Since this year, co-owner Dick Wever has the title ‘Young Management Entrepreneur of the Year’. However, in order to ensure the continuity of our organisation — in an industry that has been under pressure for a long time — it is important that the entire organisation continues to develop. It is important that we keep in mind that our employees continue to carry out their work with passion, can stay up to date and work in a pleasant working environment. To achieve this, inventory interviews are conducted with all employees to gain insight into the wishes and needs of the employees and to their degree of satisfaction, the individual ambitions and their ideas for the future both for themselves and for the organisation. At the moment, the employees experience a difference in experience when working in different teams, which leads to irritations, conflicts, etc. In the inventory interviews, among other things, this point will be looked at with the employees. Subsequent meetings with the staff will be held to explain the differences and to come up with solutions for this. Due to the influence of employees on changes in the way they work together and communication, support will be created in order to achieve better cooperation and to formulate areas of improvement to ensure that employees remain at work with passion. The ultimate goal of this is that there will be a work and learning environment in which safe and healthy but also work with passion. With the project ‘Together with passion in the future’ we want to achieve the above. (English)

    G. van Dalen’s Vleescentrale (hierna: Vleescentrale) is een klein ambachtelijk bedrijf waar met 25 medewerkers met veel zorg en passie voor het vak gewerkt wordt. Sinds dit jaar mag mede-eigenaar Dick Wever de titel ‘Jong Management Ondernemer van het jaar’ voeren. Deze titel wordt ondermeer toebedeeld wanneer de organisatie jarenlang continuïteit (biedt) kan bieden aan medewerkers. Echter om de continuïteit van onze organisatie - in een industrie die al een geruime tijd onder druk staat - te kunnen waarborgen is het belangrijk dat de gehele organisatie zich voortdurend blijft ontwikkelen. Daarbij is het van belang dat wij in het oog houden dat onze medewerkers hun werk met passie blijven uitvoeren, bij kunnen blijven en kunnen werken in een prettige werkomgeving. Om dit te bereiken worden inventarisatiegesprekken met alle medewerkers gevoerd om inzicht te verkrijgen in de wensen en behoeften van de medewerkers en in hun mate van tevredenheid, in de individuele ambities en hun ideeën voor de toekomst voor zowel zichzelf als voor de organisatie. Op dit moment ondervinden de medewerkers een verschil in ervaring bij het werken in verschillende ploegen wat leidt tot irritaties, conflicten e.d. In de inventarisatiegesprekken zal met de medewerkers o.a. naar dit punt worden gekeken. Opvolgend zullen bijeenkomsten met de medewerkers worden gehouden om de verschillen te verklaren en hier oplossingen voor te bedenken. Door de invloed van medewerkers op veranderingen in de wijze van samenwerken en communiceren zal draagvlak gecreëerd worden om te komen tot een betere samenwerking en tevens kunnen verbeterpunten worden geformuleerd om te zorgen dat medewerkers met passie aan het werk blijven. Het uiteindelijk doel hiervan is dat er een werk- en leeromgeving zal ontstaan waarin veilig en gezond maar ook met passie gewerkt wordt. Depuis cette année, le copropriétaire Dick Wever a le titre «Young Management Entrepreneur of the Year». Ce titre est attribué, entre autres, lorsque l’organisation peut offrir une continuité pendant de nombreuses années aux employés. Cependant, afin d’assurer la continuité de notre organisation — dans une industrie sous pression depuis longtemps — il est important que l’ensemble de l’organisation continue de se développer. Il est important de garder à l’esprit que nos employés continuent à effectuer leur travail avec passion, peuvent rester à jour et travailler dans un environnement de travail agréable. Pour y parvenir, des entrevues d’inventaire sont menées avec tous les employés afin d’obtenir un aperçu des souhaits et des besoins des employés, de leur degré de satisfaction, des ambitions individuelles et de leurs idées pour l’avenir, tant pour eux-mêmes que pour l’organisation. À l’heure actuelle, les employés éprouvent une différence d’expérience lorsqu’ils travaillent dans différentes équipes, ce qui entraîne des irritations, des conflits, etc. Dans les entretiens d’inventaire, entre autres, ce point sera examiné avec les employés. Des réunions ultérieures avec le personnel seront organisées pour expliquer les différences et trouver des solutions à cet égard.     G. van Dalen’s Vleescentrale (im Folgenden: Vleescentrale) ist eine kleine Handwerkskunst, die mit 25 Mitarbeitern mit großer Sorgfalt und Leidenschaft für den Beruf arbeitet. Seit diesem Jahr trägt Mitinhaber Dick Wever den Titel „Young Management Entrepreneur of the Year“. Dieser Titel wird u. a. verliehen, wenn die Organisation den Mitarbeitern über viele Jahre Kontinuität bieten kann. Um jedoch die Kontinuität unserer Organisation zu gewährleisten – in einer Industrie, die seit langem unter Druck steht – ist es wichtig, dass sich die gesamte Organisation weiterentwickelt. Es ist wichtig, dass wir bedenken, dass unsere Mitarbeiter ihre Arbeit weiterhin mit Leidenschaft ausführen, auf dem neuesten Stand bleiben und in einem angenehmen Arbeitsumfeld arbeiten können. Dazu werden mit allen Mitarbeitern Inventurinterviews durchgeführt, um Einblicke in die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Mitarbeiter und ihre Zufriedenheit, die individuellen Ambitionen und ihre Ideen für die Zukunft sowohl für sich selbst als auch für die Organisation zu gewinnen. Derzeit erleben die Mitarbeiter bei der Arbeit in verschiedenen Teams einen Unterschied in der Erfahrung, was zu Irritationen, Konflikten usw. führt. In den Inventurinterviews wird unter anderem dieser Punkt mit den Mitarbeitern betrachtet. Anschließend werden Sitzungen mit den Mitarbeitern abgehalten, um die Unterschiede zu erklären und diesbezüglich Lösungen zu finden. Durch den Einfluss der Mitarbeiter auf Veränderungen in der Art und Weise der Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation wird Unterstützung geschaffen, um eine bessere Zusammenarbeit zu erreichen und Verbesserungsfelder zu formulieren, um sicherzustellen, dass die Mitarbeiter mit Leidenschaft am Arbeitsplatz bleiben. Da quest'anno, il co-proprietario Dick Wever ha il titolo di ‘Young Management Entrepreneur of the Year'. Questo titolo viene assegnato, tra l'altro, quando l'organizzazione può offrire continuità per molti anni ai dipendenti. Tuttavia, al fine di garantire la continuità della nostra organizzazione — in un settore che da tempo è sotto pressione — è importante che l'intera organizzazione continui a svilupparsi.
