Образованието е основен фактор за преодоляване на бедността и социалното изключване. Голяма част от изложените на риск от бедност са хора с образование по-ниско от начално,с начално и прогимназиално образование. Децата на нискоквалифицираните родители също са в голям риск от бедност и социално изключване.Нашето проектно предложение е насочено именно към тази уязвима група хора.Ние осъзнаваме факта, че трябва да се въздейства целенасочено върху грамотността на възрастните. Много често те имат проблеми с основни умения, които са от ключово значение за успешното им социално проибщаване. Техните проблеми рефлектират върху децата им, т.е. нашите ученици.Планираните дейности по проекта са насочени към компенсиране ефекта от преждевременното напускане на училище. С реализирането на дейностите по проекта ще им осигурим достъп до курсове за ограмотяване и на подходяща среда за компенсиране на проблемите в грамотността, както и курсове за придобиване на компетентности от прогимназиален етап.За реализирането на Дейност 1 е създаден Механизъм за идентифициране и мотивиране на целевите групи. По Дейност 2 планираме организиране на курсове за ограмотяване,курсове за придобиване на компетентности от прогимназиален етап на основното образование. За оценяването и сертифицирането на резултатите, ще проведем и съответните изпити за курсовете за ограмотяване и придобиване на компетентности от прогимназиален етап. Ще мотивираме успешно завършилите за продължаване на образованието им в по-горна степен.Чрез информационни материали, събития ще популяризираме необходимостта от повишаване на грамотността като предпоставка за бъдеща заетост.В рамките на проекта ще бъдат създадени следните групи-за ограмотяване,за 5, 6 и 7 клас. Целта ни е поне три класа да завършат основно образование в рамките на проекта. Предвиждаме числеността на групите да е в рамките на 10-15 човека. В групите ще се включат лица (включително роми) както от 16 до 24 години, така и лица от 25 до 64 годишна възраст. (Bulgarian)

Education is a key factor in overcoming poverty and social exclusion. A large proportion of those at risk of poverty are people with lower education than primary and lower secondary education. The children of low-skilled parents are also at high risk of poverty and social exclusion. Our project proposal is aimed at this vulnerable group of people. We realise the fact that adult literacy needs to be impacted in a targeted manner. Very often, they have problems with basic skills that are key to their successful socialisation. Their problems affect their children, i.e. our students. The planned activities under the project are aimed at compensating for the effect of early school leaving. With the realisation of the project activities we will provide them with access to literacy courses and the appropriate environment for compensating the problems in literacy, as well as courses for acquiring competences from lower secondary stage. For the realisation of Activity 1, a Mechanism for identifying and motivating the target groups has been established. Under Activity 2 we plan to organise literacy courses, competence courses from lower secondary education. For the assessment and certification of the results, we will also conduct the relevant examinations for the education and competence courses at lower secondary level. We will successfully motivate graduates to continue their education to a higher degree. Through information materials, events will promote the need to increase literacy as a prerequisite for future employment. The project will create the following groups — for literacy, for 5, 6 and 7 grades. Our goal is at least three classes to complete primary education within the project. We predict the size of the groups to be within 10-15 people. The groups will include persons (including Roma) from 16 to 24 years old and 25 to 64 years old. (English)

L’éducation est un facteur clé de la lutte contre la pauvreté et l’exclusion sociale. Une grande partie des personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté sont des personnes qui ont un niveau d’instruction inférieur à celui de l’enseignement primaire et secondaire inférieur. Les enfants de parents peu qualifiés sont également exposés à un risque élevé de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale. Notre proposition de projet s’adresse à ce groupe vulnérable de personnes. Nous comprenons que l’alphabétisation des adultes doit être affectée de manière ciblée. Très souvent, ils ont des problèmes avec les compétences de base qui sont essentielles à leur socialisation réussie. Leurs