The aim of the project is to provide integral assistance (social care and care) for disabled children of working age, disabled children and elderly people and advisory assistance to their family members. The project “Integral Help to Home” will be implemented by Rokiškis Social Support Centre. Two mobile teams will be formed. They will be provided with work-related vehicles, equipment, sanitary and hygiene goods. Rokiškis Social Assistance Centre will work with elderly people, disabled people of working age and disabled children. During the implementation of the project, 65 people will be provided with integral assistance. In order to ensure that the relatives (family members) of the beneficiaries of Integral Assistance are better aware and ensure the needs of disabled and elderly people, nursing professionals will organise individual consultations. 20 persons are expected to be consulted. High-quality Integral Assistance and Consulting are ensured by a high level of staff expertise. Mobile team staff will learn according to the professional training programme of the assistant nurse (3 persons). A special event (8 persons) will be organised to promote informal support provided by members of the community, volunteers. Projekto tikslas - suteikti integralią pagalbą (socialinę globą ir slaugą) neįgaliems darbingo amžiaus, neįgaliems vaikams ir senyvo amžiaus asmenims bei konsultacinę pagalbą jų šeimų nariams. Projektą "Integrali pagalba į namus" įgyvendins Rokiškio socialinės paramos centras. Bus suburtos dvi mobilios komandos. Jos bus aprūpintos darbui reikalingais automobiliais, įranga, sanitarinėmis ir higienos prekėmis. Rokiškio socialinės paramos centras dirbs su senyvo amžiaus asmenimis, neįgaliais darbingo amžiaus asmenimis ir neįgaliais vaikais. Projekto įgyvendinimo laikotarpiu integrali pagalba bus suteikta 65 asmenims. Siekiant užtikrinti, kad integralios pagalbos gavėjų artimieji (šeimos nariai) geriau suvoktų bei užtikrintų neįgalių ir senyvo amžiaus asmenų poreikius, slaugos specialistai organizuos individualias konsultacijas. Numatoma konsultuoti 20 asmenų. Kokybišką integralios pagalbos teikimą ir konsultavimą užtikrina aukšta darbuotojų kompetencija. Mobilių komandų darbuotojai mokysis pagal profesinę slaugytojo padėjėjo mokymo programą (3 asmenys). Siekiant skatinti neformalią pagalbą, teikiamą bendruomenės narių, savanorių, bus organizuotas specialus renginys (8 asmenys).
