FROM HERE THE NEED TO DEVELOP AND DEEPEN SPECIFIC PROJECTS THAT ARE PART OF A SCHOOL CAN ALSO BECOME PROFESSIONALISANTI.AS HIGHLIGHTED IN THE PTOF OF THE INSTITUTE, THE WORK INVOLVES ALL THE SCHOOL MEMBERS, FROM TEACHERS TO ATA STAFF, FROM PUPILS TO FAMILIES. IN THIS CONTEXT, THE SPECIALIST ASSISTANTS HAVE FOUND THEIR ROLE IN COLLABORATING IN THE ACTIVITIES OF INTEGRATION AND SOCIALISATION, FACILITATION AND SUPPORT TO THE EDUCATIONAL ACTION. THE DIDACTIC IS INTENDED IN AN EDUCATIONAL FUNCTION TO DEVELOP KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND SKILLS USEFUL TO CHILDREN TO ACQUIRE A MEANINGFUL RELATIONAL ABILITY FOR THEIR OWN (English)
