DESPITE THE FACT THAT THE RIGHT HAS STRENGTHENED EQUALITY OVER THE YEARS, TODAY WOMEN STRUGGLE TO HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS AS MEN BECAUSE THERE ARE DIFFERENT STARTING CONDITIONS AND SOCIAL CONVENTIONS. THIS PROJECT PROPOSAL BASED ON LINE 1 ¿THE THREAD WAS BUILT WITH THE AIM OF FACILITATING THE ENTRY AND REINTEGRATION OF 55 WOMEN INTO THE LABOUR MARKET, ACTING ON THE ACQUISITION OF SPECIALISED, HYBRID, DIGITAL, SOFT TECHNICAL SKILLS AND ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOOLS, APPROACHES AND METHODS FOR JOB SEARCH AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT.
