After analysing the levels of mineralisation of mineral waters on the Lithuanian and European market, it can be said that the natural mineral water extracted by UAB “Birštonas Mineral Waters” and Ko. is one of the products with the highest mineralisation. The last set of scientific works (conference thesis “Recent Problems of Public Prevention, Treatment and Rehabilitation of Patients”) was published in 1987. The themes of the last thesis were defended in 1986 (K. Šniukšta) and 1987 (M. Biliukas). Therefore, UAB “Birštonas Mineral Waters” and Ko. are seeking to update the research carried out by carrying out R & D activities and to develop the following products during the project: 1. Natural mineral electrolytes (Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Cl-, HCO3-, SO42-, Br-) purified from groundwater. 2. Functional drinks prepared on the basis of the electrolyte of natural mineral substances. The products developed during the project will replace the technologies used for functional products and food supplements for decades. The intention is to develop unique, integrated and flexible solutions. None of the solutions currently available on the market match the functionality of the products being developed: they will be characterised not only by competitive price, but also by blended unique electrolyte mixtures, which will be distinguished using the technology developed during the project, which will ensure a significantly better maintenance of the useful materials in the membrane and their longer performance, as well as their versatility, allowing products to be adapted to the needs of each user. During the project, research will be carried out, which will be carried out in cooperation with the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences. The company’s employees who already have sufficient experience in the implementation of R & D projects will also create significant added value in the project. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Išanalizavus Lietuvos ir Europos rinkoje esančių mineralinių vandenų mineralizacijos lygius, galima teigti, kad UAB “Birštono mineralinių vandenų” ir Ko. išgaunamas natūralus mineralinis vanduo yra vienas iš aukščiausią mineralizaciją turinčių produktų. Paskutinis mokslinių darbų rinkinys (konferencijos tezės „Kurortinės profilaktikos, gydymo ir ligonių reabilitacijos aktualios problemos”) išleistas 1987 m. Paskutinės disertacijos kurortologijos tematika apgintos 1986 m. (K. Šniukšta) ir 1987 m. (M. Biliukas). Todėl, UAB “Birštono mineraliniai vandenys” ir Ko. siekia atnaujinti atliktus mokslinius tyrimus, vykdant MTEP veiklas, ir projekto metu sukurti šiuos produktus: 1. Natūralius mineralinių medžiagų elektrolitus (Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Cl-, HCO3-, SO42-, Br-), išgrynintus iš požeminio mineralinio vandens. 2. Funkciniai gėrimai, paruošti natūralių mineralinių medžiagų elektrolitų pagrindu. Projekto metu kuriami produktai pakeis dešimtmečius naudojamas funkcinių produktų ir maisto papildų technologijas. Ketinama kurti unikalius, integruotus ir lanksčius sprendimus. Nei vienas šiuo metu rinkoje egzistuojantis sprendimas neprilygsta kuriamų produktų funkcionalumui – jie pasižymės ne tik konkurencinga kaina, bet ir įmaišytais unikaliais elektrolitų mišiniais, kurie bus išskirti pasinaudojant projekto metu sukurta technologija, o tai užtikrins žymiai geresnį naudingųjų medžiagų išlaikymą membranoje ir ilgesnį jų veikimą bei pasižymės universalumu, kadangi leis pritaikyti produktus pagal kiekvieno vartotojo poreikius. Projekto metu bus atliekami moksliniai tyrimai, kuriuos numatoma atlikti bendradarbiaujant su Lietuvos sveikatos mokslo universitetu. Didelę pridėtinę vertę projekte sukurs ir įmonės darbuotojai, kurie jau turi sukaupę pakankamai patirties MTEP projektų įgyvendinime. (Lithuanian)
