The project “Improving the quality and accessibility of primary health care services for the targeted population” is being implemented in Akmenė district municipality in order to ensure timely and proper access to the provision of primary personal health care services and their quality. Once all planned activities of the project have been completed, the infrastructure of the personal health care institutions providing primary outpatient health care and opioid dependence and the DOTS office will be modernised: repair of premises, purchased medical and other equipment, targeted vehicles. In this way it is expected to ensure timely provision of health care services to residents of Akmenė district and contribute to reducing health inequalities in Lithuania. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Akmenės rajono savivaldybėje, siekiant laiku ir tinkamai užtikrinti teikiamų pirminės asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų prieinamumą ir jų kokybę, įgyvendinamas projektas „Pirminės asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų kokybės ir prieinamumo gerinimas tikslinėms gyventojų grupėms“. Įgyvendinus visas planuojamas projekto veiklas, bus modernizuota asmens sveikatos priežiūros įstaigų, teikiančių pirminės ambulatorinės asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugas, bei priklausomybės nuo opioidų pakaitinio kabineto ir DOTS kabineto infrastruktūra: atliktas patalpų remontas, įsigyta medicininė ir kita įranga, tikslinės transporto priemonės. Tokiu būdu tikimasi užtikrinti savalaikį sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų teikimą Akmenės rajono gyventojams bei prisidėti prie sveikatos netolygumų mažinimo Lietuvoje. (Lithuanian)
