JSC “Formula Air Baltic” is a foreign-owned company whose main activity is the production of non-domestic cooling and ventilation equipment. The company shall place on the local market all pneumo transport components and other equipment for filtration, ventilation and dust extraction. The company currently employs 36 employees. The specific nature of the work is due to the fact that the market does not have the necessary specialists, it is for the company itself to train and prepare them for work. Also, in order to provide high-quality products to the company, it is also necessary to improve the qualification of existing employees. The main objective of the project is to improve the competence, knowledge and skills of existing and new employees. The training provided for in the project is directly related to the work performed by the employees and is intended to improve the specific competences and skills of the employees. Training programmes are disaggregated according to the functions they perform in the company in order to achieve maximum benefit by adapting the skills of the employees to the needs of the company. The implementation of the project will contribute to the implementation of the first objective of the Investment Promotion and Industrial Development Programme 2014-2020 “Increase direct investment in the manufacturing and service sectors”, taking into account the fact that the investments are made directly into the company’s employees, as well as the second objective of the third objective of the Programme “Providing Lithuanian business with competitive human resources” “Create constantly operating measures to improve the competence of human resources”. The project will also contribute to the implementation of the “Education” policy area of the EU SBSR, as education, including adult education and non-formal education, is part of this policy. UAB “Formula Air Baltic” yra užsienio kapitalo įmonė, kurios pagrindinė veikla – nebuitinių aušinimo ir vėdinimo įrenginių gamyba. Įmonė vietinei rinkai tiekia visus pneumotransporto komponentus, bei kitą įrangą skirtą filtravimui, vėdinimui ir dulkių ištraukimui. Šiuo metu įmonėje dirba 36 darbuotojai. Darbo specifika lemia tai, kad rinkoje nėra reikiamų specialistų, juos apmokyti ir paruošti darbui turi pati įmonė. Taip pat įmonei siekiant teikti kokybiškus produktus, būtinas ir esamų darbuotojų kvalifikacijos tobulinimas. Pagrindinis projekto tikslas - tobulinti esamų ir naujų darbuotojų kompetenciją, žinias ir gebėjimus. Projekte numatyti mokymai yra tiesiogiai susiję su darbuotojų atliekamu darbu ir yra skirti darbuotojų specifinių kompetencijų ir įgūdžių tobulinimui. Mokymų programos išskaidytos pagal jų atliekamas funkcijas įmonėje, siekiant didžiausios naudos, pritaikant darbuotojų gebėjimus prie įmonės poreikių. Projekto įgyvendinimas prisidės prie Investicijų skatinimo ir pramonės plėtros 2014–2020 metų programos pirmojo tikslo „Didinti tiesiogines investicijas į gamybos ir paslaugų sektorius“ įgyvendinimo, atsižvelgiant į tai, kad investuojama tiesiogiai į įmonės darbuotojus, bei trečiojo Programos tikslo „Aprūpinti Lietuvos verslą konkurencingais žmogiškaisiais ištekliais“ antrojo uždavinio „Sukurti nuolat veikiančias žmogiškųjų išteklių kompetentingumo tobulinimo priemones“. Projektas taip pat prisidės prie ES BJRS numatytos politinės srities "Švietimas" įgyvendinimo, kadangi vienas šios politikos apimčių yra švietimas, įskaitant suaugusiųjų švietimą ir neformalųjį švietimą.
