The aim of the project is to develop, organise and conduct a full 24-month programme that can provide real, realistic assistance to the target group in a structured way, can strengthen the unity of these families and provide long-term, sustainable opportunities for people in need. In view of its previous activities and winning applications, the Hungarian Workshop Foundation meets the objectives of this call, which aims to strengthen the social role of families and strengthen social inclusion. The professional experience so far allows you to carry out activities for the purpose of the project. The main objective of the project is to protect, unite and strengthen the basic social unit, i.e. families. There are few services, cooperation and initiatives in this area that would work specifically to protect the family unit and support the given target group. Therefore, we consider it justified to join together in the region and to develop the series of programmes specified in the project and to maintain it in the long term. The activities and programmes can be integrated in a modular and mosaic way. The topic is defined in such a way that it is possible to move between groups and build one another, and the information obtained in each of the thematic groups can be deepened in other groups. Focus areas: Develop self-knowledge, conflict management, problem-solving and communication competences that are present in all groups. During the programs we also highlight the culture of the region and the village of Mezőörs, because we want to do it and promote it to maintain local traditions and Hungarian culture. We have identified the following as target groups: Disadvantaged families: Based on surveys and school experience, children who grow up in families with multiple disadvantages have a lower intellectual, emotional and physical development than that of their peers. This gap is accumulating over the years, so the HHH is inherited and regenerated. Another reason for their absence is the lack of motivation and the emergence of self-esteem disorders caused by prejudices in their environment. The lives of these children are much more difficult, their parents don't care about them so much, their surroundings give them up and in school, non-Roma pupils develop prejudice against gypsy children. It is precisely because of these prejudices that the family environment does not strengthen children’s sense of identity or origin, as they have also encountered discrimination or segregation on many occasions. The family does not provide positive models of life to follow for children, they do not convey proper moral guidance to them. Individuals are more effective in shaping personalities within a community framework due to the strengthening effect of the community. The lack of motivation in the home and family environment and the learning of value-oriented activities should be started at the earliest possible age in children. They need to develop good lifestyle habits and raise their demands so that they do not pass on negative attitudes to their children in the future. Personal development has a negative impact on the educational success of children and young people. Young people in the process of starting a family: couples preparing to marry, have children, Parents with children: who have problems with returning to the labour market after having children, parents, couples who need counselling and assistance in matrimonial and other family matters Families: families in specific or difficult situations, large families, multi-generational families, family communities Grandparents: For the sake of the diversity of the project, we have contacted a nursing home who is willing to cooperate with us, so we can involve the older age group in the implementation. We consider it very important that the huge gap between generations should be closed, as the retired generation has incredible wisdom, knowledge and life experience, which would certainly benefit today’s generation. We can learn a lot from grandparents, but they can also gain a lot of knowledge from today’s young people. So with this cooperation, everyone can win. The aim of the project is to reach at least 500 people. During the 24 months of the project, 20 consultancy sessions, 20 workshops and 4 community major events will be held on the subject of the call. (English)

A projekt fő célja a társadalmi alapegység, tehát a családok védelme, összefogása, erősítése. Rengeteget tanulhatunk a nagyszülőktől, ugyanakkor ők is sok tudást szerezhetnek a mai fiataloktól. Így ezzel az együttműködéssel mindenki csak nyerhet. A projekt során a legalább 500 fő elérése a cél. A projekt 24 hónapjában 20 tanácsadás, 20 workshop foglalkozás, illetve 4 közösségi nagy- rendezvény kerül megrendezésre a felhívás témájában.
