The planned project “Young Business Education in Jurbarkas, V. Kudirkos 25” (hereinafter “the project”) aims to increase the integration of city residents into the labour market. The aim of the project is to create new businesses thanks to experienced business mentoring. During the project, 5 young business entities will be created and 10 young business representatives and employees trained to acquire entrepreneurial skills: organisation of events, health promotion services (piracy), bookkeeping, WEB advertising-programming, outdoor maintenance. In order to train new business entities, individual business sessions with mentors, dissemination of good practices, seminars and training courses will take place during the implementation of the project, and equipment will be purchased for the implementation of the project and for the start of a young business. The project is aimed at training specialists lacking in the labour market of Jurbarkas city and developing a young business, which will then integrate into the labour market. The project will contribute to tackling employment and social exclusion in Jurbarkas. Thanks to the project, young entrepreneurs will be trained, who will develop entrepreneurial skills, gain practical knowledge, become familiar with marketing, create a circle of their customers and be able to compete or cooperate with older companies, which will contribute to reducing unemployment in Jurbarkas. Planuojamu įgyvendinti projektu „Jauno verslo ugdymas Jurbarke, V. Kudirkos 25“ (toliau – projektas) siekiama padidinti miesto gyventojų integraciją į darbo rinką. Projekto tikslas – patyrusio verslo mentorystės dėka sukurti naujus verslus. Projekto metu bus įkurti 5 jauno verslo subjektai ir apmokyta 10 jauno verslo subjekto atstovų ir darbuotojų, kurie įgis verslumo įgūdžius: renginių organizavimo, sveikatinimo paslaugų (pirtininkystės), buhalterijos, WEB reklamos-programavimo, lauko teritorijų priežiūros srityse. Siekiant apmokyti naujus verslo subjektus, projekto įgyvendinimo metu pagal poreikį vyks individualūs verslo užsiėmimai su mentoriais, gerosios patirties sklaida, seminarai ir mokomieji kursai, bus įsigyjama projekto įgyvendinimui ir jauno verslo pradžiai reikalinga įranga. Projektas skirtas specialistų, kurių trūksta Jurbarko miesto darbo rinkoje, parengimui bei jauno verslo ugdymui, kuris vėliau integruosis darbo rinkoje. Projektas prisidės prie užimtumo ir socialinės atskirties problemų sprendimo Jurbarko mieste. Projekto dėka bus apmokyti jauni verslininkai, kuriems susiformuos verslumo įgūdžiai, jie įgaus praktinių žinių, susipažins su rinkodara, susikurs savo klientų ratą ir galės konkuruoti ar bendradarbiauti su seniau veikiančiomis įmonėmis, o tai prisidės prie bedarbystės mažinimo Jurbarko mieste.