problèmes touchent leurs enfants, c’est-à-dire nos élèves. Les activités prévues dans le cadre du projet visent à compenser l’effet du décrochage scolaire. Avec la réalisation des activités du projet, nous leur donnerons accès à des cours d’alphabétisation et à un environnement approprié pour compenser les problèmes d’alphabétisation, ainsi qu’à des cours d’acquisition de compétences dès le premier cycle du secondaire. Pour la réalisation de l’activité 1, un mécanisme d’identification et de motivation des groupes cibles a été mis en place. Dans le cadre de l’activité 2, nous prévoyons d’organiser des cours d’alphabétisation, des cours de compétence dans l’enseignement secondaire inférieur. Pour l’évaluation et la certification des résultats, nous procéderons également aux examens pertinents pour les cours d’éducation et de compétence au niveau secondaire inférieur. Nous motiverons avec succès les diplômés à poursuivre leurs études à un degré plus élevé. Grâce à des documents d’information, des événements feront valoir la nécessité d’accroître l’alphabétisation comme condition préalable à l’emploi futur. Le projet créera les groupes suivants — pour l’alphabétisation, pour les 5, 6 et 7 années. Notre objectif est d’au moins trois classes pour terminer l’enseignement primaire dans le cadre du projet. Nous prévoyons que la taille des groupes se situera entre 10 et 15 personnes. Les groupes comprendront des personnes (y compris des Roms) âgées de 16 à 24 ans et de 25 à 64 ans. (French)

Bildung ist ein Schlüsselfaktor für die Überwindung von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung. Ein großer Teil der armutsgefährdeten Personen sind Menschen mit niedrigerer Bildung als der Primar- und Sekundarbereich. Auch die Kinder geringqualifizierter Eltern sind von Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht. Unser Projektvorschlag richtet sich an diese schutzbedürftige Gruppe von Menschen. Wir erkennen, dass die Alphabetisierung von Erwachsenen gezielt beeinflusst werden muss. Sehr oft haben sie Probleme mit grundlegenden Fähigkeiten, die für ihre erfolgreiche Sozialisierung von entscheidender Bedeutung sind. Ihre Probleme betreffen ihre Kinder, d. h. unsere Schüler. Die geplanten Aktivitäten im Rahmen des Projekts zielen darauf ab, die Auswirkungen des Schulabbruchs auszugleichen. Mit der Durchführung der Projektaktivitäten bieten wir ihnen Zugang zu Alphabetisierungskursen und dem geeigneten Umfeld für die Kompensation der Probleme in der Alphabetisierung sowie Kurse zum Erwerb von Kompetenzen aus der Sekundarstufe I. Für die Realisierung von Aktivität 1 wurde ein Mechanismus zur Identifizierung und Motivation der Zielgruppen eingerichtet. Im Rahmen von Aktivität 2 planen wir die Organisation von Alphabetisierungskursen, Kompetenzkursen aus der Sekundarstufe I. Für die Bewertung und Zertifizierung der Ergebnisse führen wir auch die entsprechenden Prüfungen für die Bildungs- und Kompetenzkurse auf der unteren Sekundarstufe durch. Wir werden die Absolventen erfolgreich dazu motivieren, ihre Ausbildung zu einem höheren Abschluss fortzusetzen. Durch Informationsmaterialien wird die Notwendigkeit gefördert, die Alphabetisierung als Voraussetzung für künftige Beschäftigung zu erhöhen. Das Projekt wird folgende Gruppen – für Alphabetisierung, für 5, 6 und 7 Klassen schaffen. Unser Ziel ist mindestens drei Klassen, die Grundschulbildung im Rahmen des Projekts abzuschließen. Onderwijs is een belangrijke factor bij het overwinnen van armoede en sociale uitsluiting. Een groot deel van de mensen die het risico lopen in armoede te vervallen zijn mensen met een lager onderwijs dan lager en lager middelbaar onderwijs. Ook de kinderen van laaggeschoolde ouders lopen een hoog risico op armoede en sociale uitsluiting. Ons projectvoorstel is gericht op deze kwetsbare groep mensen. We beseffen dat geletterdheid voor volwassenen gericht moet worden beïnvloed. Heel vaak hebben ze problemen met basisvaardigheden die essentieel zijn voor hun succesvolle socialisatie. Hun problemen raken hun kinderen, d.w.z. onze studenten. De geplande activiteiten in het kader van het project zijn bedoeld om het effect van voortijdig schoolverlaten te compenseren. Met de realisatie van de projectactiviteiten zullen we hen toegang bieden tot geletterdheidscursussen en de juiste omgeving om de problemen op het gebied van geletterdheid op te lossen, evenals cursussen voor het verwerven van competenties vanaf de lagere secundaire fase. Voor de realisatie van activiteit 1 is een mechanisme voor het identificeren en motiveren van de doelgroepen