The project ACKNOWLEDGES to support the development, knowledge and knowledge development of pupils in educational institutions and pre-school children outside the kindergarten occupation, with non-formal and informal learning opportunities implemented by cultural institutions for them. The Municipality of the Main Applicant Okány Municipality (with a community culture scene) who enters into a co-operation agreement with six educational and educational institutions with a view to strengthening the partnership between educational and cultural institutions and organisations, as well as developing children’s knowledge and skills. In the framework of the interventions, the proportion of DRAFT AND CHANGAL TANKS involved is above 30 %. The development will also increase access to learning for pupils with disabilities and children, as SNI students are also involved. The implemented programme is implemented in districts to be developed with a complex programme (Sarkadi), and a large part of its target population lives there, while a smaller part is to be developed in a region to be developed (Seghalm district). The owner of the cultural institution undertakes a value higher than 40 % (288 persons) than the minimum indicator value required. The TRANSPORT FORMs planned to be implemented in the framework of the project: Council of Okány Municipality of Kindergarten Institution: there are competitions, theme days, camps and cultural classes. Okányi Primary School: monthly and weekly specialities, camps, competitions, cultural classes, small groups of talents were designed. At 14 Wesselényi Street of the Reformed Church Kis Bálint Elementary School: we're running an art group. Small Bálint Elementary School of the Reformed Church of Emergency: a monthly specialisation and a small group of talents were designed. Okányi Primary School in Sarkadkeresztúr, Member Institution: monthly and weekly specialisations, a series of sessions, a small group of talents, an art group, and a quiz are planned. Gyulai Dürer Albert Primary School Bay Zoltán Primary School Member Institution: it’s a quiz planned. The planned developments are in line with the Europe 2020 Strategy, the Partnership Agreement, the Framework Strategy for the Lifelong Learning Policy, the Accredited Framework Curriculum/educational Education Programme based on the National Core Curriculum and the objectives of the Human Resource Development Operational Programme. Within the framework of the interventions, the development of basic competences and the use of innovative methods and the involvement of parents are encouraged by occupations. The learning sessions are conducted in close cooperation between educational and educational institutions and the Project Owner. Implemented ACTIVITIES: As part of the project preparation, following the preliminary assessment of needs related to the programmes, the technical plan was prepared and the cooperation agreements with the educational and educational institutions were concluded. During the implementation of the project the above forms of occupation will be realised, and in order to achieve the successful implementation of the professions, it has been planned: related equipment purchase, material purchase, content development service costs. When planning the activities, we took into account the relevant SPECIAL-NECTIONAL expectations. Mainstreaming of HORIZONTAL REQUIREMENTS (equal opportunities and environmental aspects) is ensured. The dissemination elements have been designed in accordance with the requirements for information and publicity. Project implementation period: 01.09.2017-2020.08.31 (36 months), during which each institution carries out more than one occupation. The ORIGINAL LOWER required for the implementation of the project shall be ensured: We wish to use expert services for project management (project manager and financial manager), which will be provided against an account by a 100 % municipally owned enterprise. Project promoter undertakes to employ SECTION managers for the entire duration of the project, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Call, 20 hours per week. The project promoter has the necessary professional experience, is capable and authorised to carry out the activities for the purposes of the project, has the necessary human resources and infrastructure conditions. Project IMPACTS: The project develops a new approach in the institutions, the need for extracurricular cultural activities is recognised by the institutions, and the commitment made during the maintenance period contributes to this — the long-term use of the project is ensured. OKÁNY KÖZSÉG ÖNKORMÁNYZATA

