“Values in the family” in the CSILLAGBOJTÁR Cultural and Educational Nonprofit Ltd. consortium with the Eötvös József Reformed Education Center. Co-operating institutions of the project: The Catholic Primary School of Újtelep, Association of Heves City and its catchment area, Hungarian Red Cross County Organisation,Tenki Municipality, JVZSE Health Nonprofit Kft., Hungarian Maltese Charity Service Serial Support Service Heves. The participants in the family project are the target groups of the activities of the consortium members and partner institutions: young people in the process of starting a family; couples preparing to marry, to have children; parents with children; parents intending to return to the labour market after having children; families in particular or in difficulty; persons requiring assistance in matters of relationship, marriage and other family matters; members of large families/family communities. Based on the planned timetable during the project period 2017. 02. 01.-2019. 07. 31.) 625 people will be reached in counseling and group sessions, and 13 more events over 21 people will be implemented. Activities carried out during the project by the consortium leader and the consortium partner: Consulting (1-7 persons/occasion, total: 240 persons): Family counselling activities are provided by professionals in the framework of individual counselling in matters of relationship, marriage and other family matters (140 persons) Family dowry in small group occupations, with lectures and trainings of experienced specialists (100 persons) Group occupation (11-20 persons/occasion, total: 385 persons): In the course of 60 hours of adult education authorised through ICT tools, young people acquire the knowledge necessary to develop their own household and family life and to manage their official affairs by using ICT tools (15 persons) Family tea groups (70 people): Occasionally absolve different topics, e.g.: age education methods, family roles, learning methodology. Family community building club (90 people: the aim of the activity is to help families spend their free time together, to build family communities, to develop parent and child relationships. “Women in space” camp (20 persons): women’s roles, resources, generational problems, household education, environmentally conscious household, career planning, work-life harmony topics are more exemplary. Heves Farmhouse 2018 — Empathy camp (15 persons): sensitising camp 3 Family Life Camp (60 persons): programs for family community-building and intergenerational cooperation within the framework of the camp. Values in the family (15 persons): the “Women in the Family 2018” camp (20 persons) serves to promote harmonious cooperation between women and men through the small group working with the method of drama-education and training: it helps women in the process of starting a family/single/partnership with their children on topics that affect them.     Az „Értékek a családban” megvalósítója a CSILLAGBOJTÁR Kulturális és Oktatási Nonprofit Kft. konzorciumban az Eötvös József Református Oktatási Központtal. A projekt együttműködő intézményei: Újtelepi Katolikus Általános Iskola,Mozgáskorlátozottak Heves Város és Vonzáskörzetének Egyesülete,Magyar Vöröskereszt Heves megyei Szervezete,Tenki Községi Önkormányzat, JVZSE Egészségügyi Nonprofit Kft., Magyar Máltai Szeretetszolgálat Sorstárs Támogató Szolgálata Heves. A projektet elméleti és gyakorlati tapasztalattal is rendelkező projektmenedzsment vezeti, a szakmai megvalósulásért a szakmai vezető által irányított szakmai team felel. A projekt célja, hogy tervezett tevékenységein keresztül hozzájáruljon a család társadalmi szerepének megerősítéséhez, az életvezetési kompetenciák fejlesztéséhez, a családi kohézió növeléséhez, a nők és férfiak társadalmi egyenlőségéhez és a generációk közötti párbeszédek és együttműködés javulásához. A projektidőszak alatt feladatunk, hogy