The project is located in Harkány, the region of South Transdanubia, among the less developed regions of Hungary. The town of Harkány is one of the settlements of Siklósi district in Baranya county. The basic objective of our grant application is to implement interventions aimed at the quantitative development of health human resources at the Zsigmondy Vilmos Harkányi Spa Hospital, which can reduce inequalities in access to health services, reduce the number of vacancies in the healthcare sector and improve the working conditions and conditions for maintaining the workforce in the healthcare sector, as well as the quality and efficiency of the care provided to the population. The total budget of the project is HUF 144.255999, which focuses on its two main coconut areas during the 24-month implementation: I. Institutional staff increase In the framework of the project we plan the recruitment of 3 specialist nurses in the field of the therapist. NO 317/2016. According to Annex 5 to Government Decree No 25 of 25 October 2004 the profession of practising nurse is considered to be a profession of absence. II. In the framework of the project we plan to create 5 mobile teams as follows: The duration of employment in the mobile team is 24 months for each person on the project. The hospital undertakes to maintain appropriate documentation for the activities related to the mobile team, including at least monthly supporting documents. The creation of mobile teams contributes to improving the professional qualifications of public and human service workers, increasing their motivation and closing service gaps. 1. Decubitus mobile team In particular, patients recruited for priority rehabilitation in 4 locomotor rehabilitation departments are at risk, who are spinal and major joint surgery; they're recorded after traumas and strokes. Since these patients occur in about 20-30 % of all four classes compared to the size of the class, the decubitus mobile team would greatly help those working in the department. Staff composition of the team: 1 major dermatologist (existing worker, part-time 20 hours)? 1 graduate nurse (existing worker, part-time 20 hours)? 1 psychologist (existing worker, part-time 20 hours)? 1 physiotherapist (new employee, 40 hours) 2. Diabetes mobile team In all departments of the hospital, due to the composition of the patient’s substance, obesity is a common problem, which is a condition predisposing to diabetes, as well as diabetes already recognised and treated. The team members could help those working in the hospital to diagnose diabetes, adjust therapy and train patients through the assessment of patients at risk. Staff composition of the team: 1 major specialist in internal medicine (existing worker, part-time 20 hours)? 1 physiotherapist (new employee 40 hours)? 1 person who is mentally hygienic (existent worker, part-time 20 hours)? 1 person dietetic (existent worker, part-time 20 hours)? 1 physiotherapy assistant (existent worker, part-time 20 hours) 3. Infection Control Mobile Team Patients, staff, are a group to assess and reduce the risk of nosocomial infection, thus detecting and preventing hospital infections. Establish a plan of action in case of nosocomial infection. The team works closely with the Antibiotic Commission (microbiological results, resistance, antibiotic choice) The team’s personal composition: 1 person Infectologist (existing employee, part-time 20 hours)? 1 public health inspector (existing worker, part-time 20 hours)? 1 person Graduate nurse (existing worker, part-time 20 hours) 4. Early rehabilitation mobile team First of all, the main task would be to help patients recruited in 4 locomotor rehabilitation units immediately after a stroke. Upon admission, patients with special needs who have had stroke, cognitive and speech function would be screened out and complexly assessed. Staff composition of the team: 1 major musculoskeletal rehabilitation specialist (existing worker, part-time 20 hours)? 1 physiotherapist (new employee 40 hours)? 1 graduate nurse (existing worker, part-time 20 hours)? 1 psychologist (existing worker, part-time 20 hours) 5. Musculoskeletal rehabilitation mobile team Personal composition of the team: 1 major musculoskeletal rehabilitation specialist (existing worker, part-time 20 hours)? 1 physiotherapist (new employee 40 hours)? 1 graduate nurse (existing worker, part-time 20 hours)? 1 social worker (existent worker, part-time 20 hours)? 1 rehabilitation activity therapist (existent worker, part-time 20 hours) (English) | |||||||||||||||

