The project aims to help people experiencing social exclusion to integrate into the labour market by providing social integration services. Target groups involved in the project: social risk families; persons released from prison; alcohol abusers, former children of children’s social care homes, special boarding schools (16-29 years); persons not in employment, education or training under the supervision of probation officers who have been sentenced to a custodial sentence but their execution has been postponed. The project is carried out in three municipalities of Marijampolė, Vilkaviškis district and Kalvarija. Activities shall promote the social autonomy of individuals and the restoration and improvement of the individual’s ability to work, professional competence and capacity to participate in the labour market through psychosocial rehabilitation (information, counselling, mediation, representation, psychosocial assistance, socio-cultural services, development and maintenance of social skills) and vocational rehabilitation (individual and group career guidance, information and counselling). Projektu siekiama teikiant socialinės integracijos paslaugas, padėti socialinę atskirtį patiriantiems asmenims integruotis į darbo rinką. Projekte dalyvaujančios tikslinės grupės: socialinės rizikos šeimos; asmenys, paleisti iš laisvės atėmimo vietų; alkoholiu piktnaudžiaujantys asmenys, buvę vaikų socialinės globos namų, specialiųjų internatinių mokyklų auklėtiniai (16–29 metų); nedirbantys ir nesimokantys probacijos pareigūnų prižiūrimi asmenys, kuriems paskirta laisvės atėmimo bausmė, bet jos vykdymas atidėtas. Projektas vykdomas trijose savivaldybėse Marijampolės , Vilkaviškio raj. ir Kalvarijos. Veiklose numatoma, skatinanti asmenų socialinį savarankiškumą ir asmens darbingumo, profesinės kompetencijos ir pajėgumo dalyvauti darbo rinkoje atkūrimą ir didinimą per psichosocialinę reabilitaciją (informavimą, konsultavimą, tarpininkavimą, atstovavimą, psichosocialinę pagalbą, sociokultūrines paslaugas, socialinių įgūdžių ugdymą ir palaikymą) ir profesinė reabilitaciją (individualų ir grupinį profesinį orientavimą , informavimą ir konsultavimą).
