The main problems for which a project has been initiated are: part of Pakruojis district. The inhabitants of Rozalimo do not have the opportunity to connect to the centralised water supply (VT) and wastewater management (NT) system and to receive public quality services because the network infrastructure is not sufficiently developed. Groundwater extracted and supplied to the population at Rozalimo mstl. does not meet the requirements of drinking water quality (HN 24:2003). The lack of infrastructure limits the ability of consumers, and additional investment in key problem areas is therefore necessary. The project shall include: set up the UT and RE networks in Rozalimo mstl. and thus increase the availability of water supply and wastewater management services and ensure uninterrupted quality drinking water supply and wastewater management services. Construct water improvers in Rozalimo mstl. and thus ensure the quality of drinking water delivered to the population in accordance with established safety requirements. Overall, the project aims to increase the availability of water supply and wastewater management services and the efficiency of the system in Pakruojis District Municipality. The planned investments will contribute to the social and economic development of Pakruojis district, the improvement of the quality of life of the population, the preservation of health and the environment. The target group of the project is: Pakruojis district. Residents of Rozalimo mstl., whose main need is to receive the highest quality water supply and wastewater management services. It is planned to inventory 23.43 km of water supply and domestic sewage networks in Pakruojis city, i.e. a settlement with more than 200 inhabitants (5139 inhabitants). The additional inclusion of the project activity area meets the requirements set out in point 22 of the Description, i.e. it is carried out on the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. Pagrindinės problemos kurioms spręsti yra inicijuotas projektas: dalis Pakruojo raj. Rozalimo mstl. gyventojų neturi galimybės prisijungti prie centralizuotos vandens tiekimo (VT) ir nuotekų tvarkymo (NT) sistemos ir gauti viešai teikiamas kokybiškas paslaugas, kadangi tinklų infrastruktūra nėra pakankamai išvystyta. Rozalimo mstl. vandenvietėje išgaunamas ir gyventojams tiekiamas požeminis vanduo neatitinka geriamojo vandens kokybės normos (HN 24:2003) reikalavimų. Infrastruktūros nebuvimas riboja vartotojų galimybes, todėl yra būtinos papildomos investicijos į svarbiausias problemines sritis. Įgyvendinant projektą numatoma: pakloti VT ir NT tinklų Rozalimo mstl. ir tokiu būdu padidinti vandens tiekimo ir nuotekų tvarkymo paslaugų prieinamumą bei užtikrinti nepertraukiamas kokybiško geriamojo vandens tiekimo ir nuotekų tvarkymo paslaugas. Pastatyti vandens gerinimo įrenginius Rozalimo mstl. ir tokiu būdu užtikrinti gyventojams tiekiamo geriamojo vandens kokybę pagal nustatytus saugos reikalavimus. Bendrai projektu siekiama padidinti vandens tiekimo ir nuotekų tvarkymo paslaugų prieinamumą ir sistemos efektyvumą Pakruojo rajono savivaldybėje. Numatomos investicijos prisidės prie Pakruojo rajono socialinės - ekonominės plėtros, gyventojų gyvenimo kokybės gerinimo, sveikatos, aplinkos išsaugojimo. Projekto tikslinė grupė yra: Pakruojo raj. Rozalimo mstl. gyventojai, kurių pagrindinis poreikis gauti aukščiausios kokybės vandens tiekimo bei nuotekų tvarkymo paslaugas. Planuojama inventorizuoti 23,43 km. vandentiekio ir buitinių nuotekų tinklų Pakruojo mieste, t.y. gyvenvietėje, turinčioje daugiau kaip 200 gyventojų (5139 gyv.). Papildomai įtraukiamos projekto veiklos vykdymo teritorija atitinka Aprašo 22 punkte nustatytus reikalavimus, t. y. vykdoma Lietuvos Respublikos teritorijoje. (Lithuanian)
