    Проектът има за цел създаването на условия за успешна социална реализация на децата и учениците от етническите малцинства, както и тези в риск от отпадане от образователната система, обучаващи се в ОУ „Св. Климент Охридски” гр. Павликени, ДГ „Слънце“ и ДГ „8-ми март“, чрез подобряване условията за равен достъп до образование и обучение, повишаване качеството на образованието, засилване мотивацията на учениците и родителите за участие в образователния процес, преодоляване на негативни обществени нагласи в местната общност.Проектът постига своята цел чрез реализиране на дейности в няколко направления:1.Съхраняване и развиване културната идентичност на децата и учениците от етническите малцинства и техните връстници, в интеграционна мултикултурна среда, чрез създаване на творческата среда, в която децата от етнически малцинства да осъзнаят своята идентичност, да се почувстват значими и част от училищния живот.2.Провеждане на съвместни дейности с децата и учениците от етническите малцинства и техните връстници за осъществяване на мисии/предизвикателства от реалния живот3.Провеждане на ежегодна практическа детска конференция за представяне на резултатите от съвместната работа на децата и учениците при реализиране на проектните дейности.Очаква се 85% ученици от етнически малцинства, участвали в дейностите по проекта успешно да се интегрира в училище, а в дългосрочен план да завършат основно образование.     The project aims to create conditions for successful social realisation of children and students from ethnic minorities, as well as those at risk of dropping out of the education system, students at the School "St. Kliment Ohridski" Pavlikeni, "Sunce" and "March 8", by improving the conditions for equal access to education and training, improving the quality of education, enhancing the motivation of students and parents to participate in the educational process, overcoming negative public attitudes in the local community.The project achieves its goal by implementing activities in several directions:1.Conservation and development of the cultural identity of children and students from ethnic minorities and their peers, in an integrated multicultural environment, by creating the creative environment in which children from ethnic minorities to realise their identity, to feel significant and part of school life.2.Conducting joint activities with children and students from ethnic minorities and their peers to carry out real-life missions/challenges3.Home an annual practical children’s conference to present the results of the joint work of children and students in the implementation of the project activities. 85 % of students from ethnic minorities who participated in the project activities are expected to successfully integrate into school and in the long term to complete basic education.     Le projet vise à créer des conditions propices au succès de la réalisation sociale des enfants et des élèves issus de minorités ethniques, ainsi que de ceux qui risquent d’abandonner le système éducatif, des élèves de l’école "St. Kliment Ohridski" Pavlikeni, "Sunce" et "Le 8 mars", en améliorant les conditions d’égalité d’accès à l’éducation et à la formation, en améliorant la qualité de l’éducation, en encourageant les élèves et les parents à participer au processus éducatif, en surmontant les attitudes négatives de la population dans la communauté locale.Le projet atteint son objectif en mettant en œuvre des activités sur plusieurs sites directions:1.Conservation et en développant l’identité culturelle des enfants et des élèves issus de minorités ethniques et de leurs pairs, dans un environnement multiculturel intégré, en créant un environnement créatif dans lequel les enfants issus de minorités ethniques réalisent leur identité, se sentent significatifs et font partie de la vie scolaire.     Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, Bedingungen für eine erfolgreiche gesellschaftliche Realisierung von Kindern und Studenten ethnischer Minderheiten zu schaffen, sowie diejenigen, die vom Ausscheiden aus dem Bildungssystem bedroht sind, Studenten der Schule "St. Kliment Ohridski" Pavlikeni, "Sunce" und "März 8", durch Verbesserung der Bedingungen für einen gleichberechtigten Zugang zu Bildung und Ausbildung, Verbesserung der Qualität der Bildung, Steigerung der Motivation von Schülern und Eltern, am Bildungsprozess teilzunehmen, Überwindung negativer öffentlicher Einstellungen in der lokalen Gemeinschaft.Das Projekt erreicht sein Ziel durch die Umsetzung von Aktivitäten in mehreren directions:1.Conservation und die Entwicklung der kulturellen Identität von Kindern und Schülern ethnischer Minderheiten und ihrer Gleichberechtigung, in einem integrierten multikulturellen Umfeld, indem das kreative Umfeld geschaffen wird, in dem Kinder von ethnischen Minderheiten ihre Identität verwirklichen, sich erheblich und Teil des Schullebens fühlen.     Het project heeft tot doel de voorwaarden te scheppen voor een succesvolle sociale realisatie van kinderen en studenten uit etnische minderheden, evenals degenen die het risico lopen het onderwijssysteem te verlaten, studenten aan de School "St. Kliment Ohridski" Pavlikeni, "Sunce" en "maart 8", door het verbeteren van de voorwaarden voor gelijke toegang tot onderwijs en opleiding, het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van het onderwijs, het verbeteren van de motivatie van studenten en ouders om deel te nemen aan het onderwijsproces, het overwinnen van negatieve publieke attitudes in de lokale gemeenschap.Het project bereikt zijn doel door activiteiten te implementeren in verschillende directions:1.Conservation en de ontwikkeling van de culturele identiteit van kinderen en studenten uit etnische minderheden en hun leeftijdsgenoten, in een geïntegreerde multiculturele omgeving, door het creëren van de creatieve omgeving waarin kinderen uit etnische minderheden hun identiteit kunnen realiseren, om zich een significant en een deel van het schoolleven te voelen.2.Door gezamenlijke activiteiten met kinderen en studenten uit etnische minderheden en hun leeftijdsgenoten deel te nemen, zijn de projecten die in het kader van het project worden georganiseerd door middel van de integrale activiteiten van de universitaire kinderen en de resultaten van de jaarlijkse conferenties van de kinderen, om hun identiteit te verwezenlijken en deel te nemen aan het schoolleven.     Il progetto mira a creare le condizioni per una riuscita realizzazione sociale di bambini e studenti appartenenti a minoranze etniche, nonché di coloro che rischiano di abbandonare il sistema educativo, gli studenti della Scuola "St. Kliment Ohridski" Pavlikeni, "Sunce" e "marzo 8", migliorando le condizioni per la parità di accesso all'istruzione e alla formazione, migliorando la qualità dell'istruzione, migliorando la motivazione degli studenti e dei genitori a partecipare al processo educativo, superando gli atteggiamenti negativi del pubblico nella comunità locale.Il progetto raggiunge il suo obiettivo realizzando attività in diversi directions:1.Conservation e lo sviluppo dell'identità culturale dei bambini e degli studenti appartenenti a minoranze etniche e loro pari, in un ambiente multiculturale integrato, creando l'ambiente creativo in cui i bambini provenienti da minoranze etniche per realizzare la loro identità, per sentirsi significativi e parte della vita scolastica.
