The “Life Net” is a collective organisation of the social and public education care and institutional system of the Hungarian Pentecostal Church, which performs social and public education tasks. Our service providers are active in the area of home assistance and social day care, which is provided by the Nyírség Institution Maintenance Centre. The experience of social services carried out in the organisation of the church shows that social and economic changes are increasing the circle of marginalised people who are no longer able to cope with the effects of their cumulative social problems. We always pay special attention to supporting these people and communities with many difficulties, without religious or ethnic origin. Our organisation operates a crèche, daytime warming for homeless people, day care for elderly people and home assistance, day care for people with disabilities and addicts, and a temporary home for families. The Families’ temporary home in the framework of primary child welfare benefits provides housing for a parent who has become temporarily homeless and for his or her child if, in the absence of accommodation, their housing would not be provided and the child(s) would therefore have to be separated from his/her parent. Assists the parent with the full care and care of his/her child. The location of our institution is Nagykálló, its supply area is Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county. It is well known that families, as primary small groups, are of particular importance for social integration. In the families of individualisation societies, some social roles, such as socialisation roles and functions related to the psychological protection of adults and elderly people, may be difficult. Despite the fact that a significant proportion of domestic violence is not published, crime statistics clearly show that acts of violence against relatives and domestic violence are also a major problem in our daily lives. Among non-secret acts of violence, the most common are bodily assault, harassment, endangering minors, and malice, but also rape and homicide. According to statistics, 70 % of the reported cases are women. Child abuse and neglect is also not easy to recognise, yet the number of cases that have become known increases year after year, the vast majority of which have been abused by the parent in psychological, physical or less sexual form. Our organisation considers it particularly important to support families and family members, in line with this, to prevent domestic violence, to help solve crisis situations that have already arisen, to protect victims of domestic violence and to prepare families and family members who have suffered violence to manage their daily lives independently. In the framework of this project, we would like to expand our services related to domestic violence in line with the policy and legislative environment and the Local Equal Opportunities Programme of Gyula City. Therefore, the aim of our program is to create a 16 person crisis centre in Gyula by increasing the capacity of the temporary homes of families with 24 seats. By reducing the lack of capacity of the service system, our program aims to provide adequate tools and solutions to strengthen the weakened social functions of the primary socialisation scene by developing social cohesion and solidarity. In addition to housing and care, our Crisis Management Centre provides individual legal, psychological and life management counselling 250 times during the duration of the project, as well as participation in the following sessions: individual case management, conflict management team, communication skills development, assertive communication, stress management, Williams Life Skills® Program, self-knowledge session — Space images of birth, trauma processing group for women victims of domestic violence, loss processing workshop, mediation, leisure programs. We also aim to strengthen social awareness-raising and cooperation and coordination involving institutional actors involved in the fight against domestic violence, and to develop professional networks. To this end, we intend to strengthen the cross-sectoral links between the social and child protection institutions and organise inter-professional meetings every two months. We develop the key communication competences of personal care providers, especially in the areas of cooperation, alternative conflict management and crisis situations, we organise a group to prevent and treat burn-out syndrome and ensure the possibility of participating in supervision. Az „Életháló” szociális és köznevelési ellátó-és intézményrendszer olyan fenntartók együttes szervezete, amelyek a Magyar Pünkösdi Egyházhoz kötődően szociális és köznevelési feladatokat látnak el. Szolgáltatóink a házi segítségnyújtás, a szociális nappali ellátások terültén tevékenykednek, mely szolgáltatások megvalósítója a Nyírségi Intézményfenntartó Központ. Az egyház szervezetében elvégzett szociális szolgáltatások tapasztalatai azt mutatják, hogy a társadalmi, gazdasági változások hatására egyre nő a társadalom perifériájára kerülők köre, akik a halmozottan jelentkező szociális problémáik hatásaival már nem tudnak érdemben megküzdeni. Mindig különös figyelmet fordítunk ezen, sok nehézséggel küzdő személyek, közösségek támogatására, vallási, etnikai hovatartozás nélkül. Szervezetünk bölcsődét, hajléktalanok részére nappali melegedőt, időskorúak nappali ellátását és házi segítségnyújtást, fogyatékkal élők és szenvedélybetegek nappali ellátását biztosító intézményt, valamint családok átmeneti otthonát működtet. A Családok átmeneti otthona a gyermekjóléti alapellátás keretében, biztosítja az átmenetileg otthontalanná vált szülő és gyermeke számára a lakhatást, amennyiben elhelyezés hiányában, lakhatásuk nem lenne biztosított és emiatt a gyermeke(ke)t el kellene választani szülőjétől. Segítséget nyújt a szülőnek gyermeke teljes körű ellátásához, gondozásához. Programunk ezáltal, a szolgáltató rendszer kapacitáshiányát csökkentve, adekvát eszközöket, megoldásmódok kíván nyújtani az elsődleges szocializációs színtér meggyengült társadalmi funkcióinak erősítésére, a társadalmi összetartás, szolidaritás fejlesztésével. Kríziskezelő központunk a lakhatási lehetőségen és ellátáson kívül egyéni jogi, pszichológiai és életvezetési tanácsadást biztosít a projekt időtartama alatt összesen 250 alkalommal, valamint a következő foglalkozásokon történő részvétel lehetőségét: egyéni esetkezelés, konfliktuskezelő csoport, kommunikációs készségfejlesztés, asszertív kommunikáció, stresszkezelés, Williams Életkészségek® Program, önismereti foglalkozás - Születés tér-képei, traumafeldolgozó csoport a családon belüli erőszak női áldozatainak, veszteségfeldolgozó workshop, mediáció, szabadidős programok. Célunk továbbá a társadalmi szemléletformálás, és a kapcsolati erőszak elleni küzdelemben érintett intézményi szereplők bevonásával megvalósuló együttműködés és koordináció erősítése, a szakmai hálózatfejlesztés. Ennek érdekében meg kívánjuk erősíteni a szociális és gyermekvédelmi szolgáltató intézményrendszer ágazatok közötti kapcsolatait, kéthavonta szakmaközi megbeszéléseket szervezünk. Fejlesztjük a személyes gondoskodást végzők kommunikációs kulcskompetenciáit, kiemelten az együttműködés, az alternatív konfliktuskezelés, és a krízis helyzetek területén, csoportot szervezünk a burn-out szindróma megelőzése és kezelése céljából, valamint biztosítjuk a szupervízión történő részvétel lehetőségét.
