The aim of this project is to create favourable conditions for families of Biržai district municipality to receive comprehensively provided services, to ensure their accessibility in order to empower the family to solve crises and fulfil their obligations. The target group of the project is family (parents, children, carers, etc.). 1300 people will participate in the project. The task of the project is to ensure the functions of community family homes (organise and coordinate complex services for families of Biržai district municipality) and provide comprehensive services to the families of Biržai district municipality. The activities planned for the achievement of the task are the organisation, coordination and provision of complex services to the family: — “psychosocial assistance” (514 persons): individual consultations of a psychologist; — “family mediation services” (200 persons); — “family skills development and socio-cultural services” (360 people): individual and group consultations of employees, “family space” activities, family camps, family finance planning training; — “childcare” (160 persons); — “positive paternity teachings” (630 persons); — ‘travel service’ (100 persons), which will be provided from indirect funds. — “provision of personal assistant service” (11 persons) (English) | |||||||||||||||

Šiuo projektu siekiama sudaryti palankias sąlygas Biržų rajono savivaldybės šeimoms gauti kompleksiškai teikiamas paslaugas, užtikrinti jų prieinamumą, siekiant įgalinti šeimą spręsti krizes ir vykdyti įsipareigojimus. Projekto tikslinė grupė – šeima (tėvai, vaikai, globėjai ir kt.). Projekte dalyvaus 1300 asmenys. Projekto uždavinys – užtikrinti Bendruomeninių šeimos namų funkcijas (organizuoti ir koordinuoti kompleksines paslaugas Biržų rajono savivaldybės šeimoms) ir suteikti kompleksines paslaugas Biržų rajono savivaldybės šeimoms. Uždaviniui įgyvendinti planuojama veikla – kompleksinių paslaugų šeimai organizavimas, koordinavimas ir teikimas: - „Psichosocialinė pagalba“ (514 asm.): individualios psichologo konsultacijos; - „Šeimos mediacijos paslaugos" (200 asm.); - „Šeimos įgūdžių ugdymas ir sociokultūrinės paslaugos“ (360 asm.): individualios bei grupinės soc. darbuotojų konsultacijos, „Šeimų erdvė“ užsiėmimai, šeimų stovyklos, šeimos finansų planavimo mokymai; - „Vaikų priežiūra" (160 asm.); - „Pozityvios tėvystės mokymai" (630 asm.); - „Pavėžėjimo paslauga" (100 asm.), kuri bus teikiama iš netiesioginių lėšų. - „Asmeninio asistento paslaugos teikimas“ (11 asm.)