szolgáltatásainkkal kezeljük azokat a problémákat, amelyek megakadályozzák a fiatalok gyermekvállalását, veszélyeztetik a családok stabilitását, megerősítik azokat a krízishelyzeteket (válás; munkahely, lakás elvesztés; szenvedélybetegség kialakulás stb.), amelyek a foglalkoztathatóság csökkenéséhez, a családok hátrányos helyzetéhez, az elszegényedéshez, a hajléktalansághoz vezetnek. A családi projekt résztvevőit a konzorciumi tagok és a partnerintézmények tevékenységeinek célcsoportjai adják: családalapítás előtt álló fiatalok; házasságkötésre, gyermekvállalásra készülő párok; gyermekes szülők; a gyermekvállalás után a munkaerőpiacra visszatérni szándékozó szülők; sajátos vagy nehéz helyzetben lévő családok; párkapcsolati, házassági és egyéb családi ügyekben segítségnyújtást igénylő személyek; nagycsaládok/családi közösségek tagjai. A tervezett ütemezés alapján a projektidőszak alatt (2017. 02. 01.-2019. 07. 31.) 625 főt érünk el tanácsadásokon és csoportos foglalkozásokon, és további 13 db 21 fő feletti rendezvényt valósítunk meg. A projekt során a konzorcium vezető és a konzorciumi partner által megvalósuló tevékenységek: Tanácsadás (1-7 fő/alkalom, összesen: 240 fő): Családügyi tanácsadás tevékenységek alkalmain szakemberek egyéni tanácsadás keretében nyújtanak segítséget párkapcsolati, házassági és egyéb családi ügyekben (140 fő) Családi hozomány kiscsoportos foglalkozásokon, az adott témában tapasztalt szakemberek előadásaival és tréningjeivel (100 fő) Csoportos foglalkozás (11-20 fő/alkalom, összesen: 385 fő): Életvezetés IKT eszközökkel engedélyezett 60 órás felnőttképzés során a fiatalok elsajátítják önálló háztartásuk és családi életük kialakításának, hivatalos ügyeik intézéséhez szükséges ismeretek IKT eszközök alkalmazásával (15 fő) Családi teadélutánok (70 fő): Alkalmanként más-más téma feloldozása, pl: életkori nevelési módszerek, családi szerepek, tanulásmódszertan. Családi közösségépítő klub (90 fő: a tevékenység célja a családok közös szabadidő eltöltésének segítése, családi közösségek építése, a szülő és gyerek kapcsolat fejlesztése. „Nők a térben” tábor (20 fő): női szerepek, erőforrások, generációs problémák, háztartástan, környezettudatos háztartás, karriertervezés, munka-magánélet összhangja témakörök mentéb. Hevesi Tanyázó 2018–empátia tábor (15 fő): érzékenyítő tábor 3 db Családi Élet Tábor (60 fő): a tábor keretében családi közösségépítő és generációk közötti együttműködéseket szolgáló programok. Értékek a családban (15 fő): a drámapedagógia és tréning módszerével dolgozó kiscsoportos foglalkozás által a nők és férfiak közti harmonikus együttműködés előmozdítását szolgálja „Nők a családban 2018” tábor (20 fő): a családalapítás előtt álló/gyermeküket egyedül nevelő/párkapcsolatban élő nők számára nyújt segítséget az őket érintő témák terén. Rendezvények (21 fő felett alkalmanként, összesen: 13 db): Heveskedjünk! Családi nap (3 alkalom): családi közösségépítő program a generációk közötti együttműködés fejlesztésére. Egyén – család – közösség (3 alkalom): az egyéni célok és a családi élet összeegyeztetését segítő ismeretbővítés és kompetenciafejlesztés. „Hevesi hétfő”(1 alkalom): az SNI-s vagy krónikusan beteg gyermeket nevelő családok találkozója zajlik. Esélyegyenlőségi nap (2 alkalom): az esélyegyenlőség előmozdítását szolgáló program Helyi intézmények és a család (3 alkalom): a családi nap során a helyi intézmények szolgáltatásit vehetik igénybe „Nehéz kezdet” (1 alkalom): az SNI-s és HH-s gyermekeket nevelő családok találkozója interaktív foglalkozásokkal. A projekt megvalósítása során betartjuk az esélyegyenlőségi és környezetvédelmi előírásokat. A projekt 5 éves fenntartási időszakában biztosítjuk a programok és rendezvények elérhetőségét. Az együttműködő partnereinkkel fenntartjuk a folyamatos kommunikációt és a közös programok kezdeményezését. A fenntartási jelentésekben különböző jó gyakorlatokat dokumentálunk. (Hungarian)