ingesteld. In het kader van activiteit 2 zijn we van plan geletterdheidscursussen, competentiecursussen uit het lager middelbaar onderwijs te organiseren. Voor de beoordeling en certificering van de resultaten zullen we ook de relevante examens voor de onderwijs- en competentiecursussen op lager secundair niveau uitvoeren. We zullen afgestudeerden met succes motiveren om hun opleiding tot een hogere graad voort te zetten. Door middel van informatiemateriaal zullen evenementen de noodzaak bevorderen om de geletterdheid te vergroten als een voorwaarde voor toekomstige werkgelegenheid. Het project zal de volgende groepen creëren — voor geletterdheid, voor 5, 6 en 7 graden. Ons doel is minstens drie klassen om het basisonderwijs binnen het project te voltooien. L'istruzione è un fattore chiave per superare la povertà e l'esclusione sociale. Gran parte delle persone a rischio di povertà sono persone con un'istruzione inferiore rispetto all'istruzione primaria e secondaria inferiore. Anche i bambini di genitori poco qualificati sono ad alto rischio di povertà ed esclusione sociale. La nostra proposta di progetto è rivolta a questo gruppo vulnerabile di persone. Ci rendiamo conto che l'alfabetizzazione degli adulti deve essere influenzata in modo mirato. Molto spesso, hanno problemi con le competenze di base che sono fondamentali per la loro riuscita socializzazione. I loro problemi riguardano i loro figli, cioè i nostri studenti. Le attività previste nell'ambito del progetto mirano a compensare l'effetto dell'abbandono scolastico precoce. Con la realizzazione delle attività progettuali forniremo loro l'accesso ai corsi di alfabetizzazione e l'ambiente adeguato per compensare i problemi di alfabetizzazione, nonché corsi per l'acquisizione di competenze dalla fase secondaria inferiore. Per la realizzazione dell'attività 1, è stato istituito un meccanismo per individuare e motivare i gruppi destinatari. Nell'ambito dell'attività 2 abbiamo in programma di organizzare corsi di alfabetizzazione, corsi di competenza a partire dall'istruzione secondaria inferiore. Per la valutazione e la certificazione dei risultati, effettueremo anche gli esami pertinenti per i corsi di istruzione e competenza al livello secondario inferiore. Motivaremo con successo i laureati a continuare la loro formazione a un livello superiore. Attraverso materiali informativi, gli eventi promuoveranno la necessità di aumentare l'alfabetizzazione come prerequisito per l'occupazione futura. Il progetto creerà i seguenti gruppi — per l'alfabetizzazione, per 5, 6 e 7 gradi. Il nostro obiettivo è almeno tre classi per completare l'istruzione primaria all'interno del progetto. La educación es un factor clave para superar la pobreza y la exclusión social. Una gran proporción de las personas en riesgo de pobreza son personas con una educación inferior a la primaria y la enseñanza secundaria inferior. Los hijos de padres poco cualificados también están en alto riesgo de pobreza y exclusión social. Nuestra propuesta de proyecto está dirigida a este grupo vulnerable de personas. Nos damos cuenta del hecho de que la alfabetización de adultos debe verse afectada de manera específica. Muy a menudo, tienen problemas con las habilidades básicas que son clave para su exitosa socialización. Sus problemas afectan a sus hijos, es decir, a nuestros alumnos. Las actividades previstas en el proyecto tienen por objeto compensar el efecto del abandono escolar prematuro. Con la realización de las actividades del proyecto les proporcionaremos acceso a cursos de alfabetización y el entorno adecuado para compensar los problemas de alfabetización, así como cursos para la adquisición de competencias de la etapa secundaria inferior. Para la realización de la actividad 1, se ha establecido un mecanismo para identificar y motivar a los grupos destinatarios. En el marco de la actividad 2, tenemos previsto organizar cursos de alfabetización, cursos de competencia de la enseñanza secundaria inferior. Para la evaluación y certificación de los resultados, también realizaremos los exámenes pertinentes para los cursos de educación y competencia en el nivel secundario inferior. Motivaremos con éxito a los graduados a continuar su educación a un grado superior. A través de materiales informativos, los eventos promoverán la necesidad de aumentar la alfabetización como requisito previo para el empleo futuro. El proyecto creará los siguientes grupos — para la alfabetización, para 5, 6 y 7 grados. Nuestro objetivo es al menos tres clases para completar la educación primaria dentro del proyecto.