A projekt CÉLJA, hogy támogassa a nevelési-oktatási intézmények tanulóinak és az óvodás gyermekek óvodai foglalkozáson kívüli kompetenciafejlesztését, ismeret- és tudásgyarapítását, az olyan nem formális és informális tanulási alkalmakkal, melyeket kulturális intézmények valósítanak meg számukra. A Főpályázó Okány Község Önkormányzata (közösségi közművelődési színterével), aki hat nevelési-oktatási intézménnyel köt EGYÜTTMŰKÖDÉSI MEGÁLLAPODÁST a nevelési-oktatási és a kulturális intézmények, szervezetek közötti partnerség erősítése, illetve a gyermekek tudásának és készségeinek fejlesztése céljából. A beavatkozások keretében a bevont HÁTRÁNYOS ÉS HALMOZOTTAN HÁTRÁNYOS TANULÓK ÉS GYEREKEK aránya 30% feletti. A fejlesztés növeli a fogyatékos tanulók, gyermekek tanuláshoz történő hozzáférését is, mivel SNI tanulók is bevonásra kerülnek. A megvalósuló program komplex programmal fejlesztendő járásban valósul meg (sarkadi), és CÉLCSOPORTJÁNAK nagy része is ott él, kisebb része pedig fejlesztendő térségben (szeghalmi járás). A projekt minimálisan előírt indikátor értéknél 40%-nál magasabb értéket (288 fő) vállal a kulturális intézmény fenntartója. A projekt keretében megvalósítani tervezett FOGLALKOZÁSI FORMÁK: Okány Község Önkormányzata Óvoda Intézménye: vetélkedő, témanapok, tábor és kulturális órák indulnak. Okányi Általános Iskola: havi és heti szakkörök, tábor, vetélkedő, kulturális órák, tehetséggondozó kiscsoport tervezett. Vésztői Református Egyház Kis Bálint Általános Iskolájának Wesselényi utca 14 szám alatti telephelye: művészeti csoport indul. Vésztői Református Egyház Kis Bálint Általános Iskolája: havi szakkör és tehetséggondozó kiscsoport tervezett. Okányi Általános Iskola Sarkadkeresztúri Tagintézménye: havi és heti szakkör, foglalkozássorozat, tehetséggondozó kiscsoport, művészeti csoport, valamint vetélkedő tervezett. Gyulai Dürer Albert Általános Iskola Bay Zoltán Általános Iskola Tagintézménye: vetélkedő tervezett. A tervezett fejlesztések ILLESZKEDNEK az Európa 2020 Stratégiához, a partnerségi megállapodáshoz, az egész életen át tartó tanulás szakpolitikájának keretstratégiájához, a Nemzeti Alaptanterv alapján készülő akkreditált kerettantervekhez/nevelési oktatási programhoz, valamint az Emberi Erőforrás Fejlesztési Operatív Program céljaihoz. A beavatkozások keretében hangsúlyos az alapkompetenciák fejlesztése, illetve innovatív módszerek alkalmazása, a foglalkozások a szülők bevonását is ösztönzik. A tanulási alkalmakat a nevelési-oktatási intézmények és a Projektgazda szoros együttműködésben végzik. Megvalósuló TEVÉKENYSÉGEK: A Projekt előkészítés keretében a programokhoz kapcsolódó előzetes igényfelmérést követően elkészült a szakmai terv, valamint megkötésre kerültek az együttműködési megállapodások a nevelési-oktatási intézményekkel. A projekt megvalósítása során fenti foglalkozási formák valósulnak meg, a foglalkozások sikeres megvalósítása érdekében betervezésre került: kapcsolódó eszközbeszerzés, anyagbeszerzés, tartalmi fejlesztés szolgáltatás költségei. A tevékenységek tervezésénél a vonatkozó MŰSZAKI-SZAKMAI ELVÁRÁSOKRA figyelemmel voltunk. A HORIZONTÁLIS KÖVETELMÉNYEK (esélyegyenlőségi és környezetvédelmi szempontok) érvényre jutása biztosított. A disszeminációs elemek a TÁJÉKOZTATÁSRA ÉS NYILVÁNOSSÁGRA VONATKOZÓ KÖTELEZETTSÉGEK szerint betervezésre kerültek. A projekt megvalósítás időszaka: 2017.09.01 – 2020.08.31 (36 hónap), mely alatt minden intézmény egynél több foglalkozást valósít meg. A projekt megvalósításához szükséges SZERVEZETI HÁTTÉR biztosított: A PROJEKTMENEDZSMENTHEZ (projektmenedzser és pénzügyi vezető) szakértői szolgáltatást kívánunk igénybe venni, amelyet 100%-ban önkormányzati tulajdonú gazdálkodó szervezet számla ellenében lát majd el. Projektgazda vállalja, hogy a projekt teljes időtartama alatt SZAKMAI VEZETŐT alkalmaz – a Felhívás vonatkozó rendelkezéseinek megfelelően, heti 20 órában. Projektgazda rendelkezik a szükséges szakmai tapasztalatokkal, a projekt céljait szolgáló tevékenységek ellátására alkalmas és felhatalmazott, rendelkezik a szükséges humán erőforrásokkal és infrastrukturális feltételekkel. A projekt HATÁSAI: A projekt által az intézményekben kialakul egy új szemléletmód, a tanórán kívüli kulturális tevékenységek szükségességét felismerik az intézmények, ehhez a fenntartási időszakra tett vállalás is hozzájárul – a projekt hosszú távú hasznosulása biztosított.