A projekt megvalósulásának helyszíne Magyarország kevésbé fejlett régiói közül a Dél-Dunántúli régióban, Harkányban található. Harkány városa a Siklósi járás települései közé tartozik, Baranya megyében. A projekt teljes költségvetése 144.255.999 Ft, mely két fő kókuszterülete koncentrál a 24 hónapos megvalósítás alatt: I. Intézményi létszámbővítés A projekt keretében szakdolgozói területen 3 fő szakápoló felvételét tervezzük. A 317/2016. (X. 25.) Korm. rendelet 5. melléklete alapján a gyakorló ápoló szakma hiányszakmának minősül. II. Mobil team létrehozása A projekt keretében 5 mobil team kialakítását tervezzük az alábbiak szerint: A mobil teamben történő foglalkoztatás időtartama minden projekten szereplő személy esetében 24 hónap. A kórház vállalja, hogy a mobil teammel kapcsolatos tevékenységekhez megfelelő dokumentációt vezeti, amely legalább havi bontásban készült igazoló lapot tartalmaz. A mobil teamek létrehozása hozzájárul a köz- és humán szolgáltatásokban dolgozók szakmai képzettségének javításához, motivációjának növeléséhez, illetve szolgáltatási kapacitáshiányok felszámolásához. 1. Decubitus mobil team Elsősorban a 4 mozgásszervi rehabilitációs osztályon elsőbbségi rehabilitáció céljából felvett betegek a veszélyeztetettek, akik gerinc és nagyízületi műtétek; traumák és stroke után kerülnek felvételre. Mivel az osztálylétszámhoz képest ezek a betegek mind a négy osztályon kb 20-30%-ban fordulnak elő, ezért az osztályon dolgozók munkáját nagyban segítené a decubitus mobil team. A team személyi összetétele: ? 1 fő bőrgyógyász szakorvos (meglevő munkavállaló, részmunkaidőben 20 óra) ? 1 fő diplomás ápoló (meglevő munkavállaló, részmunkaidőben 20 óra) ? 1 fő pszichológus (meglevő munkavállaló, részmunkaidőben 20 óra) ? 1 fő gyógytornász (új munkavállaló, 40 óra) 2. A team személyi összetétele: ? 1 fő belgyógyász szakorvos (meglevő munkavállaló, részmunkaidőben 20 óra) ? 1 fő gyógytornász (új munkavállaló 40 óra) ? 1 fő mentálhigiénikus (meglevő munkavállaló, részmunkaidőben 20 óra) ? 1 fő dietetikus (meglevő munkavállaló, részmunkaidőben 20 óra) ? 1 fő fizioterápiás szakasszisztens (meglevő munkavállaló, részmunkaidőben 20 óra) 3. Infekciókontroll mobil team A betegek, a személyzet nosocomiális infekció rizikójának felmérését és csökkentését, ezzel a kórházi fertőzések felderítését és megelőzését szolgáló csoport. Intézkedési terv létrehozása nosocomiális fertőzés esetére. Szorosan együttműködik a team az Antibiotikum Bizottsággal (mikrobiológiai eredmények, rezisztencia, antibiotikum választás) A team személyi összetétele: ? 1 fő Infektológus (meglevő munkavállaló, részmunkaidőben 20 óra) ? 1 fő Népegészségügyi ellenőr (meglevő munkavállaló, részmunkaidőben 20 óra) ? 1 fő Diplomás ápoló (meglevő munkavállaló, részmunkaidőben 20 óra) 4. Korai rehabilitáció mobil team Elsősorban a 4 mozgásszervi rehabilitációs osztályon közvetlenül stroke után felvett betegek ellátásának segítése lenne a fő feladata. Felvételkor a stroke-on átesett, kognitív és beszéd funkciókban károsodott, speciális igényű betegek kiszűrése és komplex felmérése történne. A team személyi összetétele: ? 1 fő mozgásszervi rehabilitációs szakorvos (meglevő munkavállaló, részmunkaidőben 20 óra) ? 1 fő gyógytornász (új munkavállaló 40 óra) ? 1 fő diplomás ápoló (meglevő munkavállaló, részmunkaidőben 20 óra) ? 1 fő pszichológus (meglevő munkavállaló, részmunkaidőben 20 óra) 5. Mozgásszervi rehabilitációs mobil team A team személyi összetétele: ? 1 fő mozgásszervi rehabilitációs szakorvos (meglevő munkavállaló, részmrészmunkaidőben 20 óra) ? 1 fő gyógytornász (új munkavállaló 40 óra) ? 1 fő diplomás ápoló (meglevő munkavállaló, részmunkaidőben 20 óra) ? 1 fő szociális munkás (meglevő munkavállaló, részmunkaidőben 20 óra) ? 1 fő rehabilitációs tevékenység terapeuta (meglevő munkavállaló, részmunkaidőben 20 óra) (Hungarian)
