UAB “Akadas” is one of the leading furniture manufacturers in Lithuania. Continuous investments in production development, personnel training and quality assurance provide the opportunity to constantly update the product range and supply potential customers with the highest quality requirements. Since 1996, the company has been manufacturing a wide range of outdoor-garden furniture. Also, the production range has been supplemented with universally adaptable mattresses and couchettes. The company intends to participate in five foreign exhibitions during the project and thus activate the search for new business partners. This project aims to contribute to Priority 3 of Lithuania’s 2014-2020 EU Funds Investment Operational Programme: promoting the competitiveness and internationalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises. The aim of the project is to increase the export, turnover, productivity and other performance indicators of UAB “Akadas”. The main task of the project is to activate the search and sale of foreign partners of UAB “Akadas” in foreign markets. UAB „Akadas“ yra vienas pirmaujančių baldų gamintojų Lietuvoje. Nuolatinės investicijos į gamybos plėtrą, personalo mokymą ir kokybės užtikrinimą suteikia galimybę nuolat atnaujinti gaminių asortimentą bei potencialiems užsakovams tiekti aukščiausius kokybės reikalavimus atitinkančią produkciją. Nuo 1996-ųjų metų įmonėje yra vykdoma plataus asortimento lauko-sodo baldų gamyba. Taip pat produkcijos gama buvo papildyta universaliai pritaikomais čiužinukais bei kušetėmis. Įmonė projekto metu ketina dalyvauti penkiose užsienio parodose ir taip suaktyvinti naujų verslo partnerių paiešką. Šiuo projektu siekiama prisidėti prie Lietuvos 2014-2020 metų ES fondų investicijų veiksmų programos 3 prioriteto: paskatinanti smulkiojo ir vidutinio verslo konkurencingumą bei tarptautiniškumą. Projekto tikslas - padidinti UAB „Akadas" eksportą, apyvartą, produktyvumą ir kitus įmonės veiklos rodiklius. Pagrindinis projekto uždavinys - suaktyvinti UAB „Akadas" užsienio partnerių paiešką ir pardavimą užsienio rinkose. Problemos, kurios bus sprendžiamos: * Rinkų rizika; * Rinkų diversifikacija; * Nepakankamai išnaudojamos turimos rinkos. (Lithuanian)
