The Kikerics Association was established to support the civilian population, especially the disadvantaged and the disabled in Siófok and the surrounding settlements. Help them spend their free time usefully and strengthen their cultural activities. Accordingly, its target group is primarily the youth age group, the students of the local school, the young people interested in our programs, and the young people living with disabilities. Our programs are usually designed by reaching families through young people, so our major events are always open to the Kiliti district, as well as to those interested in the city and the surroundings. Thanks to this, we are able to reach all the named target groups of the project in the implementation locations (Siófok, Nyim and Tamási), among which are located in the district to be developed with a complex program. In 2015, we moved our headquarters to Nyim, which is a small bag settlement in the vicinity of Siófok. In the future, we would like to involve the local community in our programs, as well as to establish close cooperation with the Equestrian and Dog Therapeutic Public Benefit Association, in order to increase the quality and wider scope of our programs. On several occasions, our association has successfully organised a joint program for people with disabilities, a series of Tolerance Day events, where children and adults could compare their knowledge in the framework of various competitions and competitions. At Christmas, we launch a series of festive events in the institution of people with disabilities, as well as for the elderly. In addition, we offer excursions and recreation opportunities for the local community in connection with different periods. During the implementation of the project, the tasks of project manager, financial management and professional management are performed by István Attila Szalai economist, who has been an economic leader for five years in a company in Siófok and has been active in the management of waste management in Siófok since 2015. He is also president of the Siófok Kosársuli Association, where he also applies for and accounts for TAO grants; it also plays an important role in the activities of several NGOs (sports day, advent programs, organisation of the life of Siófok city of basketball). One of the most important pillars of successful implementation of the project is the development of effective cooperation. Since our organisation has been operating for many years in the municipalities involved in the present project, we have good relations with many organisations who are happy to participate in the implementation of this project. The Association has established a close cooperation with the schools and kindergartens of the Kiliti district, as well as with the Maltese Charity Service Living Room, where young people with disabilities are trained, employed and integrated in the daytime. With good relations with local churches, we try to make our programs interesting and meaningful for believers and non-believers. The association participates in the social and social life of the settlement, organises ceremonies and events for young people and families, regularly visits local institutions, helps people with disabilities to integrate into society, supports older people, large families and disadvantaged families. The most important role of the collaborators is to recruit participants through their existing network of contacts, which guarantees large-scale participants, so these values are expected to go significantly beyond those foreseen. The aim of the project is to hold 4 major events in these 3 settlements, spread over two years of project implementation. In addition, 24 group occupations and 24 small group sessions will be organised, aiming at the 1st of the priorities identified in the Call. Ensure connection to serial numbers 6 and 7. Our main goal is to prepare young people for family life, to organise family community-building programs, and to organise programs to help families in specific or difficult situations. In addition, the project includes trainings related to the objectives of the project for a total of 130 people. We invite well-defined segments for these trainings to ensure the low value of early school leaving. There are also collaborative organisations providing assistance in recruiting. The minimum result expected from the project is the fulfilment of the values indicated in the business-professional results in addition to the above number of events, where the expected values are exceeded by a minimum of 20 %. The detailed description and timing of the programmes is set out in detail in the technical plan. (English) | |||||||||||||||

KIKERICS (Kiliti Keresztyén Ifjúsági Csoport) Egyesület
0 references
A Kikerics Egyesület azzal a céllal jött létre, hogy Siófokon és a környező településeken támogassa a civil lakosságot, kiemelten a hátrányos helyzetűeket és a fogyatékkal élőket. Segítse szabadidejük hasznos eltöltését, kulturális tevékenységüket erősítse. Ennek megfelelően célcsoportja elsősorban az ifjúsági korcsoport, a helyi iskola hittanosai, a programjaink iránt érdeklődő fiatalok, továbbá a Fogyatékkal élők nappali intézményének fiataljai. A programjaink kialakítása rendszerint úgy történik, hogy a fiatalokon keresztül a családokat is elérjük, így nagyobb rendezvényeink mindig a Kiliti városrész, valamint a város és a környék érdeklődői számára is nyitott. Ennek köszönhetően rendezvényeinkkel képesek vagyunk elérni a projekt minden megnevezett célcsoportját a megvalósítási helyeken (Siófok, Nyim és Tamási), melyek közül Tamási komplex programmal fejlesztendő járásban található. A 2015. Ezen túlmenően a különböző időszakokhoz kapcsolódóan kirándulást, kikapcsolódási lehetőséget kínálunk a helyi közösség részére. A projekt megvalósítása során a projektmenedzseri, pénzügyi vezetői és szakmai vezetői feladatokat Szalai István Attila közgazdász látja el, aki öt éve gazdasági vezető egy siófoki társaságnál, valamint 2015 óta Siófok város hulladékgazdálkodásának vezetésében is aktív szerepet vállal. Emellett a Siófoki Kosársuli Egyesület elnöke, ahol a TAO támogatások igénylését és elszámolását is végzi; továbbá több civil szervezet tevékenységében is fontos szerepet tölt be (sportnap, adventi programok, Siófok város kosárlabda életének szervezése). A projekt sikeres megvalósításának egyik legfontosabb alappillérének a hatékony együttműködések kialakítását tekintjük. Kiemelt célunk a fiatalok családi életre való felkészítése, családi közösségépítő programok szervezése, sajátos vagy nehéz helyzetben lévő családokat segítő programok szervezése. Emellett a projekt keretein belül tartunk a projekt céljaihoz kapcsolódó képzéseket is, összesen 130 fő részére. Jól lehatárolt szegmentumokat hívunk meg ezekre a képzésekre, mellyel biztosítjuk a lemorzsolódás alacsony értékét. A toborzásban itt is segítséget nyújtanak az együttműködő szervezetek. A projekttől minimálisan elvárt eredmény a fenti rendezvényszám mellett az üzleti-szakmai eredményeknél feltüntetett értékek teljesítése, amelyeknél az elvárt értékeket minimálisan 20%-kal túlteljesítjük. A programok részletes bemutatását és ütemezését a szakmai terv részletesen tartalmazza. (Hungarian)
