St. Laszlo Hospital, formerly known as “Self-Governmental Hospital Sárvár”, was established on 31 December 1996 with the termination of the Municipal Hospital of Sárvár and the Psychiatric Institute of Sárvár by the establishment of an institution-maintenance association between the two municipalities concerned. Active care in the Institution ceased to exist as of 1 April 2007. Since then, the hospital provides rehabilitation and partly chronic care on 139 beds at the Sárvár site and continues to operate outpatient care in 21 professions and operates 62 bed psychiatric rehabilitation at the plains site. As of 1 October 2007, the hospital also operates a one-day surgical unit in six areas of expertise: general surgery, gynecology, traumatology, gastroenterology, hand surgery, orthopaedics. Our day-to-day hospital unit provides care for people living in our territory in another six professions. In recent years, many investments have been made in our institution to meet our high standards of quality patient care, to which we also tried to co-ordinate human resources, for whom we sought the possibility of training and employment support. Compared to the county health institutions, the specialist and specialist medical care of Szent László Hospital can be said to be above average, with regard to certain skills shortages, our institution can also feel the difficulties, but in every licensed profession we have the minimum number of professionals required. The changes in recent years in the field of health vocational training are also making our institution feel the difficulties of supplying supplies. We currently have 220 main statistics, of which 150 specialists and 13 civil servants work in healthcare. The aim of this project is to provide the necessary human resources for the efficient operation of the health care system, with which we wish to be linked to the Government’s Healthcare Sector Strategy for Healthy Hungary 2014-2020. The aim of the document is to reduce the territorial inequality of human resources, to provide people with the right numbers and quality, and to keep healthcare workers in the care system. According to the hospital’s long-term vision, "For 150 years, our institution has been committed to performing its prevention, curative and rehabilitation tasks. Our aim is to ensure that people in our care area have the same chance and opportunity to maintain their health with the high quality health care infrastructure and highly qualified staff at our disposal. Receive adequate physical and mental health care in case of illness, while maintaining sound management and financial stability”. To this end, the employees of our institution are committed to creating a familiar atmosphere, our goal is to create a service milieu based on love, desire to help and understanding in addition to professional expectations. We aim to implement this vision in line with the following strategic goal: Maintain doctors and specialist staff by increasing employee satisfaction, training and continuous improvement of the professional reputation of the hospital, development of replacement plans. We intend to achieve the strategic objectives at the expense of this project as follows: 1) Institutional staff increase in some 16 posts for 20 persons 2) by achieving employment in a new position within the institution, i.e. continuing to employ a staff member currently in training in a new job corresponding to his level of education: as a quality manager. 3) Creating mobile teams to fit the hospital’s service structure in five mobile teams with nearly 15-17 participants: decubitus, infection control, psychiatric, diabetes, musculoskeletal mobile team. 4) In the context of extra-performance employment, we intend to support their activities on the basis of medical orders for 15 people, which are currently in the field of day care, EMEE, chronic care, the therapeutic unit and MRO. The implementation of the project is planned for 18 months, the preparedness of project management, the attitude and experience of the staff support effective implementation. In the course of the project we intend to apply the elements of communication and publicity, and we also pay special attention to the implementation of horizontal aspects. (English) | |||||||||||||||

SZENT LÁSZLÓ KÓRHÁZ

A Szent László Kórház, régebbi nevén „Önkormányzati Kórház Sárvár”, mint intézmény 1996. december 31-én jött létre a Sárvári Önkormányzati Kórház és a Simasági Pszichiátriai Intézet megszüntetésével, a két érintett önkormányzat által intézményfenntartó társulás létrehozásával. 2007. április 1-től megszünt az Intézményben az aktív ellátás. Azóta a kórház a Sárvári telephelyen részben rehabilitációs, részben krónikus ellátást nyújt 139 ágyon, illetve továbbra is végzi a járóbeteg szakellátások működtetését 21 szakmában, a Simasági telephelyen pedig 62 ágyas pszichiátriai rehabilitációt működtet. 2007. október 1-jétől a kórház egynapos műtéti ellátó egységet is üzemeltet hat szakterületen: általános sebészet, nőgyógyászat, traumatológia, gastroenterológia, kézsebészet, ortopédia. Nappali kórházi egységünk további hat szakmában nyújt ellátást a területünkön élőknek. Jelen projekt céljaként az egészségügyi ellátórendszer hatékony működéséhez szükséges humánerőforrás biztosítását szeretnénk kitűzni, mellyel kapcsolódni kívánunk a Kormány „Egészséges Magyarország 2014-2020” Egészségügyi Ágazati Stratégiájához. Ennek érdekében Intézményünk dolgozói a családias légkör megteremtésének elkötelezettjei, célunk a szakmai elvárások mellett a szeretetre, a segíteni akarásra, a megértésre alapuló szolgáltatási miliőt kialakítása. Ezen jövőkép elemet a következő stratégia cél mentén kívánjuk megvalósítani: Orvos és szakdolgozói munkatársak megtartása a dolgozói elégedettség növelése révén, képzéssel és a kórház szakmai hírnevének folyamatos fejlesztésével, utánpótlás tervek kidolgozása. A stratégiai célok megvalósítását jelen projekt terhére kívánjuk elérni az alábbiak szerint: 1) intézményi létszámbővítés mintegy 16 munkakörben 20 fő számára 2) intézményen belüli új munkakörben való foglalkoztatás elérésével, miszerint jelenleg képzésben résztvevő munkatárs továbbfoglalkoztatása végzettségének megfelelő új munkakörben: minőségirányítási vezetőként. 3) mobil teamek létrehozása a kórház szolgáltatási struktúrájához illeszkedve, öt mobil teamben, közel 15-17 fő részvételével: decubitus, infekciókontroll, pszichiátriai, diabetes, mozgásszervi mobil teammel. 4) többletteljesítményt nyújtó foglalkoztatás keretében 15 fő számára kívánjuk az orvosi elrendelés alapján végzett tevékenységüket támogatni, mely munkakörök a nappali ellátás, az EMEE, a krónikus, ápolási, a terápiás egység ésa az MRO szakterületeken vannak jelenleg. A projekt végrehajtását 18 hónapra tervezzük, a projektmenedzsment felkészültsége, a munkatársak hozzáállása és tapasztalata a hatékony végrehajtást segítik. A projekt során a kötlező kommunikációs és nyilvánosság elemeit alkalmazni kívánjuk, továbbá kiemelten figyelünk a horizontális szempontok érvényesülésére is. (Hungarian)
