásban Battonya, Dombegyház, Kevermes, Medgyesegyháza, Mezőhegyes, Mezőkovácsháza és Pusztaottlaka településeken élők társadalmi és gazdasági hátrányoktól sújtott teljes lakosságának humánerőforrás-fejlesztését, ezen keresztül pedig társadalmi felzárkóztatását segítjük. Fő cél: Komplex humán kapacitás fejlesztés a minőségi közszolgáltatásokért és a társadalmi hátrányok enyhítéséért A fő cél átfogóan tartalmazza mindazon specifikus célokat, amelyeket a települések élhetősége érdekében a közszolgáltatások fejlesztéséért, továbbá azokat, amelyeket a társadalmi hátrányok csökkentése enyhítéséért valósítunk meg. A célok összességében hozzájárulnak a humán szolgáltatói kultúra fejlesztéséhez, a humán közszolgáltatások kapacitásának és színvonalának növeléséhez. Mindezek együttesen járulnak hozzá a települések élhetőségnek javításához és a térség tudásszintjének javításához. 1. A humán szolgáltatói kultúra fejlesztése 1.1. A humán közszolgáltatások kapacitásának és színvonalának növelése 1.1.1. Szakemberhiányos területek azonosítása és csökkentése kommunikációs eszközökkel Tevékenység: Humánszolgáltatói tőke fejlesztése, Adatbázis létrehozása, Motivációs kisfilmek 1.1.2. Sikeres munkaerőpiaci integráció elősegítése Tevékenység: Pályaorientációs nap, Szakmákat és életpályákat bemutató kisfilmek, Start számítástechnikai tréning, E-learning nyelvvizsga előkészítő skype konzultációval, Ösztöndíj 2.2. Extrakurrikuláris tevékenységeken keresztül a személyiség és a kompetenciák fejlesztése Tevékenység: Pénzügyi tudatosság képzés, módszertan, Öko klub, módszertan, kisfilmek, "Kis tudósok éjszakája" és kisfilmek, Családi egészségnap, Környezetvédelmi előadássorozat 3. Óvodai szolgáltatások minőségének növelése 3.1. Óvodapedagógusok kompetenciafejlesztése Tevékenység: Közösségépítés élménypedagógiával képzés, módszertan és e-learning fejlesztés, Érzelmi intelligencia fejlesztése képzés, módszertan és e-learning fejlesztés, IKT képzés, módszertan és e-learning fejlesztés, Mozgásszervi elváltozások megelőzése képzés, módszertan és e-learning fejlesztés, Tanulási zavarok megelőzése képzés, módszertan és e-learning fejlesztés, Kézműves foglalkozások a multikulturalitás jegyében képzés, módszertan és e-learning fejlesztés, Népi játékok a multikulturalitás jegyében képzés, módszertan és e-learning fejlesztés, Családpedagógiai képzés, módszertan és e-learning fejlesztés 3.2. Kommunikációs kampány a lakosság szemléletformálása érdekében Tevékenység: Szemléletformáló kampányfilmek, Honlap és üzemeltetés Eredmények: Nő a hátrányos helyzetű lakosság, különösen az óvodai, általános iskolai és középiskolai tanulók tudásszintje, csökken az óvodai hiányzás és az iskolai lemorzsolódás mértéke. A végzettség nélküli iskolai lemorzsolódás csökkentése ösztöndíj biztosításával. A tanórán kívüli személyiség- és kompetenciafejlesztés eredményeként nő a hátrányos helyzetű gyerekek pénzügyi tudatossága, természettudományos tárgyak iránti fogékonysága. Az óvodapedagógusok kompetenciafejlesztése a korai fejlesztés eredményességének növelését szolgálja, vagyis arra irányul, hogy a társadalmi hátrányok lehető legnagyobb mértékben leküzdhetővé váljanak. A gyerekek testi és lelki egészségének fejlesztésének eredményeként a szülőkkel történő együttnevelés is megvalósul, ami nemcsak a gyerekekre, de a szülőkre is kedvező hatást gyakorol. Emelkedik a humán közszolgáltatások kapacitása és színvonala, ezáltal eredményesebben járul hozzá ahhoz, hogy a lakosságot a társadalmi felzárkózásban segítse. Nő a humán szolgáltató szakemberek tudásszintje, fejlődnek kompetenciái, eredményesebben segítve ezáltal a felzárkózási folyamatot.
