The aim of the project is to establish tourism labelling infrastructure and to ensure that tourists and visitors are aware of the tourist destinations.     Inicijuojamu projektu siekiama įrengti turizmo ženklinimo infrastruktūrą ir užtikrinti turistų bei lankytojų informuotumą apie turizmo maršrutuose esančias lankytinas vietas. Įgyvendinus projektą bus įrengti ženklinimo infrastruktūros objektai - kelio ženklai ir informaciniai stendai. Kuriant bendrus turizmo maršrutus su kitomis savivaldybėmis, siekiama prisidėti prie visiems prieinamo turizmo skatinimo – numatoma įrengti ir neįgaliesiems skirtas turizmo ženklinimo infrastruktūros priemones. Įrengta infrastruktūra padės Lietuvos ir užsienio turistams lengviau orientuotis turizmo maršrutuose, suteiks daugiau informacijos apie patrauklias lankytinas vietas ir objektus Šalčininkų, Vilniaus ir Švenčionių rajonuose.
