Al meer dan 70 jaar ontwikkelt, produceert, verkoopt en monteert Maars flexibele indelingen. Maars biedt zowel standaard- als maatwerkoplossingen voor bijvoorbeeld kantoorgebouwen, luchthavens, fabrieken, bioscopen, winkels en hotels. Ook in de publieke sector is Maars al geruime tijd actief en marktleider met toepassingen voor onder andere ziekenhuizen, openbare instellingen, universiteiten en scholen. De leidinggevenden binnen de organisatie moeten kunnen sturen en waardering tonen wat maakt dat medewerkers met meer voldoening werken en daarbij ook nog een betere performance leveren. Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat begeleiden, coachen op de werkvloer, communicatietechnieken en feedback eigen worden. Naast de leidinggevende willen we onze waardering tonen naar de high potentials binnen de organisatie. Deze willen wij dan ook meenemen in het traject omdat wij geloven dat zij belangrijk zijn voor onze organisatie. (Dutch)

Maars offers both standard and custom solutions for office buildings, airports, factories, cinemas, shops and hotels. Also in the public sector, Maars has been active and market leader for a long time with applications for hospitals, public institutions, universities and schools. The managers within the organisation must be able to steer and show appreciation what makes employees work with more satisfaction and also deliver a better performance. In addition, it is important that guidance, coaching in the workplace, communication techniques and feedback become own. In addition to the manager, we want to show our appreciation to the high potentials within the organisation. We therefore want to include them in the process because we believe that they are important to our organisation. (English)

Depuis plus de 70 ans, Maars développe, produit, vend et assemble des agencements flexibles. Maars propose des solutions standard et personnalisées pour les immeubles de bureaux, les aéroports, les usines, les cinémas, les magasins et les hôtels. Toujours dans le secteur public, Maars est actif et leader du marché depuis longtemps avec des applications pour les hôpitaux, les institutions publiques, les universités et les écoles. Les gestionnaires au sein de l’organisation doivent être en mesure d’orienter et de montrer l’appréciation de ce qui fait travailler les employés avec plus de satisfaction et aussi d’offrir un meilleur rendement. En outre, il est important que l’orientation, l’encadrement sur le lieu de travail, les techniques de communication et la rétroaction deviennent propres. En plus du gestionnaire, nous voulons montrer notre appréciation pour les potentiels élevés au sein de l’organisation. Nous voulons donc les inclure dans le processus parce que nous croyons qu’ils sont importants pour notre organisation. (French)

Maars bietet sowohl Standard- als auch kundenspezifische Lösungen für Bürogebäude, Flughäfen, Fabriken, Kinos, Geschäfte und Hotels. Auch im öffentlichen Sektor ist Maars seit langem aktiv und Marktführer mit Anwendungen für Krankenhäuser, öffentliche Einrichtungen, Universitäten und Schulen. Die Manager innerhalb der Organisation müssen in der Lage sein, zu steuern und Wertschätzung zu zeigen, was die Mitarbeiter mit mehr Zufriedenheit arbeitet und auch eine bessere Leistung liefert. Darüber hinaus ist es wichtig, dass Beratung, Coaching am Arbeitsplatz, Kommunikationstechniken und Feedback selbst werden. Neben dem Manager wollen wir unsere Wertschätzung für die hohen Potenziale innerhalb der Organisation zeigen. Deshalb wollen wir sie in den Prozess einbeziehen, weil wir glauben, dass sie für unsere Organisation wichtig sind. (German)
