For many years, our organisation has put great emphasis on working for families, as we consider marriage and having children and raising children to be an important value. Today’s social situation and norm do not make it easier to maintain the traditional family model. The financial difficulties and the challenges of the accelerating world, the spread of consumer attitudes, are tempting and attacking the love relationship of life. The overworked way of life and the ever higher requirements for children are harmonious effects at home and against a safe background. Media and advertising are known to have a detrimental effect on children, whether we are thinking of excessive aggressiveness or an unavailable world away from reality. We are convinced that in today’s world it is important to teach young people and young adults real demand, responsibility and informed choices, making the family environment of growing children healthier. We believe that this supporting work is particularly necessary in our settlement, which, as can be seen in the analysis of the situation, shows a significant backlog of national indicators, which is at a disadvantage on the basis of several aspects. The development of our programme was therefore mainly justified by statistical surveys, data from the HCSO and, last but not least, personal experiences in the settlement, which in recent years have reported that the people living here find work more difficult, earlier and more problems with young people, more and more problematic children, and an increasing number of young offenders. These problems are further burdened by the difficult social and financial situation of families, problematic family relationships due to the difficulties of parents in their relationship, more and more divorces and problematic marriages. Recognising these, in cooperation with other institutions in the settlement, we place great emphasis on promoting family life education, promoting positive attitudes about marriage, long-term partnership engagement and having children, both among teenagers who are only familiar with the relationship, and among young people who are already thinking of starting a family and those already in marriage and in long-term relationships. It is closely linked to this by helping to solve issues and problems arising during child-raising and family, marriage and relationship life. Our aim is to strengthen family communities and family institutions, to develop the target group’s conscious career planning, to improve their ability to defend themselves against negative social processes, to reduce the deficits arising from social and cultural differences, to improve their competences by providing quality information and alternative programs. Another goal is to enable young people, young parents and parents who wish to return to the labour market to achieve a happier lifestyle with health awareness, reparation of their personal lives, and the exploitation of their social and social relationships, so that they do not have a perspective of lostness, withdrawal, isolation and/or psychological decay. We consider it important to strengthen solidarity between families and support the development of harmonious family life through formal and informal events. Our aim is to promote upbringing to family life, to promote positive attitudes in relation to marriage, long-term relationship commitment and having children, in conjunction with this, to help solve issues and problems arising during child-raising and family, marriage and relationship cohabitation. In order to achieve all of these goals, we have developed a complex two-year professional program that is well suited to the goals and aspirations of the Protective Net for Families application, which meets the following conditions: — draw up a professional programme that provides a real response to the needs of the settlement, — prepare a programme that seeks to address updated problems with updated solutions, — an innovative programme that provides an up-to-date, operational, live programme for the inhabitants of the village. In accordance with the above, our professional program develops in two main directions, which are based on each other, complementing each other: with complex programs and events, we target the population, so we develop the whole family unit; in addition to this, we also provide personal personality development and individual competency development events focusing on the individual life situations and problems of the family members. Together, the activities developed include family, parental, life management and health promotion services, as well as mental health support services and personalised training to support employment and employment, thus effectively serving the complex development of family communities. Szervezetünk évek óta komoly hangsúlyt fektet a családokért végzett munkára, hiszen a házasságot és a gyermekvállalást, a gyermeknevelést fontos értéknek tartjuk. Ehhez szorosan kapcsolódik a gyermeknevelés, illetve a családi, házassági, párkapcsolati együttélés során felmerülő kérdések, problémák feloldásához való segítségnyújtás is. Célunk a családi életre nevelés elősegítése, a házassággal, a hosszú távú párkapcsolati elköteleződéssel és a gyermekvállalással kapcsolatos pozitív attitűd közvetítése, ehhez kapcsolódva a gyermeknevelés-, illetve a családi, házassági, párkapcsolati együttélés során felmerülő kérdések, problémák feloldásához való segítségnyújtás. Mindezen célok elérése érdekében a Védőháló a családokért pályázat céljaihoz és törekvéseihez jól illeszkedő komplex két éves szakmai programot dolgoztuk ki, mely megfelel az alábbi magunknak szabott feltételeknek: - olyan szakmai program készüljön, amely valós választ ad a település igényeire, - olyan program készüljön, ami aktualizált problémaköröket aktualizált megoldási javaslatokkal törekszik orvosolni, - olyan innovatív program készüljön, amely naprakész, működő, élő programot biztosít a község lakosai számára. Szakmai programunk fentieknek megfelelően két fő irányban fejleszt, melyek egymásra épülnek, kiegészítik egymást: komplex programokkal, rendezvényekkel megcélozzuk a lakosságot, így a család egészét-egységét fejlesztjük; e mellett pedig a család tagjainak egyéni élethelyzeteire, problémáira fókuszálva személyre szóló személyiségfejlesztő, egyéni kompetenciafejlesztő alkalmakat is biztosítunk. A kialakított tevékenységek együttesen magukba foglalják a családi, szülői, életvezetési és egészségfejlesztési, valamint mentális egészséggel összefüggő támogató szolgáltatásokat és a foglalkoztatást, elhelyezkedést segítő, személyre szabott tréningeket, ezáltal hatékonyan szolgálják a családi közösségek komplex fejlesztését.
